Heat didn’t work all night!! I couldn’t sleep from 4am and blankets are super thin. They have upgraded to very nice AC/heater units but I guess power arriving to the cabin is not enough to make these units fully functional... they must have same problem in very hot summer days not cooling down enough. The fire pit outside is totally destroyed. Annoying And there is no sink in the “FULL“

The staff was very friendly and helpful the grounds were kept up we took our razor 4 wheeler and were able to drive across the road to trails for days we had a great time.

The ONLY reason that I gave an 8 instead of a 10 is because of the wind! I forgot how much the wind blows in that high desert locale and it blew the entire 4-day weekend. I would recommend the location with a caveat of recommending a weather check before confirming. Overall, the KOA was well-run, clean and maintained perfectly - which is exactly what we love in a campground. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful, the staff was great and very friendly, there was lots of space on our site, and the KOA is close to the lake and not a far drive from some beautiful views. even with covid restrictions we felt welcome and very comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun I had and how cool of a place it was.

The facility is consistent with most of the KOA's we have stayed in. They are rustic and do a decent job providing basic imminites. The most annoying issue I have with this park and another KOA parks is; they don't care if anyone gets a good night sleep because they don't enforce the quiet hours stated in their rules leaving those who want to sleep with the partiers who kept us awake until 3 a.m.

This is my second time at Lake Isabella KOA and I am always pleased with the lodging. This time we stayed in the cabin and it was great. Jackie assisted us on the telephone and at the counter with great customer service and covid protection. We have recommended your KOA to others and appreciate your efforts.

First the laundary had stopped working on Sunday. Logs were gone the same day. Pictures on internet show water stream behind camp sites but there is no water anywhere in walkable distance. No hikes around. If u come with RB u will be stuck here. Better to come with camper or your vehicle as the lake at 10-15min drivable distance

Staff was friendly and attentive,the campground and restrooms were clean,easy entrance/exit,close proximity to gas stations and grocery stores.I will definitely be returning again soon!

We enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful. We ended up with a rock wedged in between our duel tires and they helped us with tools to get it out. I could not have removed it without them. We are planning another stay with them at spring break

We stayed in the two bedroom cabin. It was nice and cozy with the heater. It wasn't far from the restroom and kitchen amenities. All the workers there were helpful and friendly. We'd love to visit again soon.

Excellent and very friendly staff. Jackie was very accommodating. Called ahead to inform we would be arriving very late. She made sure we had fire wood when we arrived at camp.

The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin (near the road, quiet at night). Big porch with seating, close to splashpad, ideal for kids in summer. Fire pit and picnic table in front, my teens built the fire/roasted marshmallows, I supervised from inside the warm kabin. Rain & winds both nights, no drafts. Good hot water pressure in the shower. Plenty of light for games and reading at night. We felt at home here

The bed was full of begs and somebody’s hair. I didn’t want to sleep on it but there was no choice. My neck and ankle were bitten by bugs after I wake up. I currently have a lot of blisters and swollen enormously on my ankle. I have to see my doctor.

Location was very good; easy access and large spots. A couple of issues made it a less than enjoyable stay. No hot water in the bathroom sinks and the electronic lock on the men's restroom did not work one night! Only one set of bathrooms in the entire facility.

People are good. Amenities are good. Covid precautions are good. Bathrooms could be cleaner and more insulated to the cold. (Fillmore UT koa is our benchmark)

The staff was friendly but the amenities were not! The women's bathroom never had toilet paper, had to bring my own! It was freezing in the restrooms as well and when you washed your hands there was no hot water. Then on the men's side the code didn't work one evening. Also, we left for a day trip took a picture of our wood pile before leaving. When we got back our wood was stolen.

The stay was pleasant. Only issue was with a few campers allowing their dogs off leash to wander other campsites. Wouldn't have been an issue but our dog is very protective.

I’m sure it could be lovely. We were placed between the trash and someone with a leaking septic. Concerned about the safety of one of the playground items it shook so much. Beautiful views and quiet nights.

Upon arrival, we were told the two sites we reserved would not accommodate our rigs, "we need to remeasure our sites." We were rerouted to sites 61 and 62 (50 Amp FHU sites but, were told not to use the 50-Amp or the sewer because they were bad. The park is very tired and not well kept. The people are very nice but, it's not up to the expected standards. OK for an overnight stop-over.

They took us on one day notice. Was able to get propane and firewood upon arrival! Very friendly staff and very helpful! One major problem is that they have some very serious issues with trees that have prickers that will get into your animal’s feet. I love the location but my shoes were imbedded with theses prickers after a brief visit. So disappointed that my dog’s couldn’t go outside!?!?!

All the pipes in the campground froze including the bathrooms, sites we messy, internet pictures highly inaccurate, host provided info was lacking. Stay down the road in the FS campround.

Pleasant staff and nice campground. Though, this being our first stay at this location and with health restrictions in full effect, I would've felt better if people were spaced out a lot more. There were very many open spots, and yet we ended up seemingly all grouped together rather than being dispersed evenly throughout the grounds. Very clean, little campground . The proprietors are very friendly and caring. Restrooms are clean and all in working order. The children enjoy the playground. The pool, winter time is clean . The store is well stocked. We had a glass of wine in the bar. With interesting and fun talk , I wish I got her name, the sweet lady that takes care of the campground. We stay there during Whiskey Flat days. It's in a perfect location.
