Couldn't connect properly to the sewer as their connection was too far into the concrete at the newer spots furthest from the office. Did not have quarters on site for laundry. Laundry was very worn down, most machines out of order ��. We normally use KOA'S, but if we travel to this area again, we will look elsewhere. Bring your own dog bags to the dog park as they rarely had them.

Nice park however Needs some maintenance: entrance has huge potholes, night lights on electric stands are 90% not working out in the large pull thru areas.

Stayed in spot 839 with our travel trailer. Nice clean and quiet camp ground. We will definitely enjoy coming back!

This was our first time in Laughlin and at this KOA. Staff was friendly, the place looks well maintained and sites are level. Sites are setup so your door faces your neighbors door. The dog parks could be larger given the number sites in the park. Overall, the park lacks character and appears as a large parking lot, not an RV park. Not sure we will stay here again.

My wife and I thought RV park is very clean and employees were very nice and knowledgeable of area.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The only recommendation would be a supply of doggie disposable bags or have them on hand so people may purchase. Large areas for privacy and a large area for dogs. Thank u again for a really nice stay.

Very noisy with people fighting in parking lot at midnight. Half of washers and dryers out of order. Website says they have propane but they don’t. Told us to go across street but they couldn’t get us propane either. Bathrooms smelled like old urine even though they were clean. No snack bar as indicated on website. Laundry closes at 5pm!! Will not be back.

nice 2 nights, great office staff. very helpful. campground is clean and large paking spots were great. its time to fix the potholes. also, would be nice to let people know before they stay there are nightly fireworks.....

Poor little internet was there for a month it only worked for the first week Copland many times to management but was ignored. Roads were full of potholes Campground was in poor condition

Huge pot holes at entrance. All but 3 wash machines and dryers broken. No cable.(at least our site). Very windy January. Other wise clean. Large sites.

One of the best trips we've had in years. They shuttled us to the casino and the drivers were very nice. We lit off fireworks and gambled and the kids had a blast at the kids quest. Highly recommend a stay here. Thank you guys for taking care of us and making sure we had a great trip.

The staff is friendly, i like the casino, the campground needs improvement there are potholes all the way in minor grading and gravel would fix this. The cable they said they had did not work but we did get over air stations and we have Roku their WiFi works great.

weekend getaway from Phoenix. Have stayed at the AVI several times and it is a quiet park about 10 miles from Laughlin.

Campsite was nice, some staff were rude and not pleasant when questions were asked about laundry facilities. Close to Casino if you like to gamble.

We've stayed here many times and enjoy it. Clean and close to shopping. Great location with movie theater and restaurants across the street. Friendly staff.

I love this place!! I will definitely be coming back again, Full access to the Luxury Style Pool, Private Beach, Restaurants, Casino and Movie Theater. My only complaint was that some Rv's were not well kept in terms of maintenance. Alot of them looked abandoned, Dirty & Old (flat tires , misc junk around rv, cob webs and trash accumulating) a bit of an eye sore for a luxury RV RESORT. God bless everyone equally but have some cleanliness for yourself and your belongings at the very least. Avi please set some guidelines asap!

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.
