Our family really enjoyed our stayed. The amenties for the kids was what made the stay there so great. Lake Barkley was awesome. Swimming, fishing, paddle boating, canoeing, minature golf, and just all around fun. We really enjoyed our week long stay. The only negative thing I could say maybe the cleaness could have been better. Had alot of young people running the place.

There were spider webs in the corners and hair in the showers. There was no lighting on outside after dark. The grass needed to be mowed. The people was great but was a little concerned on the cleanliness of the cabin.

Fantastic campgrounds!! So accommodating and very clean. This place is great, has lots of fun activities for the kids, and we loved the covered pool :) plus the marina is right there, we rented a party pontoon and it was so much fun! It even had a slide on it. We will definately come back

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay . We've stayed there the past 2 years with kids and grand kids look forward to making it can annual event. Nice part only 45 minutes from home but feels a lot further !

We had planned on staying 2 nights and ended up cancelling our second night. We were extremely dissatisfied with our stay. We were tent camping. We were told to just go pick a spot. No roads, no firering, nothing. A dirty woods area that had trash strewn about and horrible bugs ACROSS from the actual KOA. bathrooms were dumpy. Worst KOA we've been to so far.

The park itself was clean and there were boating activities (for a fee) and nice swimming pools. For seniors not needing any of the activities and just a place to stay for an overnight, it was way over-priced. The 9 miles down a narrow country road was a huge surprise. The survey states that we were at the park on July 2-3 which is way off as we stayed at the park on June 21, 2013.

Need dish cloths in the forts and more towel racks in the bathroom. We stayed in Fort 81 and our coffee pot did not work properly. Had a good time. The forts are a lot of fun. Great covered porch!

Had a great time at Prizer Point, was our first time staying here, will be back!

There is not enough shower accomidations for campers. it seemed to us they were more accomicating to the cabin renters and not the campers. The only thing that was nice was the honey wagon empting our tanks.

There were no actual tent camping sites. Just an open area near trees. No established fire pits. No cooking grills. No picnic tables. The cost was $90 for 2 nights with no ammenities. I will go somewhere else next time.

Pros: The setting is gorgeous; the pools are great; the inflatable slide was super; the wristbands a good idea. Cons: The employees were indifferent; the inflatable slide was filthy and there was no way to find out when it was available; the advertised iceberg wasn't usable; the wristbands should have been included in the price. Overall, it's a good park, but overpriced.

We absolutely loved it. We had never camped for a week before, and I have always wanted to go to Lake Barkley. Someone my husband works with recommended Prizer Point, and someone in our town recommended it, as well, and even had extra brochures to share with us. Love all the activities that are included for children, as well as the TWO pools. Also, everyone was so friendly.

It was a great trip. Loved the variety of things to do. The pool was filthy and hot. It would have been nice to be informed beforehand that towels were traded out every other day.

One of the best...Staff was great. Scenery is some of the best in the state.

They should mow more often. If they mowed each day when a camper leaves it would be easier to maintain a constantly more presentable space. Also, the recreation room is horrible. You have to go through it to get to the pool. The stench is unbearable. The ceiling is peeling.

We had a wonderful time at Prizer Point. We were made to feel very welcome, and treated like family. This is our third year there and we have enjoyed it every year!

Deadbolt on front door wouldn't lock, grass hadn't been mowed in weeks, no Wi-Fi in cabins, bathrooms dirty, lock on bathroom door wouldn't lock, front of cabins were absolutely filthy, cancellation policy of 45 days in advance is completely absurd!!

We had a great time with our family at this site. Our cabin was even better than I had expected. We felt the price was a bit high, but overall, we enjoyed our weekend stay. Appreciated very much the church service we were able to attend on the grounds, and the activities offered for the kids. The staff was VERY helpful, friendly, and courteous. Good possibility we would return again.

Very nice campground. Great view of the lake. Lots of things for kids to do. Very nice staff, mostly kids. Some would stand around and you would have to ask for assistance.

Everything was good - the mattresses on the bunks varied some were like sleeping on wood. Encountered a rude worker in the restaurant - food was not great. Overall a good time .

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. We took our boat and went on the lake but we would have had a great time without the boat. The amenities were awesome. We had two 13 year old boys and a 7 year old girl and they were never bored. The only thing I would suggest is a little more lighting going from the campsite to the bathroom and a shelf in the bathhouse. Can't wait to come back!!!

Still no wifi (as advertised) in the condos. We had the same problem last year. Yard between condo and lake wasnt very well maintained. Other than that, we had a nice stay. Love the pool and the bounce pillow. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cabin could have been nicer

Everyone was so friendly, including Julie(?), the reservationist. We were a little taken back at the cost but after being there and engaging in all the activities, we may go back next year. From the 3 year old to the 53 year old, our family (40 in total) at 7 campsites had a blast (not to mention a sprained ankle, pulled shoulder muscle and back trouble within the older group of us).

we chose koa because of watching it on undercover boss, but the staff was unhelpful and uninterested in answering question or even explaining what was included in our stay. we paid more for this rental (more than $200 a nite) than we ever have at a hotel. and the accommodations while very clean were lacking.
