Dog park needs some love other than that it was a great stay..

Extremely dirty compared to other KOA we stayed in

Location location location, I didn't like the bumpy road into the park but it was well worth it once we arrived. Every member of the staff was top shelf and we were completely satisfied in every way. Our only regret is it was a quick one night stay but we will remedy that next time and make this our destination instead of a stop over. Thanks to everyone and see you soon!

We stayed one week and really enjoyed this place. Clean bathroom and nice atmosphere

Bathrooms were not clean

Location perfect for what we came there to do. Park needs work, but our site was okay as we used it just for parking and sleeping. Customer service would have been better, and I think it is due to lack of training. As a previous KOA owner, I find this to be one thing lacking at the front desk of most KOA's. Hike, horseback ride, hot springs, wow! We will return for more.

This park is located perfectly for what we came there to do. Hot springs, great hiking and horseback riding. We had a decent site, but we did not use the park for anything other than parking and sleeping. There is a really cool organic food store in Livingston and a railroad museum, awesome farmer's market and to top off, the Chico Hot Springs had lovely, delicious fine dining.

Tent site was close to bathrooms. Bathrooms were not as clean as they could be, and an evening shower made things muddier. Sunset over the Yellowstone River was beautiful!

It was only for 1 night as we were that close to getting back home. Nice park, a bit out of the way and not just a straight shot off the highway. They forgot to tell us that you also had to turn off on 540 then take a long dirt road to the park; other than that, it was very nice

The scenery alone is worth staying at this KOA....it is beautiful & quiet! Staff are very helpful and able to share information about the area. Playground was a mixture of old and new, but kids were all over it. Indoor pool we didn't use on this stay, but seemed nice. Loved being next to the Yellowstone River and different trailheads nearby. Would love to be back sometime.

The staff were very friendly and the campground is situated in a beautiful area. However, it’s looking a little rundown and could use some maintenance, particularly in the restrooms. I would have given it three stars if not for the personable staff.

Lots of trees. Plenty of shade. We were backed in towards the Yellowstone River with a Mountain View ahead. Very clean and well kept. All utilities worked well. A pleasurable relaxing stay. We only stayed 1 night as we were in transit but wished we could have stayed longer.

Lovely spot, easy access along the Yellowstone River. Campground clean and quiet. Only negatives were the bathrooms as minor upkeep not done-shelf missing where it had been in one and the other was missing the shower head so water just came out of the pipe. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

Very difficult unpaved dirt road to reach campground. Not Big Rig friendly! Poorly maintained access & pull through spots!

Great KOA! We arrived and within an hour were asking if they had availability for us to stay an additional night. Perfect place to call home base while exploring Yellowstone during the day! Everyone was nice and extremely helpful. Bathrooms were clean and the laundry service was perfect.

Check in was great, very helpful. Site 77 is one of the best. Had some good neighbors. Text updates for weather, checkout, etc. also very helpful.

it was a beautiful campground right on the river

Nice cabin. Restroom/showers need a lot of work.

Our stay this time was not good we have come multiple times , the cabin was dirty not stocked with essentials no shower gel container was empty no extra toilet paper only 2 coffee pods floor was not cleaned hair balls and dust food and paper garbage left under the table we were there for 3 nights which is a lot of money plus a pet fee no paper towels it was not restocked after last guests.

Very peaceful setting. Everyone was very friendly.

Avoid!!! Staff is friendly and helpful but the grounds had garbage everywhere, the bathrooms are disgusting dirty, and lots of black mold on shower curtain. The shower nozzles broken water pressure actually hurt.
Jul 12, 2023
The bathrooms were not as clean as I would like
Jul 12, 2023
Cabins well spaced and in trees. Water and bathrooms nearby. Bathrooms not clean at all. Nicely located on Yellowstone River. Office staff very helpful and cheerful.

Beautiful, quiet campground right next to the Yellowstone River in Paradise Valley.. We visited the nearby hot springs pools, local river swimming spots and hiked near Pine Creek campground. So much to see and do!
Jul 11, 2023
Found out after we had been there a bit there was another whole side to the park that was on the Yellowstone River. If we ever stay there again I would definitely ask to be on that side.

KOA is becoming very over priced for what you get, the site #55 they originally had us in had the hook ups on the wrong side so they moved us to site #83 into the weeds, nobody maintains the grounds anymore, I think Eric was the name of the guy that escorted us out to our site and he was helpful, he had to trim bushes just so we could open our slides. The dirt road coming in was ridiculous!

Clean, great location.

The addition of linens for the deluxe cabins is nice. Bring back the standard coffee pots! The Kurigs with only two pods doesn't do too much when you have a cabin that sleeps 6 for multiple nights. Also the requirement to be escorted to your campsite seems excessive when a person knows where they are going. Why waste busy staff time and ours in a queue?
Jul 10, 2023
Park was crowded so you felt cramped but beautiful scenery and Yellowstone River access. The 1.5 mile dirt round off the main highway needs work.

we had a great stay here as always . some areas of the campground could use some mowing /trimming but we have been blessed with a fair amount of rain this year so i understand the growth . The Staff does an amazing job taking care of all of us . Thanks Keith , Amanda , Mike and all the others . Its these folks that make the place special . See ya next weekend. John and Lisa M.

Friendly service and nice RV park except that bathrooms were dirty and had shower head that wouldn’t stay on wall and broken or inadequate number of shower hooks in showers

This is a beautiful place to park your RV and explore the area. Jordan, Allison, Eric and all the staff are so helpful and friendly!! We were here for a week and everything was seamless and easy with the campground. We were here in October and weathered a freak snowstorm (like a foot of snow!) and they helped us however they could. We would definitely stay here again if/when we head back out this way.

We loved this spot. It was 51 miles from the N. Entrance but everyone else was closed for the winter. The time we spent and the hosts were great. We will stay again when the opportunity arises. Thank you Allison & Jordan for making us comfortable while we were there.
