As a newly acquired campground, improvements from the previous management/owners is evident. Staff is continually moving assisting campers with various services to the sites. With the first season as a KOA nearing the end, I can not wait for the rumored improvements that are taking place in 2923.

we brought my 6-year-old grandson, and he kept saying there was nothing to do. the price we paid for the stay was very disappointing. I understand you were updating and purchased the other one as well. I don't think there was any reason to charge me the cost you did for what we received. Very disappointing and especially to my grandson.

The website was deceiving. There was no access to the river, there were no boat rentals and the pools were not open. And these amenities were not available at the campground we were at, they were available down the road, but closed. Housekeeping did not have coffee filters for the coffee maker provided in our cabin. The staff was very friendly. The cabin was nice. A bigger fridge would be nice.

They're trying to upgrade this newly acquired park to KOA level but the quality didn't match the KOA price. We had to go up the road for decent laundry, playground or pool. We had none and the laundry was one working dryer and two sad washers. Their game room was first class, ours looked like a well-worn scout camp. Campsites were fairly roomy but fire rings are right on the roadside. Not again.

We had a great stay. The stay on sight were very helpful. They went by in their gold carts numerous times of the day and early evening. The only issue we had is that we called the office a few times but no one answered the phone. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would recommend this campground.

I really liked the cleanliness of the campground. The raking between guests was very nice. When I booked for campsite it said the pool was open(this has been taken off the website now) and one I arrived I learned that it was not open which was very disappointing for my kids.

Loved it!! Even though the campground was under construction, loved the site we had Very quiet and the sites were well spaced, not cramped together. The staff were helpful and polite.

Staff was very helpful Even switched tv in the cabin so we could use a ps4. Cant say enough good things about the staff, Dog friendly . One thing thta could have been better would have been internet and tv reception but evcellent overall

Excellent facilities! The grounds are very clean, the staff are friendly, and the infrastructure is top notch. We really enjoyed our stay and will look to camp here again in the future.

I don't mind spending $78 a night when there are some amenities such as a pool, Grill and a well stocked store but this site was nothing but a campsite. $45 would have been more the range. To go to the pool we had to drive 2 miles down the road to the other KOA. This should be considered a Journey Campground not a Holiday. The sites were large but uneven and the cable was almost unviewable.

Great location and cabin was clean. Had everything we needed. Coffee pot and frying pans were to small. The TV didn’t work and there was no pool. Neither were deal breakers for us but would have been nice to know at check in. We would definitely come back to see all the upgrades when the remodeling is completed! Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Satellite restroom was filthy constantly and do not believe they were ever cleaned the four days we were there. One of the two sets of washer/dryer broken and hard to get laundry done. Very disappointing. Put sand or something down so not so dirty. Premium price for amenities and lack of cleanliness.

We have stayed at this campground for many years and always enjoy life in the "1000 Acre Woods".

The staff was courteous. Our cabin was clean. The bathrooms were not cleaned during the 3 days of our stay. Someone emptied the trash can and that was it. The sinks and toilets were soiled. I stayed at the resort in the past with the prior owners. The restrooms were always imacculate.

We enjoyed our stay but to be truth full and fair they did say it is new and they are working to upgrade the camping area and other facilities. We are looking forward to revisiting the kOA in the future as they transform. Great location

Overall a great facility and stay. Bathrooms were very clean and well kept up on a regular basis, the trash pick up was clutch, and the staff were all friendly. I have two suggestions: 1. Picnic tables need to be larger. 2. The light posts around the campground are very bright, and at night it was glaring/detracted from camp fires and sleep.

I was really disapointed that we were not located near the river as the campground is closed for rénovations and nobody told us same. There was not enough plates, bowls and glasses for 6 persons. The toaster was not working well. We found a sock under the bed and random papers under the sofa-bed. The cleaning must have been done too quickly.

I was initially very disappointed to realize I had book the wrong KOA since I was unaware there were now 2 KOAs located in the small town of Wilmington, NY. Accommodations were clean and comfortable but the amenities, especially for kids, of this new location are not up to par with what is usually offered at other KOA capmgrounds. I will make sure to book the other KOA campground next trip.
