Nice but iffy wifi, the hill from the main road causes many to drag a portion of trailer and its difficult to maneuver in campground unless you have a short trailer.

The stall is very friendly and work very hard to keep the place clean. We were there one week and really enjoyed our stay.

EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful! The sites were beautiful, level, lighted, and having our own garbage can was great! The public bathrooms and showers were some of the nicest and cleanest we have ever been to. GREAT large Kamp K9 too!! Definitely recommend!!

We thought it was very clean. The spaces are great because there's gravel - no dirt to track in and out of the camper. Plenty of parking space. We will definitely come back there -especially because it is so close to downtown Hot Springs!

Great location; close to town, but not too close. Most sites are terraced giving you plenty of privacy. CG is well maintained and staff is friendly. Shaded spots and very quiet. Occasional road noise, but honestly we rarely noticed.

The site was very shady and easy to get in and out of. The people in the office are so busy friendly and helpful. We are definitely staying there again.

Spent 5days The National park was great KOA supplied the Shuttle, the $5.00 fee is well worth it,its a busy place!My wife anI are rick hounds spent 2 days Crystal mining, mount Idas Twin Creek Crystal mine is the best out of the 3 we visited! The campsites are all great! We opted fir pull through, back in sites offer a little more shade. But all and all its too notch!�*****+

Honestly, it is a fairly good park deserving better marks but the only thing holding me back is the fact that the entry road at the bottom of the hill is so steep that I ended up bottoming out on the way in and again on the way out resulting in minor damage to my 43' 5th Wheel. Sites are super close but nice.

we loved every second of being there. The Staff members were really kind and helpful to us when we needed them, and grandpas kitchen was really nice and clean. all the campers that was there were really respectful of others, which made it a plus. being as other places we have stayed the campers were really loud. we left there really refreshed and ready for another trip to another koa;-)

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The showers were top notch and will spoil us at any other campground. You won’t be disappointed staying here, we will definitely stay if we are ever back in the area.

The roads in the park are very narrow and hard to navigate due to the terrain of parks location. If you have any unit over 30 feet, be prepared to work your way through the park. The sites are good sized and comfortable. The staff was good and helpful.

Having stayed here several times, it is lovely that I am never disappointed in the excellence of all things that matter. Grandpa's Griddle was a yummy and clean place to have breakfast on check-out morning.

The restroom facilities, grounds, an camping cabins were excellent and could not be improved. But the noise at all hours coming from the highway is simply intolerable. It was really unpleasant to be outside at the picnic table. And the noise intruded into the cabin as well. You need to relocate these cabins away from the highway, and use the land adjacent to the highway for parking and the like

Very impressed by the welcoming sign with the names of expected visitors. Employees were very polite and helpful. The store was stocked with lots of items. I would like to thank Eva and Cleta for helping me find everything I needed. Enjoyed the swimming pool immensely. The best hot shower ever. Especially loved the individual bathroom/shower combo rooms! My dog had a nice K-9 park to run in too.

Horrible. Site so unlevel it bent May stabilizer. They moved us to a site that the camp next to us fire box was almost touching my slide out so tight. When I complained about the unevenness of first site the lady at office said I tried to build it level. I jumped up and down but it’s on the side of a mountain and I couldn’t make it more level. I am so disappointed and will be out $600 +

GREAT. Had some issues with the cable reception and the park attendants checked for signal, hook up, and TV settings. Got it up and running in no time. (turned out to be operator error) ;-)

Great park, always clean and friendly. Close enough and far enough from the city. If you like to go offroading in a Jeep this is the perfect campground right around the corner

We stayed for a few nights before the eclipse. This was a very busy week for the campground but things were in decent shape. We were too early in the season for the pool and it didn't appear that the mini golf was open (the greens look pretty rough). We had a pull thru site with full hooks ups. Everything was in good working order at our site. We checked out the playground, dog park and did a few loads of laundry. This is a convenient spot for visiting Hot Spring National Park.

Full of RVs, but this place has everything you could need. The best thing is, they have pros that help guide you into your RV spot! Wish I could have brought the guy that helped us with us on the rest of the trip!
