The stay was great liked the site very level easy to set trailer. We had the cable out made a call the person took care of it right away .

Very nice wooded site and all utilities worked well. Laundry only had 2 machines and one of these was out of order

Site was perfect! Large and not on top of other campers! Definitely would stay in again in the Woods section.We have stayed before in the resort section which is not as nice; sites are small and close together; your picnic table is close to your neighbors sewer hookup if you get a full hookup site but next to the river Campground well maintained, staff friendly and helpful.

The Wi-Fi could be updated. The electric boxes should be more towards the center of the pull through sites. Cable was horrible.

We loved this campground! It was exactly the beautiful, wooded setting that we hoped for. Other campers were friendly; KOA staff were friendly and helpful. We were very happy that there were walking trails right from the campground. Amenities were great, laundry was perfect. I would definitely recommend this campground to anyone.

From Colborne Ontario, first tme staying there, would definitely come back, friendly staff, super clean restrooms and garbage pickup was a nice gesture.

Restrooms are very clean. Wifi has gone bad since new owners took over! The new higher prices will also steer us away after 10 years of coming.

It was nice to see staff around all the time. One thing I don't like is an extra charge for reserving a certain campsite. We go off season and there were more open spots than not. We have been loyal customers of the North Pole Campground for years and have never had an upcharge for a specific site.

This was our first visit to this particular KOA, we were very impressed with the wifi as the weather was less than ideal during our stay. I know that this campground is new to the KOA family and I am sure things will improve as changes are made to upgrade the facilities.

Nice campsites. The showers need a deep clean, but weren't awful,and we were surprised that there wasn't a toilet stall in the shower room. The laundry room was getting new equipment while we were there, which is good. Friendly staff.

Sites were un-level, no local TV stations, no cable. The only thing that saved us was the wifi could stream some TV shows. Several miles from lake placid, close to Whiteface mountain.

We love this campground! Very well maintained, full of beautiful trees, more like a state park, rather than a commercial campground. Spotless washrooms, friendly staff who are constantly monitoring the state of the campground, and especially the proximity to hiking trails. You can reach hiking trails practically from your campsite! This is a gem.

We had reservations for 4 nights but only got to stay one due to COVID. But the day we were there was very pleasant. The campground was so nice and quiet. The bathrooms were very clean! We look forward to trying another stay next year. The woman at the desk was very helpful and provided area information. She also refunded our unused nights. So appreciated!

No amenities unless you traveled to the other koa. For 220 a night there should be some sort of amenities at the location. Only 2 games in the game room worked prizes extremely outdated. The playground was questionable for safety. Cabin had wrong description. There was no tub.

Staff courteous and attentive. Site and bath houses clean and quiet. Perfect in every way. My hope is nothing changes under the KOA cooperate umbrella but I doubt it will stay the same. Here's hoping.

Stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and enjoyed the location as well as ease of getting to Wilmington stores. Bicycle route on 86 and Fox Farm was fine for weekend cycling.

We are new to KOA but not to camping in the Adirondacks. It's nice to have full hook-ups occasionally. The campground is very nice and clean. The location is great for all that we like to do.

I was very unhappy with the check in process, how my reservation was handled, people in the office were not helpful or friendly. The bathrooms were very clean and the young men on the golf carts were friendly and helpful. Loved staying here! Stayed on the 100 acre woods side as they are renovating the resort side. We had the perfect site with adequate space in between sites. Workers were very helpful & attentive and kept bathrooms very clean! We plan on coming back next year!

Gorgeous campground, even while in remodeling phases. Beautiful property and view of the mountain. Cabins are cosy and comfy, bath-houses were well maintained and clean. Store was well stocked and very cute. Game room had pool, fooseball and air hockey. Not far from as station or small grocery store. Quick travel time to High Falls Gorge and Whiteface Mtn. Friendly staff, no trash.

A short getaway to just sit at camp and relax. We love how quiet and peaceful it was. The sites are large, level and fairly private. The campground is clean and well maintained. This was our third time here and we'll definitely be back next year.

When I reserved online, there was NO clear distinction referring to this "New" KOA as different from the "Lake Placid / Whiteface Mtn. KOA". It is decidedly different. Check-in assistants were fantastic however the rustic cabin had marshmallow mattresses on the double beds but what topped it was the horrendous moldy sweat smell in both showers: Obviously not sanitized and rinsed. Fan inoperative.

Very accommodating staff. Let us shorten our stay, and most helpful when I discovered one tire had lost all its air! With their help I got up and running within an hour . CG was well maintained, very clean bathhouse We stayed in a motor home with motorcycle and car on a platform dolly.

Beautiful new KOA facility. Spacious wooded sites. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. The large camper behind us had outside led lights on for two nights in a row. Shining in our window. Please remind campers to be courteous and turn off outside lights during quiet hours.

Wi-Fi was not reliable. It was and out throughout the weekend. We usually reserve sites for the following year but we’re told they weren’t doing that. Other than that, we really like the sites there, as they are not on top of each other, and are “woodsy” and fairly private.

From the moment we booked we were impressed. The staff is over the top, the restrooms/showers were CLEAN!! We can't wait for our next camping trip!

Picnic tables are tiny. Literally one of us fell when we tried to sit on the picnic table benches. The safety lights that are on all night are SO bright. They could really use to have some shielding around them so that campers can sleep.

Our tent site was very nice and had plenty of room. I believe this site was for more than one tent. No complaints. I know that the campground is currently in a transition from previous owner to KOA. I’m looking forward to seeing what KOA does with this camp.

Suck a beautiful ride up there and the Scenery is breathtaking, during winter and every other season....so peaceful and relaxing I love it
