We stayed most of the week here. Very nice staff. Only real complaints I really have is the pull thru site we were in was very close to the next site, barely enough room for the picnic table between them, not all sites are that close. Maybe call if you want more room. Over all thumbs up.

The staff at this KOA were awesome, everyone was very nice and helpful. They knew the local area very well and were able to make suggestions about things to do. Breakfast was delicious and fairly priced.

We really loved this KOA! Everyone was so friendly and always around if we needed anything! The pizza was SO good! Bob and Danielle were amazing and our kids already miss this place! We can’t wait to stop back through.

Beautiful campground! Very peaceful and quiet. Pete is awesome! He has escorted us to our site the last two years. Store and laundry facilities are meticulous. We have visited this campground for several years and will continue to make this our destination.

We loved everything about our visit! The cabin was perfect for what we needed and all of the folks working there were friendly and helpful! The laundry area was nice, we liked the gift shop and it was quiet at night. We enjoyed the evening pizza that they delivered to us at our site and the hot fresh breakfast was awesome as well! Would definitely visit again in the future!

Great place to stay and a great staff to help with anything you might need. Dog park, pool, game room, breakfast, and a little shop with everything you might have forgot. Super clean and well kept grounds and restroom. Look forward to coming back!

This is one of the best KOA campgrounds we've stayed at!! Bathrooms were exceptionally clean! The campground was beautiful and had many things for kids to do. Store was very nice and they made pizza and delivered to your camp site.. They make Breakfast from May to Sept.. All the people there were so friendly and went out of their way to help you with anything. We just loved it!

this was our first ever stay at your facility, and even though it was just a 1 nite stop.... it was amazing! such kind and helpfull ppl taking care of the place! they stopped by several times to see if we needed anything and were happy with our visit. From now on, we will google KOA for our future camping stops!

The 2 bedroom cabin was beautiful. Also loved having the added on porch with propane grill and seating area. As well as a nice fire pit! This place was amazing!

We just stayed one night. Very friendly staff. We would have liked it if the site was a bit more level but we understand that you are working with what you have.

The owners very accommodating and friendly they treated us like family. We had issues with the TV in the Deluxe Cabin being fuzzy and they continue to work on it until they figured out the issue We would definitely stay there again Everyone there were kind and helpful.

We stayed 5 nights and went sightseeing during the days. We found the facilities clean and well maintained and the staff—especially Megan and Weston—very friendly and helpful. If we return anywhere near the area, we make it a point to stay here.

Was awesome. We love this place and will come back. So clean. People were friendly. And lots of cool stuff to do in Hot Springs. If you want to take a 50 min trip up to Rapid City, there is that too.

Bob and Darleen at Hot Springs KOA were the best hosts we have ever had. The campsite was very clean, they opened up the rec room for us to play in, the assisted us in every way even loaning an extension cord. The stay was very pleasant. THANK YOU!!!

Chose to stay with the extra patio purchase, gave us extra room to spread out. Not necessarily needed at this park, fairly spacious. Good dog park and some other choices. Strong cell signal. Very helpful and friendly people. Only five minutes from Hot Springs.

Well kept campground. Clean restrooms and showers. Open before Memorial Day whereas many others in the area were still closed. Not crowded while we were there which was nice but wouldn't care for it on a busy weekend. Right next to the highway, great except for the truck noise. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

We have been staying at the Hot Springs KOA in late April for over 20 yrs. They always exceed our expectations! Great staff, very clean, and always accommodating. Family of 4 adults, 2 kids and 3 dogs and our stay was September 9, 2023 to October 8, 2023. All utilities were still on and working great. The site we stayed in was #18 which was a gravel pull through. The hosts and their family were very helpful, friendly and great! The laundry room was good but due to us being a large family we went into Hot Springs (short drive) and used the Hot Springs Laundromat, and it was great. Hot Springs has everything you need but a bit pricier due to the touristy nature. We used the dog park (which was great f/the dogs to run), mini-golf and playground. Pool was closed to being off-season. You can purchase firewood at the front office, and they will deliver to site and also cleaned out all pits early in the morning (had never seen that before). We will definitely stay here again should we be traveling through.

Stayed here in September 2023. The cabin was clean, and the breakfast served was very good. Staff were friendly. It was nice having breakfast at the campground as options nearby are limited.
