The folks are very pleasant and it is very quiet for being so close to the railroad. Enjoyed it

We had snow while we were there. They let us leave late so we could wait for the roads to clear. They came to the office to register us on Sunday afternoon even though they were closed for lunch. We were very pleased with our stay.

Very clean and neat. Restrooms were fresh and nicely done.

Most everything was great. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean! However, I would like this campground even better it the recreation room were open in the winter. Also, it would be nice if there were a microwave in the Kabins or at least a microwave somewhere for folks to use.

Very friendly people, and the check in was quick. We only stay there overnight due to traveling through, place us in a ideal RV pull through to make it easier for us leave in the morning. Good folks!

Winter in a camper cabin with 2 teenagers, 2 dogs and a flat screen TV. Lovely host, super clean bathrooms, very close to Walmart. We'll be back.

This is the second time we have stayed here in La Junta, the new spots had a lot more room. The gravel is still pretty loose so it was hard to use our levelers. The staff was great remember him from last year.

Very clean + the staff is kind & helpful! Overnight temps were near zero degrees F, but the heater + warm bedding kept our kabin just warm enough. The only drawback was being repeatedly awakened throughout the early-a.m. hours by idling engines & trucks driving past the kabin, which is next to the KOA entrance & restrooms. We'd go elsewhere for camping, but we would stay here again as a stop-over.

Nice and close to Walmart for stuff you might need. Nice bathrooms and community room.

Park was nice, clean, well maintained. Not any grass; mostly gravel; however, given the arid area, acceptable. Only issue was man using riding mower to blow leaves and blew clouds of dust evrywhere.

We stayed at the La Junta KOA while attending a church function in the next town Rocky Ford, Co. We brought 4 of our grandchildren. The grandchildren (ages 8 down to 5) enjoyed the playground a lot. We also had our German Shepard with us and he was happy with the doggy playground also. The rest room was clean and well decorated. We will recommend this KOA to our friends.

Was there on a Sunday and all the pipeliners with their diesel trucks made it noisy as heck. Not very relaxing after a long drive.

My wife have been traveling full time since 9-2002 and this KOA was our 555 campground in that time. The campground was clean, but the sites are close to one another. The staff member that checked us in was very nice and helpful about things to do in the area. Enjoyed the area and would definitely recommend this KOA to friends.

Another comfortable stay in K-2, thank you! The La Junta KOA has cleaner bathrooms and showers than any local motel we've ever stayed in before so we feel a wonderful relief to pull in from out of state, clean up and then relax at night with an air conditioned Kabin that has TV, electrical outlets to charge our phone and FREE WiFi, traveling bliss. We'll be seeing you again soon, many thanks!

I made a reservation r days in advance. Was told I had an 85 foot Super site but when I arrived the only site that was available was a 50 foot site with only 30 amp service. The site had overhanging tree limbs which scratched the roof of my coach. The park was packed with full time renters and I had great difficulty even getting into the site. I was lied to as some sites remained empty

Older KOA, but clean and the people were very friendly. They didn't have many site available due to a lot of long term renters.

No rental car as advertised. Main reason we chose this one. Unable to see any sites as planned. Was told we would have 57channels and there were only 2 that worked badly.

We're sorry that we no longer have car rentals for you. It was not profitable for us. As far as cable, nothing was said to the office. All other cable sites were getting cable. Maybe you needed to set your tv or scan the channel in?

Well kept and orderly but noisy, we live in a small town so,we are not used to the noise of traffic.
