We got late but it was easy to set up camp and the camp was clean and roomy with a bathroom nearby

We got there late, but they had our site information ready for us in the over night box. The showers and toilets were nice for a camping/rv park. I didnt expect prestine restrooms, so I was still happy to see a clean place to clean up. One negative was there was a lot of car noise from the hwy. All in all, I would come here again.

The tent sites are right next to the freeway. It felt like I was camping on a freeway median with the noise of cars and trucks going by all night long. Just wanted to warn people that this is not a typical KOA and was in no way worth the money I paid. Please check Google maps before booking and see for yourself. I wish I had.

Our experience was definitely not a good one! The bathrooms were horrible, trash everywhere. The grounds are severely neglected, trash at nearly every site, dead plants and trees and just sadly let go. The campground was empty yet we were assigned in the tent spot that shared space with the dumpsters and another site with full sun, uneven and completely dead. We will not recommend Lubbock KOA.

Cindy- koa worker- was excellent. Storms had knocked out power to a portion of the campground and she ran extension cord to give power to the site.

Office closes at 8 pm in peak camping season? Arrived at 9 pm. Tent area unlit, without even reflectors on large lava rocks bordering parking spot which tore off wheel well liner on my car. Disrespectful camper toileting his dog in tent area as I pulled in. Security lights glaring all night on two storage buildings bordering tent area. Heavy road noise as tent sites right next to road.

Very nice campsite and nice people but the rain contributed to a bad stay. We had to leave because of bad weather and MOSQUITOS. The mosquitos were in swarms and unbearable.

Awesome pool and game area. Very tidy gift shop and grounds. Kind staff. The plants all over the grounds are stunning.Dirty hot tub is the only complaint

My daughters and I enjoyed a well kept campground and it suited our one night pass through. Showers and everything we needed access to for a night out in the tent!

Generally good. I stayed in the tent area. Only issue was the large number of flies that swarmed my food at dinner time... I suspect they were from the large nearby open garbage dumpster.

We are tent camping and the tent sight was very nice. The only downside was a bright light from the mini storage place next door. That did make it hard to sleep :(

We felt so welcomed and at home here! The staff and other guests were so friendly. This campground is older, but very clean, it has a homey feel, cats and chickens roaming around. I loved the rooster! There is free coffee in the office, often goodies as well. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing! The bathroom and showers are clean. The laundry room takes your credit card! No scrounging for quarters! The campground was pretty quiet, even with some train and road noise. Would love to come back !

We rented the tent spot so we can sleep in our SUV and the spot was perfect. Hot tub and pool area comfortable and inviting. Owner and her help were so fun to talk to over coffee. Whole park safe, quiet, beautiful and easy in and out. Great job!

Great little no frills campground! Good value. We couldn't figure out online booking, so we just gave them a call. The employee was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again. We stayed in one of the two cabins. They are small and staff informed us of this in advance. We were provided a key at the office/small store which operated a deadbolt. Two windows inside, one of which was able to be opened. The floors were dirty unfortunately, so we did some cleaning ourselves. The bed was awful. We didn't sleep well because the "mattress", which would probably pass for a mattress pad, was about 4" thick and plastic with nothing under it. If we stay again, we'll just bring something else rather than bedding only. There was a TV in the cabin which was nice and the a/c, oil heater kept us comfortable. The campground is on the small side but well kept. Even with a full camp, they did a good job of keeping it clean. All gravel. I think there were two dumpsters. Staying in a cabin really helped to keep the traffic noise down. If youre bringing pets, please be aware the "dog park" is very small.. probably 150 square feet. We took advantage of local parks. There were 3 showers and four bathroom stalls in the ladies room. Water was hot. We checked out the pool and it was nice. Everything worked and the space was clean and inviting. Cute decor. Liked that the pool wasn't rectangular and got wider at the deep end. It's small but still nice with a 6 ft depth. There was also a nice medium sized playground with a fair amount of equipment for guests enjoyment.
