Nice with lots of trees. Staff is nice. Expensive, but maybe not for Tahoe. No dog park. Required 3 night minumum for weekend we stayed. Park was not full maybe thats why.

Bathrooms are not super clean. Very close to a busy/noisy freeway. Bear visited the camp site and terrorized the entire campground. No one seem to be doing anything about it.

We were very happy with the friendly and very helpful Staff. the campground spot itself was great and a good size. However the spots were really really close together and I was practically on top of one of my neighbors. They had Showers and Bathrooms and a pool we didnt check out. The real Gem of this location was not the KOA itself but the fact that a mile away is Lake Baron which is a hidden gem

Even though it was the busiest week (4th of July at Lake Tahoe is B.U.S.Y.), of the Summer, the staff were all calm, friendly, efficient, helpful above & beyond. I thought the place was clean & the restrooms well-stocked. It was a delightful place, just far enough away from the madness of So Lake Tahoe to be peaceful & restful, yet close enough to beach fun, shopping, eating out, etc.

We loved the staff, loved having church Sunday at the pool, loved the hot showers and bathrooms, store was great and information provided was abundant. Very disappointed that campsites were so crammed in and our site #15 was up against Hwy 50 (horribly noisy). Due to these two factors, we would not recommend this KOA.

KOA was very well maintained. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to everyone. Hopefully our travels will bring us back that way!!!

Mold in the shower, pool too small especially with brick wall encapsulating the pool noise, and unlevel campsites

Very nice people working , but over priced ,we found another campground that will give us a week rate and save us money . Why doesn't KOA give a weekly rate if you stay a week ?

Very friendly and helpful host & hostess staff. Clean facilities. Loved our spot. I'd ask for it again. Looking forward to another stay in the near future.

Loved Tahoe. Loved the mountains and just loved the stream in back of site 18. But we had a 30 ft 5th wheel with 2 pop outs. Somebody should go check that site out before making someone else stay there. Way too small. I still don't know how my husband parked it. No extra room, no awnings put out or any of our lights and toys. Another bigger site by that stream and it would have been differe

Lots of signage, bit confusing. Laundry room & bathrooms needs an updated and laundry cost was expensive. Low tree branches, hit/rubbed trailer. Staff was pleasant. Playground was great.

The stay was good. People were friendly. It was just a bit too much "God". My family is agnostic, and don't mind , nor get involved with other people's faith. It was not a discreet utterance, religion was everywhere. I would assume that most people won't mind but some do..

The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially during such a busy weekend. We got back to camp late one night and they were waiting to close the shop so we could grab wood for a fire.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Close to the lake. Beautiful campground. Staff very welcoming. Sorry to learn it will be closing after this summer. We were looking forward to coming back.

Positives: the pool was nice. The campground was very clean. Negatives: the bathrooms are old and cramped. I could barely take a shower because the stalls were very small and the water pressure was non-existent. There is no obvious sign for the campground so it’s easy to miss the driveway. No bear boxes, in bear country there should be bear boxes for tents at minimum.

Very nice campground. Clean.plenty of shade.the creek was nice but need a walkway next to it.shower rooms were very small . Although it was father's day weekend it didn't justify $110 a night.But really nice campground.

There was enough space between campsites. We didn't feel cramped. The bathrooms are very clean. As was the entire campground. We had a very enjoyable weekend. Thank you

Very clean facility. Staff was professional and helpful. Down side is very narrow road in campground. Also, road noise from Hwy 50 can be a distraction at night.

This is our third year and this KOA never disappoints. The staff is super friendly and we’ve had wonderful conversations with all. Easy to book and always get the spot(s) we ask for. The pool is fun for the family and the restrooms and shower areas are always clean. We always look forward to the next trip up to Tahoe.

It was wayyyyyy too expensive for what you get. So over prices it is ridiculous they charge that much. Then when we went swimming there were 2 dead mice in the pool, so gross!!! And they didn't even mention the bear issue, that would be good info to give us at check in with 2 small children!

Beautiful campground with big trees and rocks! A rver runs through it. Like staying in a state park but with full hookups. Clean, friendly and helpful. Use the parking guidance to avoid getting stuck on large rocks.

Good spot if you just need a place to stop for the night. If you want a nice camping experience or to witness the beauty of lake Tahoe, there are campgrounds near the lake. That's where I'll stay next time.

Fantastic Campground. There is a wild and scenic river that flows through the campground. Might even see a Bear or two. Very friendly staff. Excellent customer service. Conveniently located off a main road. A must stay!

Amazing experience driving through HWY 50 and meeting the Blizzard ( Mother nature). I enjoyed tremendously the masterpiece she was composing. Caltrans did a fabulous job clearing the road, and the collaboration between people was amazing.

Absolutely great time tent camping with the kids and dogs in the snow. The service was a 10/10. Would recommend.
