Prices are out of control. A winter tent site should not be $50. Maybe bring back the peak/off-peak rates?

Cabin was exceptionally clean. However, the cooking utensils and pans are extremely worn and need to be replaced. Other than that, the cabin was perfect. You can really tell the staff take great care of the cabins. The campground itself is very nice; really maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and were warned that heaters and pipes might not be able to handle the extreme cold weather, but it turned out to be a very cozy 2-night stay. There were plenty of blankets and the heater didn’t break down. The staff were also very communicative, sending tips and reminders via text. I’ve generally had good experiences with KOA sites, and the same goes for here.

The staff did great and were very responsive and helpful in very bitterly cold temps. No problem getting around as they managed the deep snow.

Such a perfect little cabin. Very clean, stocked with everything needed for a quick getaway and warm and cozy during the cold weather. Only negative was the cabin had a funny smell where I had to go pick up some air freshener. Would still stay again!

Although the staff were friendly & helpful, we found the deluxe cabin overpriced for our experience. The lack of oven in the kitchen, the provided linens for the bunkbeds & futon were thin and did not include a fitted sheet, the fridge froze our food, the bathroom taps were stripped and did not turn off, and we were missing items like a kitchen sink plug and coat hangers for the closet.

It is unfortunate that staff was not notified of any issues with your unit during your stay, because they would have helped remedy them. There are no units that furnish ovens which the online amenities list what is available before reserving. Happy Kamping!

I love the location and the staff was very friendly. Once I got to my cabin everything was super dusty with dust clumps around the walls and the floor. My Queen matress linen had hair all over (long and short hair). I was jot sure if the blankets where clean. The first night I eneded going to Safeway and buying dusting wands and cleaning supplies; I ended up cleaning the cabin. Not very happy.

Loved rustic cabins, setting, & comfort stations. Terrible bedding options, no bottom sheets for bunks, thin blankets for winter, bunks not made up. No light over sink or counter tops, lighter for gas stove hidden in bottom drawer. Open futon too close to heater. Wooden chairs so uncomfortable. No bathroom fan. For the price you charged, we expected more!

It is unfortunate that your expectations for a Rustic Camping experience was not met. The lighter was there to help you start a fire in the fire pit only. All other gas appliances have built in lighters. A visit to the office could have resulted in extra blankets if they were needed. Happy Kamping!

We love this place! We truly enjoy spending our holidays in Leavenworth and at the KOA. The cabins are warm & cozy, beds are comfy and we just love the River Walk, the friendly staff and proximity to town. We'll be back, again and again! The only thing we needed that would be a nice addition- ice cube tray in the freezer!

During the winter time in the past, it was much more family friendly. They had fires going outside. The hot tub was open and the building next to the main office had old-school arcade games and woodstove going. None of that exists now. Now it’s just your average camping place with a rather nice office and things for sale. Bathroom and showers were very nice. Hard to get staff to answer phone.

This was a beautiful location. The facilities were well kept and great for our short stay. We were walking distance to attractions, a supermarket and hardware store. We fell asleep to the sound of the river rushing by. We heard a train near by and looked up info, we are now planning to take a train ride through that beautiful area and there is a stop by Leavenworth/Pine Village KOA.

Everything at the campground was good. The campground was easy to navigate, had nice amenities (most closed for winter) the location was good for sour trip to town. But for someone that basically didn't use anything other than power and sewer. it was kind of irritating have to pay $8 for my child to camp with us. Other than that everything was good.

We had a great stay our cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5. Service was excellent, asked for extra items and had them within minutes! The little store is cute and everyone was so helpful. It’s close to downtown, you can take the free bus but we just ended up driving. We can’t wait to go back!

There was poop all over the bathroom floor that was left there for over 48 hours without being picked up. They even put a wet floor sign out but didn’t bother to clean it for the whole weekend. Also the showers didn’t have hot water for a while

The so called poop was tracked in and cleaned up as soon as it was reported. The wet floor signs stay on the floors all winter long since there is snow that gets tracked in daily. As for the hot water, it was back on as soon as they delivered propane at 10pm. Happy Kamping!

It was great. The cabin was perfect. The only thing I would suggest is a door mat on the inside, especially for wet months as the mud and dirt from shoes made it extremely slippery and dirty.

Cabins were super cute and had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly. We woke up to a lot of snow and I messaged the office asking if they plowed the driveway to our cabin. It sat up higher and back from the others. The response was “they are on their way” within minutes a tractor was there pushing snow out of our way. Highly recommend and will for sure stay again

Saturday 12/9 it snowed heavily, but as soon as it started your crews were busy plowing the roads. Thanks ! I know it is not your doing but if you could pass on to the city counsel that Leavenworth appears more secular than in past. I did not see or hear Merry Christmas no Manger. I lived in Germany 7 years been to several Christkindel Markets, Leavenworth is not one. Will not return.

We stay at the Leavenworth KOA every December. It’s conveniently located-walking distance into town or few min. walk to the free shuttle behind Safeway. The cabins are decorated with Christmas lights. The store is stocked & one of the best stores in the KOA family. This last visit, it snowed for 17 hours. the maintenance crew plowed roads and sites! It would have been nice if there was a small toaster oven in the deluxe cabin. We were given only one full toilet paper roll for 8 people for 2 days. Another roll would have been useful.

On our arrival there was snow between the sights from a snow fall last week. We got a long pull thru for my 37’ class A. Sites are angles to the roads. Two sewer connections for different sized RVs. Heated water faucet. Lots of tent sites in rear or campground. Office staff wonderful. Close to town as we came for the Christmas lights and festivities. Didn’t use wash rooms or laundry.

It has been many decades since I have been to this camp site and unfortunately the times have changed and it’s definitely been remodeled for business not being out in the woods. That being said I would definitely consider it again for my next over night trip to the area it was just not the secluded place i remember it being. We had a great stay, would have been nice if the snow would have been shoveled farther out around the campsite so you could walk to your vehicle without slipping and falling.

For being a winter destination I expected amenities like the hot tub being open. Looks like all of their planning fun is for summer and nothing for winter stays. Disappointing winter stay.

I was pleasantly surprised what a wonderful, well kept park it was. I’ve been through a couple other KOAs and I was not impressed. Here, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Beautifully maintained campground.

We always have a wonderful family gathering there!! It is the perfect get-away, very clean and is the perfect size! You have a wonderful store that our grandchildren love to choose a special gift to play with all of their cousins. The people that work there are friendly, helpful and kind! We always have different weather which makes each trip unique! We love to camp there!! Thank you!!
