A bit far to get to downtown KC, but we were very comfortable in the facility. Wifi was good. Staff friendly. Restrooms good.

This was a stopover on our trip to Colorado, but must say this campground is one of our favorites anywhere. Well kept. Great BBQ delivered to our RV site. We’ll be back.

We were traveling and needed to stop for the night. We booked our campground online and called the camp office to confirm.The office person said that if we came in late, she would post our campsite # in the laundry room. We arrived at 10:35pm, no one in office, so went to laundry room. There were several sites with names, but not ours. The online site did not leave us with a campsite #. Bad!!!

Everyone was very nice but the noise from the freeway is horrible. Luckily it was hot and we had the air on the whole time because I couldn't have sat outside. It's like being at a speedway and camping in the middle. I realize there is nothing you can do about this but I wouldn't camp here again or send anyone. Sorry.

The pool was disgusting with mold along the sides. The toilet seat needed replacing (a $10 item) and the traffic noise made it so you can’t really sit outside. Nothing you can do about that…

Only a 4 because dogs were there without a leash (the reason that is an issue with me is that my dog got attacked by a dog not on a leash..he came under our motorhome and caught us off guard $350 vet bill plus my poor guy had 7 stitches)...otherwise, it was well kept, not level sites but doable..easy on and off the interstate and plenty of gas stations nearby.

Friendly workers. Quiet. Some improvements were noted since our previous visit two years ago. On the minus side- The office closed at 5:00 even on Friday and Saturday which made check in for some difficult and we couldn’t buy foreword. The pool was open but it was a murky green color.

Stayed only one night, but long enough to see that the campground was very nice. The sites were spacious, the campground clean, the sites were level. Easy in and easy out. Would definitely stay there again!

There was a hiccup with the late check in process in which the site we were directed to was already taken. But the after hours number worked and the rep took care of the problem and directed us to an empty site.

Paid over $100 for a deluxe site. The grill was completely out of LP gas, and the cable did not work either. Complete waste of money!

This was a standard KOA- nice people/easy access sites. No fault of the KOA, but the gps took us around in circles getting there-I called the office for help, but the person was not familiar with Kansas City, and eventually we figured it out. It was about 1/2 hour out of the city which was fine with us. There was some road noise at night, but tolerable. Two night stay was fine!

You can tell it is under new management. They have really stepped up their game. The new sites are very nice. The gentlemen who greet and serve during your stay were amazing. Front desk check in was easy and she was such a joy. Our only surprise was that the office was closed at 5 pm and then on Saturday, we couldn't reach anyone. I would recommend at least allowing the Park assistants acces

We stayed at this location twice (westbound trip to CO then returning home following week). First time, stayed at a very nice patio site. Returning we were placed in a “new” patio site, in the middle of a gravel lot, unlevel, dusty, and hard to maneuver. These sites should not be charged the same as the “original” patio sites. I don’t want to pay for a KOA site then have to level ours

We have stayed at several KOA’s and this was by far the most friendly and helpful staff! This was the first KOA we stayed at that served a meal and got out there to encourage all visitors to attend the meal. The shop was stocked with last minute essentials as well as a great variety of t-shirts, pj’s sweatshirts etc… We drove 5 hours to get there and will be back ���

We stayed here twice in a 2 week span. The 1st spot 27 was horrible, not a very level site, no room on outside of the RV, you walk out of the RV and you are almost on the road, not a good spot for anything, could not have a fire due to close to the RV. The 2nd spot 12 was awesome, easy entrance and exit, had enough room to sit outside and have a fire, plus space for kids if needed

Friendly staff. Lots of trees - good for shade, bad for Dishy. Easy access pull-thru site. Sites are close. Good drainage - no standing water after significant storm. If you like BBQ, try KC Baby Back Ribs.

People were super nice. Free breakfast was above and beyond. Pool was cloudy and the surrounding area needed someone to pick up items people left and in general straighten up the area. Also if they’d cleaned up the putt putt area would have been nice. If These type of changes had been made I would have rated it a 5. Maybe just short on staff.

We arrived after a long day of driving, the lady at the desk was very welcoming and told me about a local restaurant that would deliver right to our site. This certainly was a big help to allow us to just relax for the evening, which I believe she recognized that we needed! The park was nice and quiet despite being right off of the interstate. Site was level, grounds were nice and clean.

We stayed 2 nights in class A, 31 feet. Sprung for the patio pull thru full hookups (spot 96). Mostly level, we still put down the leveling jacks due to the slight grade. No shade in the spots. Separated from next spot by a wooden divider. Low noise, well behaved guests. The store has lots of stuff to buy, and ice cream cones. We didn't use the bath, laundry. My only complaint, I I'm getting picky, would be that given the spot we are in is the primo/most expensive, but not paved parking for the rig. Oh, and a weed is not supposed to be decorative, right?

I like that the playground is not metal. Does not get as hot. The 4 wheelers you can rent are a blast. Our only surprise was that the office was closed at 5 pm and then on Saturday, we couldn't reach anyone. I would recommend at least allowing the Park assistants access.

Wow what a clean and spacious bathrooms they had. Our 4th stop on our month long journey and this was the best so far. Even though our campsite was little tight (40), we still did enjoyed it. We have a 5th wheel and we did pull thru to our spot and had to disconnect our truck to park on the side. They had mini golf as well. Very nicely kept campground, definitely would recommend this place, even though it was little noisy being close to highway. It didn't stop us from sleeping good:)) They had nice mini store as well and go kart to rent.
