Friendly customer service person who assisted me with booking over the telephone. Stayed for overnight stay. Location was easy to find after hours. I was lazy to make breakfast love their convenient breakfast outside cafe. Clean bathroom and showers. Definitely would stay again.

The two people at the reservation desk were unpleasant at best. I did ask for a change of site because we have a new motorhome but they had many of all types of sites available. The prices are veer high considering the state of the place. Cannot recommend.

no escort, no trash pickup, sites at a quick glance clean but when you look close..... cowboy kitchen nice addition. went in office a couple of times no one there. did not live up to the standards I expect from KOA

Pleasant location. Camp site was a little small for my camper and truck, but I made it work. They has a small outside kitchen set up for limited breakfast and dinner selections. Friendly staff!!

Nice campground with easy access to sites. We were able to stay hooked up for our one night stay before we finally headed home. They had a great cowboy cookout and also breakfast available which was great and meant that we did not need to cook/clean up our last night/morning. The pool was fantastic after a long day of driving and the staff were all so nice and accommodating.

The people are very friendly and professional. The site is adequate, but nothing exceptional for the price of $77.00. We were on vacation for 2 weeks and stayed at places much nicer for less money.

There are apparently two areas - one for bigger/longer stays and one for “transient”. We were there for one night so we’re placed in the transient area, which would have been fine except for the fact it rained that night and there was almost no gravel in our spot, resulting in very wet/muddy conditions the next morning.

Very nice campground. Clean restrooms and showers. Didn’t get to use the pool. Staff friendly. Easy to get to. Great place for a overnighter. Close to Petrified Forest.

I wish the Wi-Fi would be strong enough to handle visitors. The park was not full & could not get good connection. Cable did not work either. Everything else about the park was good. We would stay again.

I asked for some shade and got it. Restrooms very clean. Nice staff and gifts shop. Will stay there again! They even serve breakfast and dinner!

Proximity to the Petrified Forest was nice (a short 20 minute drive to begin the loop at the visitor's center.) Gravel site with little shade and not completely level. The pool was nice. The bathrooms were adequate. We used the laundry and it was clean. Requested to move to the site next to ours at check-in which was shaded. Told it was reserved but no one ever showed up while we were there.

This was a very nice area to stay. The pool was enjoyed and I loved that there was the option to have a site with a special place for the dogs. My dogs loved this and be able to use it!

They should be accused of falsely advertising. They have no internet and no cable, as were in the description. Despite help from staff, the cable would only bring up three channels that weren't in their cable listing. We were very disappointed.

Worst campground we have ever stayed at. Space was so narrow I couldn’t put out the canopy shade. The guest next to me put out his shade canopy and hit my rig. Space was too small for a 30ft rig with a car tow. I had to remove the car dolly and push it under my RV. This was our first stay at a KOA - and our last. Most disappointing

Our campsite had a couple of trees that really helped keep our motorhome cooler. The extra wide site was nice. The campground was conveniently located near the Petrified Forest National Park. The internet was on and off.

We spent one night. The check in process was great, with friendly employees. The store/gift shop was really nice. The grounds were well kept, and the pool looked enticing, but we didn’t have time to take a swim….maybe next time. :)

Nice people. The breakfast and dinner offerings were good and convenient. No concrete patios or pads. Everything was gravel and dusty. Handy location of I-40.

Perfect location for visiting the Petrified Forest NP and local gift shops. Spacious sights, everything worked. (Didn't use the WiFi, have Starlink.

We tent camped here for one night while on a longer roadtrip, overall pretty decent KOA. We really liked the tent campsite we booked with privacy fences. Only downside for us was we were told the site had running hot and cold water in the little kitchen area within the site but the water wasn't running or set up so we had to go use the other sink by the bathrooms, no big deal overall though. If you plan to set up a tent on the tent pads filled with rocks be prepared to not be able to stake it down due to the rocks only being about 2 inches deep with solid ground under it, we set up in the wind so that wasn't ideal but we just weighed the tent down inside with our duffle bags. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Location is near the highway and right behind a McDonalds so you'll hear some noise at night.

Nice staff and everything was made simple. I'm not sure I've seen a bad KOA come to think of it. The location is very close to Route 66 and Petrified Forest/ Painted Desert. I should probably mention that Romo's restaurant is about 6 minutes away. If you're RVing, great location.
