When Mary and S. Clark Anderson purchased a hay meadow near Lyman in the 1960s, they thought the land would be better for growing kids than hay. The former teacher and drive-in operator were right.All 11 of their children have worked at the campground that they opened in the former hay field in 1968. In fact, all 11 are college graduates and their son Clint has now taken over the everyday operations of the campground.
"I liked the concept of owning a KOA campground, and I wanted something where I could have my family involved," said Mary.
