One issue - when two hair dryers are plugged in at the same time it blows the fuse and the plug-ins in the bathroom don't work.

check in was quick and easy, staff was very friendly & helpful with all questions plus recommended a great local place for breakfast!

Place is nice but the people who were staying in the area were disgusting people. I know it's not in your control but had the staff walked around more they would have heard their terrible four letter words they spewed constantly.

Facility is very nice but WAY TOO MUCH DOG POOP EVERYWHERE!
Jul 28, 2014
The facility is very nice but there is a LARGE amount of dog poop all over the property. This was a problem for us because we had a young child with us who wanted to run and play. Dog poop in all the grassy areas makes this a rather icky proposition. Other than that, the staff were outstanding and the facility very nice.

I enjoyed the availablitiy to the services: pool, playground, trash, and restrooms. The playground could use some updated equipment for the little ones and something softer than gravel to fall on ( tire shavings or something like it) because when our 4 year old fell she cut her arm up pretty good on the gravel. I do wish there was more activities offered for families.

It was very pleasant, and quiet. There were a TON of trees, big beautiful fully grown trees, they made it so pleasant. It was also convenient access from the highway. Close, (but not too close) to the highway. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I've stayed at afew KOA's and this is a quiet, smallish KOA-close to I-5 but the noise was barely noticeable. Green grass everywhere-clean showers-close to Rogue river for fly fishing. Nice staff and super clean KOA cabins!!!

The staff was fantastic the best ever and the grounds were lovely with space, green, and privacy between campers.

This is a very peaceful camp. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that some do but the folks are very friendly. We slept in the cabins and had a great time as we picked up our brand new puppies.

Kabins were nice but noisey matress covers and ultra firm matresses made for poor sleeping. Grounds were well maintained.

All-around, a very nice stay. Clean Kabin, bathrooms, and a TV in the Kabin was a pleasant surprise and a hit with the kids! If you are noise-sensitive, the nearby roads could be a problem but it didn't bother us.

We brought a fan with us because the last KOA we stayed in didn't have one. But this one did! That was a nice surprise. The area is nicely wooded and quiet. Also better than the last KOA we stayed in.

Nothing spectacular in term of amenities but the staff is friendly and forthcoming. I wish the cabin had been cleaned before (somebody tossed a bad of dog kibbles near the porch and insects were having a field day).

DO NOT STAY IN THE CABINS, THEY ARE FULL OF BED BUGS! We got in late on a Friday night and made our beds and tried to go to sleep when we kept feeling like we were getting bit by something. When we turned the lights on, there were bed bugs EVERYWHERE. We ended up sleeping in our van and found bug traps under the bed the next morning, so they knew they had a problem. Great camping trip. Thanks koa

My wife and I are empty nesters and were wondering if we would still enjoy rustic camping. I didn't feel like pitching camp for only one night, so we tried a Kabin. And it was great!!!

The bathroom shower drains were clogged with hair in both the mens and the womens rooms. The shower curtains were missing hooks so the curtain did not close all the way making a wet floor to step on afterwards. Our kabin floor was dusty and dirty--had not been swept in awhile. Overall, we were very surprised by the lack of care at this KOA. We have been to many. We will most likely not return here

Friendly staff and cabin was clean. Grounds are well maintained and close to many of our favorite spits in Southern Oregon.

it met our needs and was happy with the KOA cabins.

The cabin was very dirty, thick dust under beds, cobwebs on walls and ceilings.Cancelled our stay after one night.

A ceiling fan would have been much better than the floor fan. It was late before the cabin cooled down. The bathrooms were clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. After staying in other campsites, we were impressed with the clean roomy bathrooms & showers! Everything we needed was right there, and your camp host Kathy was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Well run, clean and friendly. Not as big as other KOA's, but our time there was enjoyable. Thanks.
