We received great customer service when we checked in. The facilities were great. The only downside we experienced was that we were in the last tent site by the road and several loud cars drove right past us.

Very friendly staff! Enjoyed playing the free mini golf. Tent site had a light with a switch and an outlet to plug electronics in. I would recommend it!

Glad that you got to play our mini golf course. It is actually the ONLY one in Kingman, Arizona! Thank you for recommending us!

arrived late, approx 9-10p, and Steve (KOA employee) was there to assist w/ self check-in for late night. he showed us our camp site and gave us a good night after explaining amenities, etc. close stay for grand canyon west, and will recommend to others.

We has a wonderful time at Kingman KOA! Our children loved the pool, mini golf, and train ride! The only thing we expected was a fire pit at our campsite.

It really was a fun filled weekend! Thanks for staying with us.

Clean bathrooms, really nice staff. The train ride wasn't available which was disappointing and the playground is two swings and one thing to climb on. The mini golf was great but didn't have any shade. We slept in a tent and by 8 am it was so hot we had to pack out. I imagine it would be much nicer to stay here in the cooler months.

Even though Kingman is at 3345' elevation and a bit cooler than the surrounding area, we are still the desert. There is much traditional desert landscape. Fall/winter is a better choice for many folks. Our train runs during regular business hours and is available by asking at the General Store.

Quiet and clean. We got there after the office closed and they had everything we needed in a little envelope by the office. Slept like a baby!

Thanks for your comment!

There was no wifi (which I counted on for planning day trips) and was promised a credit buy havent received it. Dogs in the neighborhood barked all night long and there was no security on the property. I stayed one night and tbey have charged my card nine times. I had to dispute it with my cc company. I plan on writing the BBB, too. Something shady is going on with their billing department.

Very clean restrooms. Staff were attentive even though I arrived late. Nicely laid out tent sites. Excellent value for the price.
