Super friendly and helpful staff. Tent camp site was well kept and comfortable. Bathrooms were super clean! Overall stay was great, just not a lot to do in La Junta, but great for a quick camp getaway.

Was charged 10 fee for arriving at 1:00 instead of 2:00 even though no one was in cabin night before. Air condition went out first day but was repaired very quickly by staff. Trash pickup was terrible stacked on dumpster and falling out. Everythig else was fine, have stayed 3 times in the last year, and will be back.

It was ok until it rained and very thing turned to mud.The sewer connection was underwater in a very large puddle, There was very little gavel at the site so getting thing disconnected and put away was a mess. I went to the dump station and it was in poor condition. The water line was connected to a spring loaded pipe about ten feet in the air and spayed the site continuously. Bad Location

We called at the last minute and Brad was so accommodating! He made sure we were in a site that fit our needs. We have stayed at this KOA several times and it continues to improve each time. The park is clean and feels safe. The pool is clean and refreshing. This year, there were lovely flowers everywhere! Brad is a really nice guy and part of the reason we continue to come here. :-)

Staff very helpful, was able to refund me my member discount that did not automatically apply when reserving online. Bottled waters and dog biscuits are a nice touch on arrival. pads and drives could use more gravel, some what dusty.

Like the growing trees and layout. Some areas closed due to renovations. Dog park gate needs maintenance. Would have like to been able to stay another night to enjoy the amenities. Laundary room was locked even though the sign said it was open 24 hours. Loved the signs in the rest rooms.

Clerk was great. Bathrooms clean. Showers not great looking at first, but were clean and water was strong and hot. My picnic table was a little messy (birds) and that could maybe be attended to more. Pool area looked good but I did not use it. Store and info for area was very helpful. Quiet. Overall I was pleased.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The grounds/facilities clean and well maintained. Lots of amenities including a well stocked camp store! Great location - easy access to everything in the area. Cant wait to visit again and stay longer.

It was less nice, as far as presentation went(e.g.,color choice, updated bathrooms) than some of the other KOAs I have stayed at. It was clean but the cabin was also slightly crowded with unnecessary items, lie the TV, fridge, and microwave all shoved on the nice little desk.

Loved the site and facilities. The staff was friendly and happy. The dog park area needs more lighting after dark. Also the playground area (for people) needs to be treated for fleas. If not for the poor dog park lighting and fleas in playground I would have given 5 stars and 10 on recommendation.

Brad you are a SUPERSTAR and your KOA was WONDERFUL! Grounds were immaculate Pool was perfect Our cabin was CLEAN and the AC was ICE COLD We felt safe and secure Your little store was super convenient and we loved the line of Mason Jar foods you carried- the Black-Eyed Pea Salsa and crackers were a great late night snack! Hope to visit again soon when we come back to see our daughter! Dawn

The campground itself was nice. But a large part of the reason we picked it was so that the children could use the pool. Unfortunately, they had it closed for a private event, so we were unable to do so. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Extremely muddy due to recent rain, however insufficient gravel. Many guests did not adhere to rules: dog in pool, late-night partying, dirt bike running around and trash mouth family loud after quiet time.

This was a very nice campground, the bath house was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions.

We stayed one night at the KOA and rented the caboose for the night. It was a really fun experience. They have done a great job decorating the caboose. The bed was comfortable and the space worked out great for the 4 of us. We checked in right after they closed for the evening and it was so easy. We picked up our check in packet and got right into the caboose with no issues. The staff was friendly and they have a small store with a few essentials in case you need to purchase anything. There's a nice playground for the kids. We would definitely stay here again and recommend our friends to check it out.
