When we arrived we learned that the pool was closed. We were only staying a day, so my kids were disappointed. Also, because of the rain, our campsite was flooded. The fire pit ring was full of water as was the surrounding area of our camp site. The general store was lovely and fully stocked. The employees we ran into were friendly and helpful.

Very nice people, very nice facilities. Best we’ve seen on this 3 weeks we have been staying at KOA’s across the east, into Midwest.

The office staff is nice and the facilities look ok but the sites are unlevel and they took out the jumping pillow that they still list as an amenity. They charged us for a 2nd site because we had more than 10 in our group. This was not explained when we called about our group coming. The grounds crew was rude. They were rude when we arrived and failed to pick up our trash. We will not be back.

We had booked a weekend stay and the park is very clean and taken care of. The pool was very nice, and the activities were a bonus for the kids. I enjoyed the nature trails. This is one of the best taken care of KOA's we have stayed at. The cost was a little high in my opinion that would be my only issue with our stay. I did pick a full site with a patio but price was high.

The pool was closed almost the entire time we were there. The pool was the main reason we chose KOA. We had our 6 yo granddaughter with us and she loves swimming. We received a text that it would open at 3pm next day. So she and I got all sunscreened up and walked over. Still closed. No notice that it was still closed! That was so frustrating!! Was told they didn’t know when it would reopen.

Convenient to downtown Louisville and the Bourbon Trail. Good size pull thru sites. Clean and good amenities.

Everything was good except the pool was closed 90% of our stay. It was a major reason for us choosing this KOA.

The space we were given, was terrible! 321 was Rt on the main road and very cramped. I had to pull the pick-neck table out of the bushes. We want be back

Casey at front desk was professional and helpful. Our first assigned site was too un-level for a single night. She helped us move. Thanks Casey. Facility was clean and well maintained. Bathrooms were clean. Utilities Nice area for walks. There was a bit too much lighting.

I didn’t give 5 stars or a 10 only because the sites are angled the wrong way and they are difficult to back in to. Thankfully there were empty spots in the row in front of us that allowed us some maneuver room. Nice, helpful staff. Nice, clean grounds. Site 302

Overall the park is nice but site 219 is not a good site, especially for $75/night. Water and electric only. It slopes and is difficult to get level. The view is of the garbage dump, which they emptied at 1 AM. The on-site trailer storage is also right there. Your roads are kind of tight and not that easy to follow.

Cumbersome to need wrist bands for the pool and codes to unlock doors for the restroom & laundry areas. Our site was very nice though (patio site)

We were assigned campsite # 304 which needs extra length electric cord. The extension cord was supplied by the office which was very nice. The bathrooms/showers are nice except the showers are having a moldy problem which is somewhat disconcerting. Needs a good power wash!!

The workers were very nice and helpful! There were lots of activities to do for the whole family. The facility was clean and very pretty. I have stayed there several times before and will keep coming back!

Located close to the Bourbon trail but their sites can be super small. Site 325 was So close that when we arrived the cabin next door parked in our space by mistake. And it happened again when we came home one night. The pond doesn't exist and there isn't a restaurant on site. We would go back for the location and there is lots for kids to do. 8 outta 10.

We would like to thank the Staff, especially Karen, who couldn't have been nicer or done more to make us feel comfortable. My husband and I both contacted a viral infection and were very sick. Instead of our 3 day stay we ended up staying an entire week. Each time we asked to stay another day She was most helpful and even held our spot after we told her we were going to Urgent Care. thanks

Too bad that y’all had a mad camper break the water line and that I got a bunch of mud in my system. Great camp site and location lots for kids to do and we loved the hot dogs. Ps water came back on in the middle of the night wish I had thought to turn my water off at the water valve.

Very clean facilities and wonderful staff. Our site was a little lacking but we were only there for a night so it wasn’t a big deal. Would stay there again when traveling through.

Very nice clean and friendly staff. Only drawback is full time residents on perimeter of property needs cleaning up. When you rent long term that should include basic lawn maintenance, leave it up to them some do some do not which sheds sour look on rest of the property. We've stayed at Louisville South a couple of times per year for the past 4 or 5 years--here's why: consistently excellent and predictably well managed. We're treated like family at a campground that is very friendly, clean, nicely organized, and expertly groomed. Thanks for another great visit.

The facility is real nice. The people are friendly, and the stay was really good. I am disappointed that we could not pitch a tent on our space for my Granddaughters to sleep in. They did not want to sleep in the RV. We could not put up a small tent for them, exactly why not is beyond me...... That is the reason your rating is lower

We loved our stay at the Louisville South KOA! The site is well situated, and there are so many activities. Staff were very friendly, and even though the site was packed, it was nice and quiet at night. We will definitely be back!
