Everything was wonderful! Had a few issues with family members having to move their RVs, because the breakers kept flipping off, but other than that it was great.

There were a lot of dead trees all over the campground that need to be cut down. All the flowers were a nice touch. The staff were very nice. The new to us jumping pad holds a lot sand in the creases so the kids came back to the trailer covered in sand, we liked the dome one better because the sand filtered down to the ground away from the kids. Wished there was more shade.

Almost no trees. Not enough hot water in shower. Only stayed here because location convenient for visiting relatives in the area.

grass was very high when we arrived thursday although they mowed on friday, just occupied sites. on saturday they mowed and weeded eated the rest of the sites. these should be maintained at low levels all the time due to bugs. there were 2 large ant piles in our site also that are dangerous to small children. our water spigot and the one next to us was missing the handle.

Disappointed .Our first stay the grass wasn't cut, but we just thought that they'd forgotten about it, and didn't say anything. However, when we arrived on our second stay, the mowed grass was just left on lying on the cut grass and streets. The grill had charcoal left in it.The pier was covered with duck poop. Would be a great place if the grounds were kept up better.

This is our third stay. It is a nice clean park. Enjoy the water feature. They have several activities. Nice level pads. My only critique is mowing. It could be done more timely.

Everything was very nice. WiFi was a bit slow but was good to have it. Hot too but not their fault! Will stay again when back in Lake Conroe area. Staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating .

We enjoyed our stay. The only problem with our space was the tall weeds around our parking area. I can't believe you did not cut the grass around our space even though you knew we were coming. I was really surprised some of the weeds were over a foot tall.

100 f pool was not a relief warm and dirty and store was under stocked for some of the most basic needs a koa camp ground i was very surprised people in registration were very nice

Great facility… level, concrete pads, beautiful spot. Unfortunately, the pool was not available for the entire 3 days/nights in June while we had our grandkids with us. The grass and area was modern and well layed-out, but for two of our three days the grass was overgrown (shin-deep in many places before it was mowed the day we left. Buildings are beautiful, but the closest bathroom was filth

We’ve stayed here off and on from October to April for over 10 years , and been very happy with the staff and New Management . They always try to respond in a friendly and timely way. You’ll never go wrong with anyone at the front desk they are all Top Notch . More improvements on the way .

This KOA has gone downhill the last year. The park is hardly ever mowed. They quit selling propane. The fishing pond is overgrown with moss and weeds. This place has been my go to place for 8 years. I will be looking to camp elsewhere in the future.

Really like the site size and ease to things in Montgomery. Staff is very helpful, friendly, and so sweet. Andy is the BEST!!! Love having the food truck Friday. To improve: washers! When we left there were only 2 working in back and 4 in front. Shade for long-term spots. I would pay more for some, especially with the Texas sun. Improved playground for kids.

KOA Staff was very friendly and helpful. The activities were wonderful, patriotic craft, train ride with water guns, golfcart parade, site decorations, etc. It was the perfect location for our family reunion and the ac pavilion is something we needed a long time for our family to have for bingo, crafts, food fellowship and more. Thank you so very much and we cannot wait to see you all next year.

Enjoyed the festivities over the weekend. Nice clean and relaxing weekend. I would recommend someone overseeing visitors to the pool and spa. Discouraged to have a lot of filthy potty mouth teens shouting their obscenities.

First time to stay here, or at any KOA. Was impressed with the cleanliness of the park and the friendliness of the staff. If this is what all KOA's are like, we will be staying at them more often.

The entrance to the park has a severe dip prior to going up a large hill that scraped our tailpipe (unk damage). Had to move sites due to it not being level and there was mud (probably sewer) around the pedistal even though no rain. The rally conference center should be condemed. Our friends stayed in a cabin with no propare and blinds did not close. Not a good experience especially for a KOA.

Stayed at the Lake Conroe KOA for about 5 months in my fifth wheel RV while working in Houston. Great location with plenty of restaurants/shopping just a short walk or drive away. Very spacious sites through the park compared to other KOA's. All sites are paved and mostly level, definitely big rig friendly. Staff was great! Very responsive to inquiries and requests for maintenance (had an electrical pedestal issue early during my stay that was quickly resolved). As the weather started warming up, the maintenance team got busy with lots of little things around the park… repainting site numbers, fixing water leaks, etc… Only downside is that they don't really have a “Store” like other large KOA's. They have a few items but with the large office they have, there could be so much more. I'd definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

I recently stayed at this campground and overall had a pleasant experience. The place is very well-maintained with great amenities, and the sites are spacious and well spread out. The customer service and employees were excellent, providing a welcoming atmosphere. However, the only downfall for us was the presence of unsupervised children. While there are multiple families living there full-time, their children roam freely around the campground. Our lakefront site seemed to be a popular hangout spot for them, leading to some inconvenience as they left their bikes, scooters, and toys near our RV. I even had to politely ask a child to refrain from climbing the ladder on my RV. If you're considering booking a lakefront site, I recommend requesting one on the south side of the park to avoid the children's high traffic area, particularly site 192, which seems to be a pathway for them to the lake. 25 feet to the right of this site there are no rv spots or cabins and community lake access. Unfortunately the children prefer cutting through occupied sites and hanging out in the driveways of the sites. Overall, it's a lovely campground with some minor considerations regarding children's supervision.
