Our stay was pleasant. The washrooms and showers near the recycling were excellent, as there was lot more room and very private. The staff were very friendly as well. We would definitely come back again.

This KOA is immaculate. You can tell by walking through the park the attention to detail and cleanliness. I would 100% stay at this KOA again.

the camping is alright. But the only KOA to charge to play mini-putt, why? And our dog has been spray by a skunk !!!

Staff was friendly. Wifi password given only worked for one device. We had to purchase 3 day passes for each additional device which meant 2 of those passes for our 7 day stay. Then the connection was terrible. When I mentioned I was a vip member, they said it doesn’t matter. I guess they need the extra dollar a day. I have a 39 ft trailer that barely fit on the site.

Staff were not overly friendly. Might wave or not, never stopped to talk. Wifi password is only for one device. You need to pay a dollar a day extra for each additional device. Never been charged anything or extra at any KOA. And wifi was terrible. Kept kicking us out. Probably never be back because of the extra wifi charge. It’s 2023 just Include it.

Statue in a deluxe cabin for 4 days. There was a welcome note and a bag of candy treats! Clean, comfortable and quiet. We’ve stayed at regular cabins at this KOA before and this was a nice step up.

Such a beautiful Campground close to Kingston and right beside great bike trails. It is a little pricey but it is meticulously maintained.

A nice stop with little highway or train noise. Screening kids all afternoon at the top of their lungs is somewhat annoying. Facilities are totally acceptable. Staff is/are excellent.

We don't normally stay in KOAs but with hosting four grandchildren we really needed a place that would entertain them. 1000 Islands/Kingston KOA fits that bill perfectly. The facility is well managed and tidy. The sites are roomy and the site we chose was very good and included a patio, table and chairs, and a fire pit. It's a short drive into Kingston where we enjoyed the local attractions.

We stayed two nights but feel the price per night is way too expensive for people that don’t use the amenities. We are a retired couple, looking for a place over night on enroute.so this is why we feel it’s a bit pricey.

While my one night stay at your KOA was entirely satisfactory, I found the price was exceptionally high. A stay at my 'local' KOA in the Barrie area is about 1/2 of what you charged me for full hookup. Having said that, I found your staff to be very polite and helpful. The showers were clean and HOT! And you didn't give me any grief about checking out a 1/2 hour late, which I appreciated. John

This is the best KOA we’ve stayed at. We have been here three times. Every time we come back, there are new things to enjoy. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and easy going. We will be back next year and stay even longer!!

very nice, quiet area. we enjoyed the cabin very much. lots of things for the kids to do. I was surprise that the ice cream and pancakes cost money, At other KOA they are included in the night star, otherwise a great time and very nice owners.

We stayed in a cabin, we arrived it was clean and in a great setting. Pool and most kid activities were right behind us. Camp ground is very clean and staff is super friendly. Thank to all staff!

I stayed in a basic cabin (k22) a few weeks ago and it was lovely. This weekend we stayed in k24 and it was not as good of an experience unfortunately. The cabin was infested with earwigs, I must have killed about 50 over the weekend, waking up multiple times through the night with one crawling on me. It did not make for a very enjoyable stay. I did not see a single one in k22.

We had a lovely level site. The grass was mowed and the man even trimmed around our trailer. The garbage was picked up promptly. Your washrooms were always clean. The location was great as we were able to visit relatives in Kingston easily.

We were in a spot that was too small, the post holding the electrical plug and the water outlet was broken and we were in a dried up mud hole!

I have one suggestion for you - on check -in have the staff member point out the phone number to each guest in case of a night emergency. My friend had her fire alarm go off in the middle of the night in her cabin and could not deal with it so she drove home.
