Awesome place , super friendly staff. The only bad part was a massive swarm of flies that took over the park out of nowhere.

We were hot and tired. You made us feel welcome. We were impressed that you had a playground for children. We had not seen that at other RV parks. We were also impressed that you made food available and picked up our bagged trash. It was a short but friendly stay.

It stay was wonderful until the last day, checked out 9/3 my father passed away so we had to cut our vacation short we were running behind and asked the lady at the front desk if we could have 20 extra minutes to check out as we had spent much time on the phone with family and were having difficulty with time, no compassion from her the answer no$20 dollars extra no exceptions. Shame on her ���

Our stay was our last night on a 15 day trip. Other than a lot of flys this KOA was #2 in our campgrounds we stayed with. The Taking Care of Business cafe was certainly a welcome surprise a I would rate the biscuits and gravy as #1.

Only there overnight but every one was great campground seem to be well kept except no sound on cable and the person who came to fix the sound didn’t have keys to the room where the equipment was in

Like many other KOA Journey's this one is in need of updating. Sewer connections broken, pedestals need to be updated and several sites need gravel or concrete pads replaced. This one appears to be owned by a corporation. That in itself should tell you something. Often wonder how often KOA corporate reads the reviews campers leave. Not sure if the folks that operate them read them.

We stayed twice, going and coming on our vacation. Very friendly and helpful staff-they even remembered that we had been there about a week before. Facilities were very clean. It was a very pleasant and comfortable spot to stop during our travels.

We usually stay here on travels East /West. Older but decent campground. Clean laundry. Playground. Pool. Great dog park. Staff friendly. They have a small menu for breakfast and supper and deliver supper to site.

Stay was great, easy in and out. Only drawback was no breakfast due to staffing problem. But, that would have been a extra add-on.

Memphis KOA has such a warm, inviting atmosphere, largely thanks to its amazing staff who are knowledgeable and truly go above and beyond. While the persistent flies were a slight setback and the facilities could use a touch-up, the heart of this place is unbeatable. Can't wait to return!

Nice for an overnight stay. Needs some updating, kitchen area, bathrooms, the ground were clean and neat. Staff was very polite and helpful. Dinner was very good and breakfast. We traveled from Florida to Washington State and back to Florida. We stopped at two other KOA previously and found this one to be not up to a 5 star. Paid around the same amount of money compared to the other two KOA.

It was during the August heat wave. We pulled in, hooked up, and 15 intestines later the power went out over most of the campground. As it was 104 degrees outside, we elected to leave and go to a hotel. Not the KOA’s fault, but couldn’t stay!

Not up to koa standards. Spots to short for pickup and 30 ft camper, in the road both front and back. Huge tree roots in front of door could barely get steps down or walk without tripping (spot 35). When it rains there are big puddles everywhere, no dry place to walk.

The KOA staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an unexpected power outage and the staff worked quickly to get the power company out to fix it. The staff also worked quickly to get us moved to another site that did have power on. This KOA was nice and clean. The pool was also clean and a great way to cool off.

In the past we have gone by this KOA because we are “not” fans of the Memphis area. This time we experienced a long travel day and succumbed to stopping here. WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE. The park is beautiful, the staff of friendly and helpful, and the sits are level and shaded by great trees. We are glad we stopped and our attitude has been changed for the better. It was extremely hot when we got there so it was really important to have 50 amp for both air conditioners to work. Pull through was very convenient. Couldn’t put the awning out very far due to a tree however with the heat we weren’t outside very much /long. Memphis visit was great and the campground map of the city was very helpful.

After driving over 3000 miles cross-country, we found this KOA to be the best one we have ever stayed at. Restrooms and showers were very clean, staff came by and ask her several times if we needed help, and they even has served breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I highly recommend this lovely spot with lots of shade trees at a reasonable price.

Friendly fun checking in, loved this KOA, they have breakfast and dinner that are great. Their BBQ is wonderful and the beans with their secret ingredients was amazing, even the coleslaw was delicious. Yes we will definitely stay there again.

I stay at this campground often and like the convenience of its location while traveling west. They have great food and food service. The internet and cable TV is virtually non existent though. If you do not need wood service that is good, or cable channels, this is a great KOA.

I called and added 2 nights to my reservation. I wanted to upgrade to a premium site and was given a new site # and amt I would pay upon arrival since I wanted to use a different credit card. Upon arrival the site I was given was not available and no other prem site up front by bathrooms was available!!! I was then given a dirt site with only 30 amp! I will not stay at this Koa again or recommen!

It's a KOA on the side of the highway, in the middle of AG fields. Very windy when I was there. Close to Memphis though, so there's that.
