Back-in sites are available for limited Extended Stays not to exceed 5 months. These sites are available for winter Texans wishing to escape the northern winters and want-a-be Texans while they are relocating to the Hill Country. Monthly rate is $450 plus electric, for 2 adults. Additional persons $90.00 per month each. Sites include 30 or 50 amp power, water, sewer, cable TV and wi-fi. Electric use is metered. For your convenience, our Country Store, Recreation Room and large Laundry are available. Reservations by phone only with management approval. These sites are limited so reserve early. Reservations require $100.00 non-refundable deposit.
