I like this KOA because the employees are pleasant and helpful. The pull thru sites are level with a pad or easily leveled with less than 2 inch correction required. This KOA happens to be a good distance for me to stop at while traveling to various locations in the west. I have stayed at this KOA four different times and each visit has been very acceptable.

At the site we immediately noticed the dog(s) in the camper next door barked continuously any time we moved around our site. I complained to the clerk, she said she would pass it on, no help. Later we went to grill out on our patio site. The bottle was unhooked, didn't matter because the bottle was empty. Coupled with the dead trees lining the site, all I can see was a whole lot of not caring.

Honestly, you can tell this campground is under new ownership. We were assigned a site that was already taken, so that was a problem. The inflatable bounce jump was not up on Friday or Saturday. There were literally no family activates or any activities at all. I was happy to find the mini golf, but that was in not in good shape either. It is sad, because last year we loved this KOA.

The office was closed very early on a Saturday, not site number listed on the reservation email. Loud and way too many lights on. Seemed like the only campers that mattered were the permanent ones.

Too crowded on weekend. Small Koa,in middle of residential area., with hwy. Noise on other side.

given site that was occupied. Ask very specifically for a site to allow southern sky exposure had trees over us completely. The water pressure was non existent. Staff was excellent but that is it.

We were in Premium pull-thru. Patio was nice and site was large enough for our 40' MH plus tow vehicle. Easy access to interstate. No one checked sites after folks left as previous occupants obviously had a dog and there were several piles of dog poop on our site! Also need to spray weed killer for the multiple stickery weeds growing at site.

We have enjoyed your campgrounds many times over the last 30 years. It still is one of stops going west. I do want to mention that we took showers and we both had a slip sliding time. The showers need better nonskid. Safety issues

Office closed at 5PM with no directions or instructions for where registration packages were located despite online electronic registration and check in. Check out before office opened next day created my confusion be KOA staff.

My husband and I are doing a cross country trip from North Carolina. We were leaving from Pigeon Forge and this was our 1st overnight stop at a KOA. It was easily accessible from the highway and sites and bathrooms/showers were very clean. With it being right off the highway you are going to get the noise from it but it’s a very easy in and out if you are just staying for a night. :)

Nice overnight stay, as most KOA highway a bit noisy, but fine for a night. Could use a better notice where to pick up after hour registration. Took me awhile to find it. All was good.

We have stayed at many many KOA’s - we booked a patio site for the last 2 nights of our vacation- I don’t mind paying more for a better spot but have to say at one of the highest prices we were def disappointed. The swing was broken, tired and not usable - our fire pit ended up being just a few feet from the neighbors vehicle. Whilst the people here were friendly it is unlikely we will visit a

This is the second stay here, both sites were not level after trying a number of times, check in was hard, seemed like trouble with the computer system, last stay a year ago had a hard time checking in also.

There were cable issues which required moving to three different sites. The patio sites were lovely, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the campground was well maintained. We played putt putt golf. We appreciated that the pool was still open as temperatures reached 99 degrees. We did have some overbilled charges but they resolved them within a few days. Would definitely stay there again

It's a good place, like the location but it could use a little tidying up, Just minor details but the other KO's on our trip were so meticulous and organized.

We loved our stay, beautiful grounds, clean and well maintained. Very welcoming staff and very accommodating to extended checkout. We will definitely stay again if in the area!!

The campground is nice and very clean. The pool needed to be cleaned which they did our second day there. It was still a little dirty but it was also suppose to be closed because after Labor Day. The best is Blake worked with us to get us a lot with cable TV. There were issues but Blake worked with us. Thank you, Blake! Blake is a very customer service person!

We stayed 2 nights in class A, 31 feet. Sprung for the patio pull thru full hookups (spot 96). Mostly level, we still put down the leveling jacks due to the slight grade. No shade in the spots. Separated from next spot by a wooden divider. Low noise, well behaved guests. The store has lots of stuff to buy, and ice cream cones. We didn't use the bath, laundry. My only complaint, I I'm getting picky, would be that given the spot we are in is the primo/most expensive, but not paved parking for the rig. Oh, and a weed is not supposed to be decorative, right?

You can tell it is under new management. They have really stepped up their game. The new sites are very nice. The gentlemen who greet and serve during your stay were amazing. Front desk check in was easy and she was such a joy. The restrooms and showers are very clean and ready for use. The activities are incredible. The kids love the bouncy pad and the playground. I like that the playground is not metal. Does not get as hot. The 4 wheelers you can rent are a blast. Our only surprise was that the office was closed at 5 pm and then on Saturday, we couldn't reach anyone. I would recommend at least allowing the Park assistants access.

Wow what a clean and spacious bathrooms they had. Our 4th stop on our month long journey and this was the best so far. Even though our campsite was little tight (40), we still did enjoyed it. We have a 5th wheel and we did pull thru to our spot and had to disconnect our truck to park on the side. They had mini golf as well. Very nicely kept campground, definitely would recommend this place, even though it was little noisy being close to highway. It didn't stop us from sleeping good:)) They had nice mini store as well and go kart to rent.
