That's a great campground very well maintained very clean. We were out doing a bunch of activities throughout our stay but if we would have had bad weather there were not many activities on site for little kids. We did do the flashlight candy scavenger hunt which was really nice but I do think more activities are needed.

Beautiful campground! Very friendly, accommodating staff. Would definitely stay again. Very close to Whiteface mountain.

No cable, although we were not informed when we checked in, as I feel we should have been. And I feel like I still paid for cable, even though it was not available. I was not given my Value Card discount automatically. I had to call and ask for it after viewing my receipt after checkout. Our site was too small for a 40 ft motorhome.

Nice and tentative staff!! Cabin D7 I stayed in tv didn’t work and heat didn’t work ! So that was disappointed! Staff were wonderful!! Camp ground clean!!!

Have been staying here for 15 years. Only wish koa would offer seasonal sites or weekly rates.

We only stay at KOA when RVing. Mostly because we know we will be staying at a top rate campground. We absolutely LOVED our recent five-night stay. We loved everything about Wilmington/North Pole KOA, especially the staff. The young guys in the golf carts were on constant patrol and were very kind and courteous.

No heat, no cable, no soap for the bathroom and the gas fireplace didn't work. Jeff was very very nice and accommodating allowing us a late check-in. Thanks Jeff!

Sites are big and spread out more than most KOA’s. Really stony and bumpy and site not level front to back. Staff very friendly but need more knowledge on what to see and do in surrounding area. Young staff on carts very friendly and helpful. Not really kid friendly as no pool or up to date park. Scenery such as trees beautiful on site this time of year, Wi-Fi so so and no cable. Bathrooms clean

A little pricey. They offer cable but it doesn’t work. Sites are spacious and staff was friendly.

Very nice quiet campground. Well taken care of. Only issue we had was there was cable hookup at the site. No one bothered to let the campers know that they don’t have cable service! Rescanned the tv many times. Learned from neighboring campers that they also kept trying before calling the office to find out they don’t have service. Would be nice to let you know when you checked in.

This was our first stay at a KOA campground. Am disappointed. Book this campground because they had cable TV and wifi. A few days into a 7 night stay the cable went out, was told it was not going to be restored. The wifi was in and out, the last night it was out completely. Didn't even bother asking, just got out of there. KOA sells their places as premier resorts. I disagree with that.

The camp was very convenient to all the things we wanted to do in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our site was big, private, and close to restrooms. The private toilet and shower combination was great. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to the area we will stay at this campground.

Location was great but the mattress was absolutely horrible. Old springs poking you right in the back. The refrigerator didn't work and was leaking on the floor, our food spoiled. The ceiling fan was incredibly dusty for a place that's only been open a few months

It was a wonderful stay, look forward to coming back next year! The cabin was super nice had everything to big we could have possibly needed. Stay was amazing as well all very friendly and helpful! Area was perfect so much to do and amazing views. The bathrooms were great but the showers I thought could be cleaner. Definitely will be back for years to come! Thank you for a great stay.

Nice place, nice people, good price overall really good experience, if I had to make a suggestion only because u asked lol I would say bathrooms , and bed. Bed was a little uncomfortable but beats the ground anyday lol stalls in bathroom were a little small, same with showers. Showers would be better with better, hotter water pressure and more room/lighting. I know your remodeling currently

It was a short stay but everything and everyone were great. Site 95 is the best we ever had. We’ve been visiting this camping for more than 10 years.

The cabin we had was great. At the time we stayed there it would have been nice to have a better heating system. the heater we had worked ok. The last night we were a little cold. aver all a nice stay.

We’ve stayed mainly at the Wilmington KOA but had a rsvp at North Pole for a deluxe cabin. Definitely not deluxe, as compared to the cabins in Wilmington. There were linens only for the bed, not extra linens for the futon. The large space heater ended up blowing a fuse. Definitely prefer Wilmington cabins. Not sure if book again for North Pole unless it was for an RV site.

Very nice park! The gravel roads through the park could use some smoothing but the sites were accessible to big rigs. Cable TV went out during our stay but the wifi was better than in most parks. The KOA staff did a good job!!

We loved our site 33A. The site was private which worked out great because our dog is not dog friendly and it permitted us to walk her with no issues. In addition, the area was simply beautiful. Will recommend and would stay there again.

A nice new addition to KOA campgrounds in a popular area. Enjoyed our two day stay sightseeing in the area.

Handy spot to stay to explore that part of the Adirondacks and a quiet spot outside of Lake Placid.. Cabin worked fine for our 2 night stay.

Very pleased with the campground. I was worried that you would change some of the things I liked. Bathrooms were extremely clean and cleaned multiple times a day. Love the garbage pickup at the campsite and wood delivery. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Usually a great stay. This time the group in the cabin across was very loud until 2:00 am and also in the morning (before 7:00 am). Would like to see enforcement of quiet time rules. Thanks

Suck a beautiful ride up there and the Scenery is breathtaking, during winter and every other season....so peaceful and relaxing I love it
