The folks here were fantastic, both at the Park and Sam's Town casino. From the lost merchandise found at the casino to the working with extending our stay, to mail delivery issues. I can't say enough good about the whole business model and ESPECIALLY the people working here. Just to let you know, I don't usually write a review for people just doing their jobs, folks here went above and beyond.

We stayed in space 217. We like the private dog run however this one was too small due to the large tree that took up a good portion of it. Also, the pergola light figure was not working and when we asked for them to check it out they were not able to repair it. It would have been nice to have use of it while we were there

Stayed for over a month our 1st. Long term stay Staff were very nice, pool was heated and great to swim in. Also nice spa pool very relaxing Bathroom’s and showers are nice and always very clean. Can’t wait to comeback

Rates are too high. Rates on the KOA website are different from the rates quoted when calling in. When asked about it the check in desk did not have an answer for the difference. I was over-charged from the rate shown on-line!! The desk said they could do nothing about it.Stayed here many times in the past. When under Sams Town the park was always full. This year it was less than 30% full.

Everybody very polite, campground clean with great amenities. Lots of open sites yet they still parked us next to somebody with us backed in and neighbor pulled forward, doors facing each other- no privacy!!! Need to have backings together and pull in together!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The Camp ground was immaculate and the staff incredibly helpful and pleasant.

We were here on business at the Venetian Expo and this KOA was just right with a nearby Walmart and several eating options. We ate twice at the Angry Butcher and both times had a positive experience. All areas of the camp were clean and staff was helpful. We will stay here again next year.

Site was not big enough for the 25 foot RV (sticking out in the road). We were parked beside a non-running truck filled with junk. Location is in a really sketchy part of town

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

sites are 30' long from curb to curb. the length of the RV trailers do not include the tongue of the trailer. you would need one of our 38' trailer sites. sorry for any inconvenience.

The park was clean and nice. It was our second stay there. My only issue was with some people in a camper two spaces down that were constantly smoking marijuana and that smell was getting into our camper. It would be nice if there were non smoking areas a person could park to get away from that.

Sewer pipe was too high, by the time I inserted my hose with the elbow it was too high, 12 inches. My tank wouldn't drain. What a mess.

Stayed at the Sam’s town KOA on previous occasions. This time we were parked close to other campers even though there were many open spots for our whole stay. Upon hooking up power, the power would fade or bump completely. Told staff about this twice with no results. This left us concerned about our camper. Moved to other campgrounds and camper was fine with no more problems.

just in for a weekend. It was much quieter than the previous stay I have had there. It was a bit pricey compared to surrounding parks and almost triple the price from my last stay just a few years prior. The amenities are fine. Its clean and well cared for.

I found the facility perfect for our overnight stay as we were passing through the area. The facilities were very clean, pleasant employees. There's plenty of restaurant choices at Sam's Town.

Great short stay we were close to the parkade so had some rowdy cars and barking dogs but for the 3 nights it was good enough for us

Bathrooms were clean staff is friendly. Lots of cigarette butts on our site and lots of dog poop even though it was a site with a dog run.

Everything was okay. It did not feel safe with too many people roaming around the park. We were by the dog park and people were not leashing their dogs or following dog rules. There was poop outside the dog park and inside. So not the best stay.

We always enjoy our stay at this KOA and generally come two or three times a year. In fact, we will be back the beginning of March and stay here for the NASCAR event. Looking forward to it.

Very spacious with a private pergola and outdoor furnishings (nice ones). Dog pen for our boy Blue was an outstanding feature we appreciated a lot. The park is vey clean and well maintained (including clean restrooms). Our spot was backed up to the blvd, so some road noise and bright sign from the adjacent casino, but the masonry wall helped keep th sound to a minimum. We would come back.

Great staff, the reason we always choose KOA when traveling, no surprises on arrival, all are clean, safe and accommodating. We travel a lot, coast to coast, border to border and most overnights are last minute when we are too tired to go further and KOAs are always easy to find and always have a space open, one night or one week. Couldn’t travel without them!

The facilities were kept up well. It was a bit pricey for the location. It’s a ways from the Strip. No place to park after checkout if you want to go into the casino. Dog park was decent. There were cigarette butts on the ground on our site. Gross.

We never had any issues with management or the site. The park was clean and maintenance was always around if you needed anything. Very personable staff suggesting lot of things to do at the park and in town. Mail service was outstanding with text messages 'You've Got Mail' notifications.

I was traveling through to work at another KOA. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The grounds were clean and very neat. The showers were beautifully kept. Altogether a very nice stay.

Super service. Endroit très propre et personnel respecteux. Bien entretenu. Un peu bruyant si vous avez un terrain près de la route, mais c'est Vegas! La piscine et la spa sont confortables et l'aire de détente était peu achalandée. Buanderie payante sur place, très bien également. (2$/lavage)

Very nice campground. A few shade trees which we were lucky to get. We're heading to Alaska and this was a nice place to rest and relax. The pool and hot tub are very clean as well as the rest of the park. The staff is friendly and helpful.
