We had a lot of garbage as we had just sold our house and had all of our worldly possessions in our trailer. We asked for the location of a dump at the front office and within minutes, the staff had a golf cart at our site to take away the garbage. They also donated items to a local women’s’ shelter. Amazing service!

Arrived with a broken slide. Parts to take several days to arrive beyond our 2 night reservation. Gary was able keep us in same site & give us a weekly rate. Compassion & empathy was nice when stressed out over being stuck in Vegas for a week. It was a good week to play and rest. Thanks for taking care of us.

Great stay. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that there are not any free water bottle filling stations. These were widely available at every other campground we stopped at.

Clean RV park. Clean and working bath houses and laundry. Extremely customer friendly employees. My only negative was the cable TV didn't work for the 3-weeks I was there a couple of months ago and it didn't work on this visit either.

The women who staff this KOA location are amazing and the real reason I'd recommend this site to others. Exceptionally clean site, great location to other Las Vegas services.

The. Check-in clerk was rude. The spot we were assigned was back in the corner and incredibly noisy, even though there were many empty spots in our category that were located in much quieter areas. We were returning guests, which I discussed at check-in. We are also KOA members, and use your campgrounds a lot. I expected to be treated better.

Staying next the Buffalo Highway was its own special brand of misery. All night long, speeding cars seemingly wanting to make as much noise as possible. Two suggestions: 1) Build a bigger wall! The one there is ridiculously short, doesn't do a thing 2) Tell visitors there's other options besides right next to the highway. I would've gladly paid more for a spot further away from the highway.

Nice campground, but K9 camps too far away for dogs to walk on the hot pavement to get there since they weren’t allowed on the grassy areas!

We’ve been coming here for many years and always enjoy our stay. The price increase is high considering we’re just parking on gravel. I’ve never seen it so slow here and I’m sure the increase and the loss of the buffet all play into it. My complaint was the men’s showers. They were disgusting. They need a total Reno. Caulking, paint and cleaning. Some stalls had mold and the door locks d

As always KOA Sams town is our go to when in Vegas . Staff is super friendly and restrooms and showers are always clean!!!!

Your bathrooms are filthy. There is mold in the shower stalls and in the floors by the shower stalls.

We love staying here, we have a number of times, usually parked up by the store as we're 24' and fit well. This was the first time we were parked at the back wall. Unfortunately, we were inundated with tiny black ants. We spent hours killing/cleaning, hoping we didn't take them to AZ with us. We’ll put in a request for a space next time. Employees were friendly and welcoming, very clean resort.

People need to clean up after their pets. There was several piles of dog feces in our space where it looked like someone just covered it up with the gravel in the site.

Excellent WiFi. Full hookup was flawless. Bathrooms were clean. Check in was quick. Plenty of space. The only downside was the road noise. Since it is close to a major road with many stupid loud cars and trucks driving down all night but that is not really something KOA can control

A great stay in Vegas. Loved the easy access to Sam's Town and the restaurants there. Great pool, nice people and felt very safe.

I was traveling through to work at another KOA. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The grounds were clean and very neat. The showers were beautifully kept. Altogether a very nice stay.

Super service. Endroit très propre et personnel respecteux. Bien entretenu. Un peu bruyant si vous avez un terrain près de la route, mais c'est Vegas! La piscine et la spa sont confortables et l'aire de détente était peu achalandée. Buanderie payante sur place, très bien également. (2$/lavage)

Very nice campground. A few shade trees which we were lucky to get. We're heading to Alaska and this was a nice place to rest and relax. The pool and hot tub are very clean as well as the rest of the park. The staff is friendly and helpful.
