Nice clean park. Friendly, helpful staff. However, the cable TV isn't working properly & seems to be ongoing problem. Staff doesn't really understand the problem & had us talk to the cable company. It wasn't our rig, the problem is with the service to the park. We just wanted to rest in our trailer for two days & watch TV as we'd been out in the wilderness for 4 weeks. Disappointed with that.

Good stopping point in our route. Responsive, helpful staff. Grounds well maintained. Our dog loved their dog park.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Our site was great, grass, small table and chairs! We used the pool and hot tub. Very clean, clear water in the pools. So nice to relax in after a long day of traveling. Large dog park and Pooh bags provided. Our 3 rd time here and definitely will be back again.

We stopped here overnight half way back home from Utah. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the restrooms/showers! The staff were all delightful and helpful. They had us in a spot out in the corner of the property. The young lady who checked me in showed me where my site was and asked if I would like to be closer to restrooms. Great little store! Wish we could have stayed longer! I'll be back!

I feel it was not upfront to charge a $15 fee for a "buddy site" when nowhere while making my online reservation was there any indication that there was an extra fee for being next to my traveling companions. All the sites are side by side for pete's sake. There is no picnic table of any kind. Not all RV's have a table. Cable TV was a joke. Every 9 mins. tv went off for 1 minute. Continually 24

Our stay at the KOA Las Vegas, Sam’s Town Journey was great. The staff was very helpful. The fact that they had an RV repair service available in the park was a tremendous benefit to us. We would recommend this park to anyone coming to this area.

Friendly and professional staff. The pool area and amenities were all clean. The tree in our site need to be trimmed as it was hanging on top of our RV and our neighbors RV. Couldn't put awnings out. Our site was very small and we couldn't really put any chairs out. The worst part of the park was the absolute lack of an adequate dog run. It was not large enough for all of the dogs!

Staff was friendly but put us in a space where road construction started at 5:30 am right on the other side of where we were parked. Half the campground was empty and they could have put us somewhere else. Surely they knew about construction that had been going on for days. Vegas has changed and is low life and horrible. Will never go there again.

check-in was a breeze, and the people in the store were very polite and friendly. However, after reaching my site, the power did not work, and no one answered the phone so I set out on foot to find someone to help.office was closed Restrooms and showers were very clean and well-kept. The location of this park is a noisy part of town. Beware pretty loud all night.

David, the campground supervisor, was there to greet me and helped me twice in finding my location, helping me by showing me how everything works, and even helped with showing me the inverter so my camper would light up and work right! So pleasant and helpful. My son lives in Las Vegas, and my dogs and I will definitely visit frequently throughout the years! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Thank you for having a strong WiFi service. Some KOAs say they have WiFi, but it is often slow and clumsy to use and access.

The staff is so great and the families were very clean; however, we were disappointed by the lack of shade. Being on concrete and stone with no shade made outdoor conditions intolerable. Would have been great to have a tree two or even some shade cloths.

We traveled from Lake Havasu, Az to LV for our dog to be seen at the Las Vegas Specialty Veterinarian Clinic. It is well kept. There were plenty of open pull In sights. Wish we could have been given one with a grassy area with seating so we could sit outside with our dog. We are seniors not into the bells and whistles of ‘Vegas’ so we were stuck inside our 5th wheel when not at the vet

It was very nice. Showers and bathroom nice. The dog fence yard was not grassy like the others but it was ok. Pleasant overall people that worked there.
