KOA Care Camps Big Weekend, This is the official start of KOA's summer season! Campers who stay as paying guests on Friday, May 13 will receive their stay on Saturday, May 14 for just $10.
The entire $10 fee for camping on Saturday will be provided to the KOA Care Camps Trust in order to send more children with cancer to one of the 95 specialized summer camps throughout North America. Through its charitable fundraising efforts, KOA Care Camps provide necessary support to send kids with cancer to medically supervised cancer camps where they can have fun, build awesome friendships, feel the joy that comes from camping and spending time in nature, make memories that will help them heal and ultimately return home feeling renewed and filled with hope.

Contest limited to meat cooked on charcoal, wood or gas grills. No inside cooking process
Teams will provide their own grills, charcoal or wood, seasonings, sauces, cooking utensils, and garnishes. One Styrofoam container will be provided to each contestant to turn-in your entry. Please dispose of your trash and used charcoal properly.
Any size grill, smoker, or cooker is welcome.

Come join us for our 2nd Annual 4th of July Parade. We had so much fun last year, we decided that this was a definite do-over. Decorate your site, bicycle, golf cart, dog, Yourselves! We formed a band to ride on the hay wagon giving children little flutes and tamborines to play. The KOA Express with Engineer Mr. Larry at the controls also had children with flutes and tamborines. (We think he has more fun then the kids.)

The 34th Annual Kingsland Catfish Festival
Friday, September 2nd 5:00 p.m. thru 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, September 3rd, 9:00 a.m. 9:00 p.m.
Dinners are served behind the Kingsland City Hall Saturday 11:00 a.m. thru 4:30 p.m.
During the Labor Day Weekend, more than 5,000 people will flood the streets of downtown Kingsland, Georgia to browse over 100 arts and crafts/antiques and collectibles exhibits, sample the foods of nearly 30 different food vendors, and, of course, sit down to enjoy farm-raised Southern Fried Catfish, hushpuppies, grits, coleslaw, and sweetened iced tea.
Among the world's most popular musicals, this romping production pays homage to the idealism of the 50's and high schoolers' age-old desire to be rebellious.

The Annual Rock Shrimp Festival in historic St. Marys continues its long-standing tradition of family fun with a full day of events, including a 5K run, kids' activities, a themed parade featuring decorated floats, fire trucks, tractors, golf carts, and more. Downtown will be overflowing with all-day entertainment, demonstrations, arts and crafts vendors, food concessionaires, and, of course, the sweet-tasting rock shrimp that is the event's namesake.
