Although convenient to the interstate, this KOA is showing its age. The pool and kids area look maintained and table shelters added to tent camp area. Roads and spaces are narrow; watch for oddly placed boulders and the many weeds cover the boulders and ground hookups. Only a few places are long enough for big rigs towing (without unhitching), so be careful as parked cars are in roadway.

Site did not have a picnic table or grill. When we asked about it, the young girl at the desk called maintenance. That employee could hardly talk or give us any answer. Finally told it was a “first come, first serve” and we could use the next site’s setup. Website states arcade games and heated pool… Neither were true.

Location is good for a break after the mountains. However the campsite was miserable. It was full of weeds and looks like it was never taken care of. The worst campsite out of all the KO A sites where I have stayed. And close to the road.

The KOA staff was friendly. They accommodated us due to an unexpected stay due to our truck breaking down. But got us in a spot we were able to stay a few nights while waiting on our truck. The pool is not heated, but it was a pool! Laundry worked. Game room could use some updates. Loved fooseball table was cool but cost $.75. Pool table was broke and missing balls but we made it work.

We got in at 7:40 and office was supposed to close at 8 so we were hoping to get dinner but they were already closed. Spaces were super close together and it was full. Our cable didnt work for some reason. Other than that was ok, but have been to much nicer ones….

Great place to stay with lots of amenities. Close to the freeway and a rail line, a bit noisy at night.

Trial run of our new camper and learned a lot during our stay! Campsite was clean, and hook-ups easy to learn. Made a couple new friends! A great way station for RV travelers.

Seemed a decent, no frills, place to park KOA. However, our space right next to the lighted playground and dump station was not where we would ever stay again. I believe it was space 27. Avoid at all costs.

Host was very helpful. We were coming in late and they had everything ready for us. The instructions we received were very easy to follow. It was a quiet park and we were able to get some rest before we had to get up and leave very early. Would stay here again on our next trip through the area.

Stayed two times in a two week period. Both times too windy to sit or cook outside. Once trying to use laundry staff had clothes in machines.

The property was well cared for. Even after the store was closed and people were done with work a wonderful gentleman who worked there. (I think his name was Jason, but I’m not sure) helped my husband and I. He was super kind!!

We feel this KOA is a good place to stop for the night or spend several days here as a base camp. We felt the upgraded tent sites are worth traveling extra distance to stay here. This KOA is no secret as it is always quite busy. Reservations during the warmer months are strongly encouraged. We visited May 2024
