The service and staff were excellent! Great spot walking distance to downtown. Will definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Beautiful park. Great staff. Large unleased dogs are not good. People need eo watch their kids, bikes, scooters in the road make it difficult for vehicles who can only travel on the road. Balls bounced off rvs not so much fun.

It would be nice if campgrounds would inform us of fire bans in effect or not as it affects what people bring.

Thanks for your feedback regarding campfires. Burn bans can happen at a moments notice which is mandated by Chelan FD #3 and City of Leavenworth.

Very quiet down below. Spot #35. I was disappointed that the hot tub was not operational. I know the pool was closed for the winter however I would have liked to use the hot tub. We walked around the sites. Very clean and all the employees were very friendly

We had an amazing time! It was so clean, the people were so kind and considerate. I loved this Koa. We will be back!

Sadly, too short of a stay to enjoy all the amenities that were offered but in the short time we were there, we enjoyed every minute of it. Very clean, nice and quiet place in a beautiful setting. Camp sites were large and separated just enough to still feel a sense of privacy. We will definitely be back to stay longer in the near future.

The staff were friendly and competent as usual. No problem there. I've stayed at the Leavenworth KOA twice prior to this stay and it was great. That's the reason I came back. This stay was a rip off. $100 USD for a site that barely fit my trailer. The fire pit was so close it would have sent smoke right through my bedside window and sent sparks our trailer's paint job. Extremely disappointing.

It's a very nice campground with access to the river. The store is well stocked and not overpriced, the staff was friendly. Garbage pick was a great perk, just wish the cable TV actually had more than one channel that came in clear.

Beautiful maintained campground. The only fault I had was the premium sites are way to small and not that level. When slides are out could barely walk around the coach.

We had a great time and it is close to stuff. We liked hiking around on the trails and our dogs loved the walks and walking down to the river.

A very well run site. When we first arrived at the office and registered we were happily greeted. A staff member then guided us to our campsite and offered to help with setup. The next moring we used the great shower facilities on site. Unfortunately we could only stay one night, but we are already looking to book another stay at this park over multiple days.

Very clean, very friendly staff, campsites are a bit like a parking lot. To be in such a beautiful location and park on dirt or asphalt with very few trees is a bit disappointing.

Construction involving heavy machinery moving rocks in the lot next door starting at 7am would have been nice to be aware of.

Very friendly & helpful registration staff welcomed us and got us checked in. This was our first KOA stay and we were pleased with this location. Nice showers and laundry.

The only negative part was in morning of 19th there was an older gentleman sitting outside the office with 2 small dogs...which barked incessantly at everyone who came close to the office. Very rude in my opinion.

Misinformation about pool hours was disappointing since that was the main reason we came here. Cabin was wonderful!

Online my only option for a shower was a deluxe cabin or greater. Never been there before. Cabin was way too fancy, too much for me and $$$. When i checked in i was told the campground HAS showers, not listed online and told "yeah we are working on that". NOISY. Parties next door. Put the single person next to families of kids and smokers when other cabins available. No exit sign near office.

Please consider adding some gravel/additional leveling work to Site 32… it’s not good.

My only complaint about my reservation this past weekend is the campground put us in a buddy site, it was very uncomfortable due to not knowing the people next to us. We practically shared a patio facing each others so we spent most of our time inside our rv, sitting on our side of the patio made us feel like we were invading their privacy. Next time I’ll ask to not be put in a shared site.

Very tight, small camp sites. Don't go with a family, too small of camping area. Also, your employees that camp in 118 , smoke pot all the time! It smelled up our tent site. Wasn't very pleasant!

Nice area. Lots of construction which makes getting in and to the office a bit difficult. Would stay here again as it is pretty quiet (construction is only on weekdays and doesn't start until after 7am) but I imagine during the week the construction would be quite noisy

Everything - staff, cleanliness, activities for wee ones, and more - was top notch! Reservation and check in a breeze - we were escorted to our site - comfort station very close. Gift shop well stocked with souvenirs and convenience items. Ice/wood even deliverable!

One of the better KOA’s. Great location, spacious sites for the deluxe pull thru. The construction on the outside of the park was a negative, but not a significant one. Good amenities and a good stay.

Wifi not at site. Welcome brochure says first point “to enjoy your stay checkout time is 11:00”. Not very welcoming.
