The nicest KOA I’ve experienced in terms of amenities, activities, cleanliness and location. Staff friendly & on top of things and I loved the trash pickup and delivery of ice/firewood to your site. It was very hot so river access was appreciated, and being able to take a short walk to the adorable Bavarian town of Leavenworth - allowing me to leave my dog safely in the RV with AC - was a bonus.

While it was over 100 degrees, the staff were always willing to help, they were all amazing!! Everything about this KOA was great and I am going to highly recommend it to everyone!

The campsite you assigned us was generally ok, but it appears you simply cut previous sites in half to cram more RVs into the camp ground. Its too crowded. KOA needs to follow the lead of the forest service regarding camp fires especially when your guests don't have standard safety items (like a shovel or bucket of water) on hand. Its too dangerous to have campfires in Leavenworth!

Had an amazing stay at the Leavenworth KOA. So much to do. It was super hot but there is plenty of shady areas and the pool is plenty big to accommodate larger numbers of people. Only nit pick is the sites are all so close together that there is almost no privacy. But I think that's par for the course at a KOA.

We can only rate the site. We did not take advantage of other events or services. It is a poor design, access conflicted with site 138 (we were in 139). If we were turned around, it would allow for more shade. Very expensive and overpriced. We have stayed in other KOA patio sites that were exceptional.

Well kept campground with friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor pool. Sites for the most part are decent. The deluxe cabin we stayed in was nice with air conditioning. Campground has lots of activities to do everyday for the whole family. The Wenatchee River runs by the campground which is a great place to cool off and have fun. The quaint Bavarian town of Leavenworth is minutes away, a must see!

Had a wonderful time. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that they should have another Comfort Station with bathrooms in the South part of the park.

I have been coming to this KOA since I was a kid & love to see it being upgraded and expanded. However, I did not appreciate the couches being removed for HOT metal bar stools. That was not a genius idea. The new womens showers are nice but I dont understand why there is only one hook? Seriously, the floors of those bathrooms are disgusting. Please add more hooks!

Thank you for your feedback. The couch had fabric cushions and was not sanitary and disposed. The genius put in longer lasting seating that handles weather, easy to clean. 1 hook is a KOA requirement that are continually replaced. Floors are cleaned 2-3 times daily. Happy Kamping!

Cabin was full of cobwebs; AC unit couldn't keep up with the heat. Did not like to see vagrants wandering through campsites -- I overhead them trying to find a spot to squat for the night. Also didn't like seeing people using drugs on the sidewalk outside of the campground. K9 dog area should have grass -- being full of rocks did not make it a useful area.

We did not seem to meet your expectations. Did you contact the office or after hours emergency number for all of your issues? Your perceived vagrants were Pacific Coast Trail hikers. We get raving reviews about our new dog parks and how the dogs climb and play on the rocks. Happy Kamping.

This was the 4th year in a row staying at KOA in a cabin. Love it here! The river,, pool, shopping, coffee and ice cream shack and friendly, helpful staff. Already booked for 2024.

Very clean and lots of fun activities for the kids. Our granddaughters loved the pool and playground. It was great being so close to the river for swimming or tubing.,

Cabin was clean. Staff pleasant. Issues were attended to quickly. Bed against wall was difficult to get out, had to roll over spouse or crawl over footboard. Bed sagged in the middle with two in the bed. No shelves in bathroom.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The campground is well kept and the river access is awesome! The only downside is the trailer spots are right on top of each other, so there isn't any privacy or peace and quiet. We heard music from our neighbors all day and night and one evening a group got drunk and partied late, and loudly, into the early hours of the morning. Not our usual experience at a KOA.

Overall, we had a nice stay at the Leavenworth KOA. The staff were friendly and mostly responsive to texts. The amenities and activities available were great. One big issue was that our cabin was not cleaned appropriately. Our kids used the bunk beds, and on our first night, found garbage and used acne pads between the wall and mattress. It was pretty gross. Housekeeping needs to be more thorough.

This was our 7th Annual Family Camping trip to your location. We initially started as three (myself and my two sons) and have grown to nearly 30 extended friends and family. We've evolved from tents and a tent trailer to cabins and we are already planning for next year. We did a Saturday hike on Old Pipeline Bed Trail and a Sunday river float. We love this trip and will be back next year!

Just stayed one night in site 33. It was really dusty. Our slides made the site very crowded. Some of the street signs were very confusing���

Disappointed that each of our sites (3) were raised by $14 from original booking quote. I booked all 3 sites and paid and was called and told I can’t have 3 sites under my name so I set them up for each person and paid and when arriving I was told I couldn’t pay and should have kept them all under my name. Makes it frustrating to book here. Didn’t have this problem at the Astoria KOA.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the campground and facilities. It is a good place to stay if you are traveling with kids. Our rating is based on the fact we were tent camping so the added charges per occupants and extra vehicle seemed high to us considering the above average cost of tenting. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Nice that it is close in to town.

Great facility with great amenities. But I would not recommend this campground to people who don't like kids/don't have kids. It was definitely more family oriented than for those in town to do the popular hikes in the area. But very nice bathrooms, tent sites, river access, pool, etc. Only thing that could have been better would be less kids and a shuttle to the Enchanchments hike!

We love this KOA location. This location is an annual trip for our family. I would have to say that although I know how extremely busy it is during the Summer season, it would be great if the phone could be answered more often. There was also a bit of a domestic situation going on two spots from ours that wasn't taken as seriously as it should have been. It just didn't feel like the "same ol' KOA.

We are so glad to you love our KOA! We work extremely hard to make every stay memorable. We try very hard to answer the phones as our office staff availability allows. Unfortunately the domestic dispute became more than our staff was permitted to address and law enforcement was necessary.

The BEST KOA we have been to! Hands down!!! Amazing staff, amazing grounds! Just all around perfect! Bravo to the hard work it takes to make such a beautiful place run!!!

Bathrooms were clean and the activities were so fun! We also really enjoyed the ice cream at the cafe. Checkin was quick and easy and the staff we interacted with were all very friendly.
