Overall stay was great cause we were lucky enough to get a spot along the tree line along the golf course. Full hookups were nice without any problems. Plenty to do outside the park in Laughlin. For the price our stay was wonderful and exactly why we go RVing.

Stayed 30 days. Please enforce 10:00 pm quite time with fireworks. Fill in pot holes.

They typically keep it clean but do not always push for people to pickup after pets, especially in or near the grass area where pets are not allowed. Staff very friendly and right on top of any issues. I would stay here again.

Place is kind of a pot hole mess. Just a dirt lot with few trash cans. Weak internet. a good large area to walk dogs. Ok, its cheap to stay there....

Spent one night at this KOA. It offers complimentary rides from the KOA to the Avi casino. Staff was friendly; laundry room was clean; visitors I met there were very friendly. Park is quiet. I recommend it & would stay again!

The visit was mostly positive. The only negative issue was the amount of “out of order” washers and dryers in the laundromat. The staff was friendly and the campground was well maintained.

I have always been very happy with this site when I stay here. I only had 1 problem this trip I asked to get a late check out for 1 hour and I was told no. I had to go and have lunch with a family member and I was going to be back at 1 to pull away. there was plenty of open spaces and the girl at the desk was very rude about it.

We enjoyed our time at the KOA. The only real disappointment was the road near the office which was very rough when we drove in and out but was almost impossible to walk around because of the puddles after a rain storm. It seems an easy fix by filling the dips with gravel large enough to pack down into a more friendly driveway and walkway.

Maintenance is sadly lacking. Roads throughout the park have potholes. Over half of the washers and dryers are out of order. Wi-Fi is poor. Swimming pool was being replaced during high-demand season. The KOA seems to be a lower priority than the nearby casino. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable.

There advertising was bogus. No pool pictures showed green grass shaded trees. Might as well stayed in a gravel pit. So sad.

Wanted $10 to check in 1 hour early. They were not busy with many open spaces. Road in front of office partially flooded and many pot holes. My wife could not get hot water in the shower. The final negative was the mens toilet stall walls where the TP was had streaks of feces. Obviously not recently cleaned. I used to have a high regards for this RV park but now is buyer beware.

Stayed 2 nights as stopover headed to Yuma. staff were all terrific! The casino was fine, food good. Not crazy about the smoking but it was cleaner than Cactus Pete’s. Staff in Casino were also wonderful.

Very nice. Except store not opened when indicated also needs to stock more essentials and a maintenance phone number for hook ups. Our cable line was missing 1 little item and had to no idea on who to contact. Besides this we had a nice 3 days.

Beautiful park, loved our stay. Only acouple complaints - the laundry room- over half the machines were out of order and according to some who were there the previous year, this is ongoing issue. The other is HUGE potholes all around the office area — seriously ?? No one could fill these in with some rock or gravel?

Always like coming to Avi. We enjoy going to the show, eating in the cafe, and gambling. We go with 2 other friends and can always get 3 sites together. Staff was very friendly.

Everyone is so nice and accommodating! The campground is very clean and everyone is very helpful. We had to stay an extra night due to weather and they accommodated us with no questions. We stay here every year and always look forward to coming back.

We wish the sites had concrete and or grass. It can be done because there is a beautiful golf course right behind it . It feels it was not up to par for a KOA . Office staff were great at check in . The casino well like most of the casinos smell like smoke .

Not sure what we did to deserve it, but we were assigned the absolute worst site on the entire property. If we ever stay there again, we will insist on being anywhere but that small, cramped, end site.

Quick overnite stop. Clean and friendly, lots of room for big rigs. Mostly gravel so maybe not a camping destination spot. Laughlin is a good few miles away

Campgrounds were spacious but just gravel. Internet did not work. Butstaff was very friendly.

Not our first time at this KOA. It's gotten worse each time we have stayed. Only 7 washers & 5 dryers were working. They have very limited laundry hours. Many spaces had trucks sticking out into the road because they were too long for the space. A toilet paper holder was held up by duct tape which had come off so it fell on my head when getting TP. No one seems to care about the place.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pot holes throughout campground. Restrooms - clean. Water pressure very low, couldn’t use sink or shower if someone flushed a toilet. No hot water! Shower curtains were moldy and gross. Campsites were level and clean. Cable tv was not available for each site.

Everything was great. Just disappointed about the No camp fire rule. The biggest part about camping is the smell of a camp fire not propane not to mention buying a propane fire pit is not the cheapest or practical to carry with you while on a trip. Other places we stay have fire rings provided to help with the mess and dumping of fire into a trash can. Super bummer but all else was great and clean

Very disappointed. KOAs traditionally have a higher standard of care. This place was a massive disappointment. The staff gave away our site even though we were on time and placed us in an inferior site and told us take it or leave it. Garbage area which we were next to was poor and unkept. Casino was extremely run down. Would not recommend.

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.
