We had special request to check in earlier. When we arrived, Joyce checked site and let Pete to lead us to the site right way. When Pete learnt that we need to have our car serviced next morning he pointed us to the right place. The campsite is not very large but have trees and well maintained. Everything was wonderful. We stayed in the cabin on the right as you come down the hill from the store. It was really nice. Only complaint is at certain times of day there was a horrible sewage stench that came from somewhere. May be the green pond behind the cabin or maybe coming from somewhere else. But when it started smelling it made sitting outside pretty much impossible.

Been here before. Beautiful camp ground. Was pleased to see the pool was still opened after Labor Day because we were hot after our events. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Lenay Johnson

Very nice place! Bathrooms were of epic cleanliness! Staff super friendly. Grounds maintenance upkeep phenomenal and perpetual. Hot Springs is a great town too! Thank you!!

We've stayed at this KOA more than once and we cannot say enough good things about it. The owners, Suzanne and Todd, are just the nicest people and take great pride in their campground and all the workkampers are incredibly friendly. We highly recommend this KOA!

Third time here. Travel duties allow only 1 night but none have disappointed. Reservations materialized as requested, all public facilities tidy and clean, other campers friendly and respectful, and the best, the friendly and helpful staff. I am thankful you are there for me.

They are amazing! We drove from WA to meet family part way and stayed here the entire time in Hot Springs. We visited the location last year during a drive through and decided to make a trip of it. The staff is Amazing, grounds, restrooms, and pool are extremely clean. We really felt welcome and are planning our next trip through. Thank you!

Best KOA we've ever stayed at.Amazing personal and such wonderful amenities. The ladies in the office were wonderful! Gave us ideas on what to sight see, bathrooms were very clean, lots of trees. Nice pool! �

Lots of trees. Very clean bathrooms and laundry room. Friendly and professional staff. Had one concern that was immediately addressed by owner. Things happen. What is important is how it is addressed. I rate this KOA as excellent.

People in office were very nice and helpful. Escorted to our site and gentleman offered suggestions about best spot to park in site. Decent amount of space between sites. Employees drove through the campground several times during the day to see if you needed anything. Loved the full hook ups. Within reasonable driving distance to major Black Hills tourist spots. Longest drive was to the Badlands.

We really enjoyed our stay. 3 kids enjoyed the pool, family took advantage of the breakfast as well. Clean, friendly and many amenities. Thank you KOA! Only con was the neighbor who decided to blast his radio for nearby campers to hear. Thought about asking him to be polite and turn down, but didn’t want to cause issues. Hopefully he will choose to use common courtesy sooner than later.

The personnel were very nice, and very helpful. I loved that it was close to the airport for the balloon festival in the morning. The park was pretty and we were close to the pool for the kids.

We found the hosts to be very friendly and helpful. BUT site 15 was not to a KOA standard. VERY disappointing. Site 15 is a mound for just parking a trailer, you have to walk down a steep slope to get to the table,unable to setting outside to enjoy the campsite. The fire-ring is not convenient to use. No room for vehicle parking. We would not recommend this site.

we had a family vacation this past week had 2 RV sites 2 cabins, everything went perfect very freindly staff and very clean we have stayed there before and always a great experience, look foward to staying again in the future Thank you for taking care of our needs!!!

This was our 3rd summer staying there. People are supper friendly and they have basically everything you need.

Family of 4 adults, 2 kids and 3 dogs and our stay was September 9, 2023 to October 8, 2023. All utilities were still on and working great. The site we stayed in was #18 which was a gravel pull through. The hosts and their family were very helpful, friendly and great! The laundry room was good but due to us being a large family we went into Hot Springs (short drive) and used the Hot Springs Laundromat, and it was great. Hot Springs has everything you need but a bit pricier due to the touristy nature. We used the dog park (which was great f/the dogs to run), mini-golf and playground. Pool was closed to being off-season. You can purchase firewood at the front office, and they will deliver to site and also cleaned out all pits early in the morning (had never seen that before). We will definitely stay here again should we be traveling through.

Stayed here in September 2023. The cabin was clean, and the breakfast served was very good. Staff were friendly. It was nice having breakfast at the campground as options nearby are limited.
