Campground Activities
Fishing
Enjoy excellent fishing in our stocked 10-acre lake. Our lake is stocked with Bass, Catfish, Crappie and Perch. Fishing is Free and No license is required. We have a small tackle section in our store and we sell live worms.
18 Hole Minature Golf
Each hole is a different challenge. The course offers lots of shade.
Paddle Boat Rentals
Enjoy a peaceful float around our lake on either a 2-person paddle boat or a hand paddled kayak. Our kayaks can accommodate either 1 or 2 people. Life jackets are provided.
Playground
Our playground is fenced and divided for little kids and bigger kids. The ground is covered in pea gravel to help keep it safe for the little ones and mud out. We even have a basketball goal and volleyball net for the biggest kids.
Fully Stocked Convenience Store
We try to keep a little bit of everything on hand, including everything from groceries or souvenirs to fishing tackle and RV supplies. We carry the staples (bread and milk) and a good range of snacks like candy, ice cream and sodas.

Meet Your Hosts
"The Lafayette KOA offers Cajun camping at its best!"
This park is currently owned by brothers Jay and Duane Alleman. Their parents opened it over 40 years ago. It's now into its third generation of workers with Jay and Duane's children. The park was built on family land that the original owner grew up on. It was built by family for other families to come and enjoy.
