You've made a lot of nice changes since we were there last. The staff was very helpful and very good. Keith was wonderful and helped us a lot. Suggestions: In the individual showers, put down some mats especially in the handicapped bathroom. The floor was soaked and no way to get clothes off and on without getting them wet. Also dangerous to walk on those tile floors when wet.

We arrived a bit after 8 and stayed in a cabin. The place was packed. Was disappointed that the pool closed so early after such a long day of driving for us.

The place needs a lot of TLC. It could be beautiful with some effort. Bathrooms were filthy. Deluxe Patio sites had thistles. Totally unacceptable! This is our seventh month on the road this year and this is the worst campground.

As always we had a great weekend here. Took in a concert at pine creek lodge and did a little fishing on the Yellowstone River . We invited friends this weekend that have never been to this KOA . They now understand why we come here all the time . Keep up the good work folks . thank you from John and Lisa

Things seemed to be often out of order…..the pool pump, the bathroom, the office closing early. I did receive weather alerts that were appreciated.

One of the bathrooms was out-of-order for 2 days of our 7-day stay, and so 1 bathroom for the many people in our part of the campground was very inconvenient. I did not find the bathrooms/shower particularly clean either.

The pull through spots are very close together. The bad neighbor situation was present the whole stay. Multiple children crying, screaming and running around the place. The spots are so close we could here those kids crying and running back and forth in the 5th wheel they were staying in while we were inside our camper. The trees are nice for shade but the placement doesn't allow the awning.

Enjoyed our stay!! Had to move to a different site the last night but it actually turned out to be the best site. A little more expensive but loved being by the river.

The folks were very nice. I got the feeling they were unsure about the length of their pull through sites. If I were you. You may want to assist them in getting the highways people to smooth out the gravel road leading to the park. It is the worst road our 35 foot class A has sever seen

Really loved our visit. Site was quiet. Staff was incredible. Had a vet medical emergency and the staff was fantastic. We ended up extended our stay because of it. We are VIP members and stay at KOA alot. This was definitely one of our favorites. Thank you

Wonderful campground experience! Quiet tent camping area. Clean grounds. Off the beaten path and on the river. Very scenic and relaxing. Clean and updated bathrooms. I would love to camp here again!

Poor signage to get to park, park seems tired and unkept. Power pedestal showed low voltage had to replace breaker.

We stayed here reluctantly after our son's truck and belongings were smashed by one of the KOA trees and the employees disposed of their things claiming KOA insurance would pay for it-their insurance called it an act of God and refused to pay. While staying there we noted at least 20 trees that were rotting and very likely to fall on people or property with any storm. Stay at our own risk!!

This KOA is a lovely campground. It was clean and well organized. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review was the extra vehicle charge. I wan't made aware of this until check-in and I don't recall this being made known at the time of my reservation.

It was my first time staying at a KOA. I do a lot of dry camping. I had a great time and the people are very friendly. Will be using KOA's more often. Thanks for the stay.

We only stayed one night on our road trip and it was a great place to stop. We had a tent site and there were several places to choose from to put the tent on the site, including an area in some trees that made us feel like we weren’t in a campground. The staff were EXTREMELY friendly!!

It was nice but our campsite was almost always in the sun very little if any shade that made it less desirable. Also I would recommend cleaning the chairs by the campfire patio. They were very sticking with tree sap. Some upkeep of landscaping and painting (ie: fence by playground) would be more appealing. With that said we would probably visit again. Just request a better campsite.

Great place, great hosts and staff. Only issue was the one mile gravel road leading to the campground. Know this is not the campground’s fault, but still an issue.

Our campsite was right across from a pile of old junk and some equipment. This obstructed our view and made it noisy. I don't know this by looking at the map but I would have asked for a different site had I known. There were other sites available that we would have preferred. Pool was not very clean.

I love the lady at the counter. I wish I could remember her name but super smiley and super friendly. Their system is very slow so check in can take a minute. Nothing some patience can't fix as it's not their fault how slow the process can take. Be kind!

Excellent customer service and location. The sites are super clean and close to the river. The campground is 40+ miles away from Yellowstone entrace and 10 miles away from the city. Peaceful and relaxing.

This is the worst KOA we have stayed in and not up to the usual KOA standards. The park is older with a bad layout and sites that are very close. The dog yard was not maintained with poop everywhere, tall grass and weeds that needed to be mowed. There were a couple of dogs running loose including the employees dogs. With some effort this could be much nicer as it is in a beautiful area.

The campground was full for most of our stay. Didn’t have to wait at all or a long time to use bathrooms or shower. Trash and water locations close to our site. WiFi was good considering we were probably far from the main source. Only negative was the cottonwood tree branch crashing down in the site next to ours. We opted to not be in our tent for the rest of the night and slept in our car. :(

Road leading into campground is like a rubboard. Glad I didn't have to take a shower in the bathhouse. Even with periodical cleaning the floors stayed dirty and wet. The staff was great and very helpful.

Our bed was supper hard. And it said no pets in the laundry building but when we walked into do laundry they had a dog in there. Rules must apply to just certain people. But other then that I loved it there

This is a beautiful place to park your RV and explore the area. Jordan, Allison, Eric and all the staff are so helpful and friendly!! We were here for a week and everything was seamless and easy with the campground. We were here in October and weathered a freak snowstorm (like a foot of snow!) and they helped us however they could. We would definitely stay here again if/when we head back out this way.

We loved this spot. It was 51 miles from the N. Entrance but everyone else was closed for the winter. The time we spent and the hosts were great. We will stay again when the opportunity arises. Thank you Allison & Jordan for making us comfortable while we were there.
