My stay was terrific as usual! Great staff, who were friendly, helpful, and professional. The facilities are always very nice and clean. The park is well groomed, welcoming and easy to get in and out of. It will always be my “go to” place in southern Oregon! Thank you for the great experience.

Very clean and friendly campground. Service was wonderful. Only drawback was the nearby traffic noise and wind.

We had a very pleasant stay at your KOA. Sites were tight and both of our neighbors had their trucks parked in front which made it almost impossible to pull my 5th wheel out forward. Luckily the site behind us was vacant so I was able to back into that site and pull out that way. Staff was VERY nice and always willing to probide service. Bathrooms were very clean. 70 minutes to crater lake.

Nice. Kind of close, and had to go out the in when leaving as a large RV with a toad was gassing up and blocked the exit. First campground to include chocolates with the sign in. Nice touch.

We have stayed at the Klamath Falls KOA Journey more than once; what impressed us most is their dedication to quality customer service. The staff is very polite and helpful, the sites are clean and well maintained, we absolutely love this park.

Albeit a nice KOA, the RVs are close together. That said, there is plenty of open space across the stream that divides the tent area from the RVers. We were pleased with our stay and the staff is very nice and accommodating. We'll visit this KOA again.

Site was nice although the table was so far from us that we could not use it and requests to help move it closer went unanswered. They say they have WiFi, but they do not. It is false advertising. It is not available in the park. I could not connect my computer to it at any point during our stay. Located on a busy, noisy highway. Would not stay here again.

Clean and comfy, but a bit close to the freeway and neighbors. Amenities were above average and the staff were wonderful. They allowed us to change to an end spot to create a bit more space!

Very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the lady who checked us in. Welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient. Very nice staff, well maintained sites. Pool closed for the season was unfortunate for our niece.

Our first stay at a KOA and it did not disappoint. The property and facilities are well maintained. Nicely stocked store. The owner (Lisa) has a great sense of humor. Check in was seemless! Did I say how much we enjoyed our stay?

We really enjoyed our stay at the Klamath Falls KOA. It was clean and well cared for. The people working at the facility were very friendly and helpful. A man was having a hard time parking his trailer across from our site and an employee came over to help the man get into his space. I would highly recommend staying at the KOA in Klamath Falls.

This was an easy place to stop for a night traveling through. They escort you to your spot, had an easy check-in, it was very well kept, had cute decorations throughout the grounds, & a nice dog run. The spots are pretty close together but it worked fine for a night.

Other than having to move to stay another night our stay was very good. The Klamath Falls KOA is a great place to camp. The Klamath Basin area needs more RV capacity.

The KOA staff were very friendly, the park is clean and well appointed. The RV sites are impeccable with tables, umbrellas, concrete pas and fencing. Very very nice place.

Quick in and out stay, but no problems. It's convenient to be able to get gas right there at the park.

It was nice. The only issue I have is identical to the same one I have with every RV campground I’ve been in. The WiFi is terrible. I was parked about as close to the office as is possible, and still the WiFi was weak and sporadic.

We stayed for 2 days The employees are very pleasant As a journey park it is mostly one day layover travelers The park itself is well kept and clean A bit limited with a single bath house building The roadways and sites are all gravel and due to the volume of visitors the park is in need of new additional gravel Lots of dust only areas that kicks up in the afternoon winds We will stay there again

The park is clean. Check-in was great. We stayed in a full hook up site (premium, I think). Each site comes with a concrete pad, table w/umbrella & 2 chairs. The next site is a good distance away with the exception of the one we were in. We could have reached out and touched the next rig sitting at the table or in the chairs provided. We were there for one night only so it was fine.

The campground and facilities were in EXCELLENT condition-- When I made my reservation--four pm--they charged me a drop in rate---I don't think that's fair. I asked the young man for the combination of the restrooms and wifi password--and he told me it will be on the the registration sheet when I drove in---neither information was provided and had to wait until morning to get the information

A smaller park than most KOAs, location is great--right in town but not along a busy road. Park is well-maintained. Staff is friendly. The only real downside is what's typical of most KOA parks: It's overpriced by about $10-20. I paid $62 per night. I am writing this review from an RV park in Grants Pass that has most of the same amenities but is located right on the banks of the Rogue River and yet is $20 cheaper.

Location was good and the staff was great but they had the lowest price for propane in town which meant a constant stream of traffic through the park and a constant dusting from the traffic. The management needs to either reroute the propane traffic or pave the driveway to keep the dust down.
