The park definitely has potential. They need to either put a fence around their work area or clean the space up. You have to walk past it to get to the putt-putt. Also the putt-putt needs some help for sure. The weeds also in the pool area need to be cut. The staff is Super Super nice though. I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, but the park was unkempt and dirty. All the garbage and recycling cans were overflowing both days there.

The staff was super friendly, extremely helpful. Site was a wonderful pull-thru, gravel, level. Very quiet. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. We would definitely stay again. Only negative was the price was a bit high. But we were tired and was willing to pay for a good, quiet, safe place to rest.

We usually love KOA's but not the Kansas City East campground. Reserved a patio site and it was in really poor condition. The rose bushes were almost covered in weeds, as was the patio edges. My husband cleaned out the BBQ pit that was 2 inches deep in gooey burn off. The cost was $120 per night. Told office and got 50% off. Saw weeds whacked elsewhere….not pulled out??? They'll come back

Site 63 an unsightly garbage dump...broken furniture, old mattresses and trash. Tools, broken decorations,pool cover left laying around everywhere. Water stopped, midday without warning. Woman working desk hung up before I could ask about cable, which was damaged and unusable anyway. No signage on The interstate and very difficult to find. Needs a fresh coat of paint, and pressure washing at pool, complete mowing and weed whacking , complete deep clean of bathrooms, better trained employees, leaf blowing of entrance and around office building, garbage picked up behind building and in sites, flowers in pots. Kids don’t care but definitely NOT KOA standards.

Easy checking in, pool very clean, nice staff. Loved our patio. Neil, the groundskeeper was awesome and doing a fine job. He was very helpful!

Friendly staff, bathrooms / showers clean and maintained. Confusion at check in…was 35 ended up in 33. Our lot was fine but they put long diesel pushers in lot 34 in each of the four nights. Extremely crowded as two of the nights the activity next door felt like they were in our bedroom. Don’t understand the need to put those massive rigs in such a small space. Would stay again but not in 33,3

Convenient access to the interstate and helpful staff. Very accommodating for kids and plenty of activities. They even hosted a bubble party on the basketball court.

It wasn't a bad place to stay but for $90+ a day, it wasn't the best. Site55, the picnic table wood was very bad, there was weeds/grasses growing up thru all the paving stones around the firepit area. The bathrooms where out of toilet paper in one of the stalls for more than a day (found it late Friday night, so office wasn't open, then it was that way Saturday also) I have stayed in nice for l

30 amp plug crackled so couldn’t use it. Water spigot was broken. Gravel site very UN level. Had to level picnic table with landscape blocks. Weedy. For a $110 a night KOA Holiday, this place was very rundown.

The folks at the campground were friendly. As far as the grounds it self, well the campground could use some maintenance and cleaning. Maybe they don’t have enough staff, seems to be a problem around there.

The staff were friendly. The park is tight for a big rig. We are a 43 ft/towing motor home bus. The pull through patios have 3 at an angle. Others are a 90 degree turn. We managed to fit a back in but it was tight. The pool was uneven when walking inside the water but it was clean & clear. The ice cream shop was nice! The Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough. Overall a nice park but needs some attention

The campsite was ok just a little weedy. It was good for a overnight stop. We have used this KOA many times and seems to be going downhill. Pool pump does seem to be doing a very good job and liners needs scrubed. Hide your full times behind a fence because that looks trashy.

We did not use any of the facilities, so the rating is based on the campground appearance. Our patio site was full of weeds in the patio blocks and was not an inviting space to use. General upkeep of weed trimming throughout the campground was lacking. Front office staff was very polite as well as the individual who escorted us to our site. There is freeway noise due to the proximity to I70.

Everything seemed alright until the middle of the night when Everything seemed to break or get messed up one bathroom was closed and one was backed up flooding it was disgusting then the pool was very dirty and broke in the middle of the night too. All in all wasn't bad but definitely could have been better also the tent spaces could and should have been BIGGER not pushed in there like sardines.

We stayed 2 nights in class A, 31 feet. Sprung for the patio pull thru full hookups (spot 96). Mostly level, we still put down the leveling jacks due to the slight grade. No shade in the spots. Separated from next spot by a wooden divider. Low noise, well behaved guests. The store has lots of stuff to buy, and ice cream cones. We didn't use the bath, laundry. My only complaint, I I'm getting picky, would be that given the spot we are in is the primo/most expensive, but not paved parking for the rig. Oh, and a weed is not supposed to be decorative, right?

You can tell it is under new management. They have really stepped up their game. The new sites are very nice. The gentlemen who greet and serve during your stay were amazing. Front desk check in was easy and she was such a joy. The restrooms and showers are very clean and ready for use. The activities are incredible. The kids love the bouncy pad and the playground. I like that the playground is not metal. Does not get as hot. The 4 wheelers you can rent are a blast. Our only surprise was that the office was closed at 5 pm and then on Saturday, we couldn't reach anyone. I would recommend at least allowing the Park assistants access.

Wow what a clean and spacious bathrooms they had. Our 4th stop on our month long journey and this was the best so far. Even though our campsite was little tight (40), we still did enjoyed it. We have a 5th wheel and we did pull thru to our spot and had to disconnect our truck to park on the side. They had mini golf as well. Very nicely kept campground, definitely would recommend this place, even though it was little noisy being close to highway. It didn't stop us from sleeping good:)) They had nice mini store as well and go kart to rent.
