Not a warm welcome, we had to wait until they finished their work. They knew nothing about the casino but call the number. There was no information about the area. I didn’t like the casino. It was too smoky & no real variety of food. Because of the smoke we didn’t even want to see a movie.

The bad thing was there was no hot water in the woman’s restroom. The view was beautiful.

Campground and staff were very friendly. The RV spots were easy to get into and out of and I drive a 40 foot motor home with a 20 foot trailer behind.. good food located close by within walking distance.

When making the reservation, I asked for a particular spot. I was told it was taken. That spot was empty the entire time we were there! There was a pile of dog poop in the middle of our spot. When no one came by to clean it up on the 1st day, I called the office. She said she would put a request in to maintenance. The poop was still there when we left!

Great place to stay , sure beats the parking lot on the side of the casino :) , only complaint I have is the road traffic noise, maybe need to build a fence along the road to cut down on the noise.. kinda sucks at 2/3/4am when you trying to sleep, vroom vroom vroom as the cars go by.. but definitely would stay there again!!!

The staff are great and the property is well looked after. A little too far from amenities for us, but for golfers and casino goers the location is really good.

We were very excited to that the main streets were finally paved. What a huge difference it makes , not near as dirty and a little more quite. So a big thank you for the paving.

Overall I'd go again. Pretty clean and tidy. Took me about 25 phone calls to get a person to answer phone. She was rude ar check in. I.k. k.o.a. won't care. As they are independently owned and the headquarters can't bother to do anything. What a shame.

Nice and clean. Loved that a 24-hour shuttle was provided to and from the casino. We will definitely be back.

Overall the stay was good. Adds online said fire pits, tables, and grills at each site, however, there was none of that and fires and charcoal cooking was banned. We had to ask for a table to be delivered.

Been here several times and will return. Always enjoy this RV park and hotel amenities. Will return again and again. Usually quiet and pleasant. Our dog likes this place also!

We asked for a shady spot and for $5 more we got a tree but can’t say any shade. Was only there for overnight so didn’t use any of the facilities. Heck of a long drive for saying they are located in Laughlin.

I love this place!! I will definitely be coming back again, Full access to the Luxury Style Pool, Private Beach, Restaurants, Casino and Movie Theater. My only complaint was that some Rv's were not well kept in terms of maintenance. Alot of them looked abandoned, Dirty & Old (flat tires , misc junk around rv, cob webs and trash accumulating) a bit of an eye sore for a luxury RV RESORT. God bless everyone equally but have some cleanliness for yourself and your belongings at the very least. Avi please set some guidelines asap!

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.
