A dirt parking lot. Laundry is closed. No picnic tables provided per site. Laundry list of rules on arrival that are not stated anywhere on KOA website. Front staff is not friendly. Dude in the truck is super friendly. Bathrooms are clean. Casino is across the street and has some fun stuff for kids.

Arrived Thursday afternoon. The two ladies behind the desk were obviously having a bad day. Rude and abrupt. I asked for a closer site-said they were full(ummm-nope). When I asked about wifi and bathroom codes-was told-“it’s all on the paper”- We have stayed at avi many times in the past-did not expect nor need this attitude on a thanksgiving afternoon��

Avi & KOA is very tired. Casino was hot, smoky. Stuffy and had to exit. Rate over Thanksgiving was $80, more than double for a arrow and cramped r v site. No surprise occupancy was only 50%, We like KOA's but this is the worst.

It had been several years since I stayed at the Avi KOA and remember it fondly as a quiet, clean RV Park next to a casino. It is still very clean and quiet during the day, but come dark the quiet goes away. Since my last stay the store across the street starting selling fireworks and the casino has set aside an area for folks to launch said fireworks. So the quiet is gone. I won't be back.

We came in after dark and once we collected our reservation information we found our space with ease. This park has a unique feature that we noticed with our pull through site…the sites are paired to have motorhomes dock nose to tail. This is a thoughtful feature that allows guests to enjoy a meal under the awnings of their RVs without having to be next to the neighbors rv sewer hose.

The laundry room was not open. We were planning on doing our laundry before heading home so it was one less thing to do after a month long road trip. Highly inconvenient. The Feathers Cafe food for dinner was terrible. The service was great but the quality of the food was barely edible. The water taste was bad and they had no bottled water to serve instead. Won't be staying or eating there again.

Always a good stop. We usually drop in for 1-3 weeks each year. Been stopping here for 20 years. Could do without the fireworks.

We appreciate the clean bathroom and shower facilities. They're the cleanest well kept bathrooms out of all the koas we have visited. There needs to be more bushes such or shrubs to help block some of the Gusty winds and dirt

We booked online, large grassy area right behind us, very nice. We had a water leak on outside spigot & which wasfixed it right away!! At the Avi Casino, we had dinner at Moonshadow Grille, service & food top notch!! I know you can't control Mother Nature, but Wow, the wind there was off the charts!! Dog area was so full of dog poo, we had to find another area for our dog!

The campground itself is a large gravel campsite with all the amenities it says. I asked for a spot with strong wifi, and they delivered. What sets them apart is the pool area, which is resort quality for sure. The casino was fun, and the movie theatre was good also, all within a minute walk.

The staff was friendly, Wi-Fi excellent, my only concerns involve the aesthetics of the park. Once inside you are camping on a dirt lot.

Laundry room didn’t work the last week we were there. If it did, had several machines broken. Hot tub and pool was so far away. Did not say the big rig area was buddy sites. You were basically face to face with your neighbors. Also the laundry room closes at 4pm

Overall nice park, but the bathrooms could be substantially cleaner. The Men's toilets were clogged two days in a row. Maybe a fan that ran 24/7 would help.

Mens showers were terrible. The water pressure constantly went up and down. Also the temperature would go from cold to hot also.

Easy access, quick check in, wide roads and nice sized pull thrus. We stayed for over 1 week in a 39 ft. 5th wheel.

Only stayed 1 night, so can't comment on facilities. The site we were in was clean and well maintained and would recommend this KOA.

It was awful, black water coming out of the faucet and the grounds person said it happens all the time and they get complaints but the KOA doesn’t do anything about the problem will never stay here again. They should be turn into the safety water department. Don’t stay here!

We have been staying here for years. Nothing fancy, but convenient. My only suggestion would be for those not traveling with friends in a group and when there are plenty of empty sites, would it be possible to not put solo travelers buddying with other solo travelers. Thank you!

Site is nice, KOA office staff are the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable. Dust control on the roads and sites would be great due to the constant winds. Dirt blowing constantly and the dead leaves etc from the golf course drop over the fence and blow around daily. Maintenance guy Jerry is another great employee always willing to rake up the piles that land in front of our door.

Our stay was fine but no thanks to the conditions of this campground. We have thought since our first stay over 10 years ago that this KOA is the worst kept we have ever stayed in. We stay there because it is most convenient to the places we want to go. It's past time for repairs.

Cable is horrible, WiFi is almost never available. This place is going down hill. Water pressure is so high both the person next to me and I said the pressure regulator could not control it.

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.
