The staff were incredibly nice and very accommodating. The park was clean and fresh. I already recommended on FB that people rent their cabins instead of a motel room. Food was very good as well.

We have stayed here many times on our trips up north and have never had a problem. It is not the best of parks and we have only used it as a stopover. This time, unbeknownst to us, our spare tire and mounting bracket were stolen. This is the only stop we had made and we discovered it gone the next afternoon. Please be aware that someone is stealing equipment during the night.

We came unprepared. Then it rained and an electric storm hit the area. Wind came up after dark. So we weren't able to move about too much. All in all, it was a good night tho, there in your campground. Always have been a fan of KOA.

Great location for visiting the Petrified Forest while still having access to all the conveniences of a city. The KOA was easy to locate and had spacious sites that were easy to navigate.

Always stay here when passing through. Nice clean campground with fairly good sized sites. We especially like the large patio 'best site in campground'.

It is a well-maintained RV park with different size sites to meet the different types of campers. Our site was classified as wide and it was plenty wide enough to live up to its name. The sites were rock beds and level enough to make it easy to set up.

We enjoy this campground. However, they didn’t guide us to our site this time. I checked the site before pulling in and didn’t see there was a second septic pipe. It was not marked and difficult to see, so I accidentally ran over it. I saw water , electric and one sewer, just not the second one which was closer in the driveway. I ran over it. Nothing was well marked to show me that was there.

2 nights. Nice place. Lots of amenities. Breakfast is wonderful as are the hummingbirds. Look forward to returning.

It was quiet but the pool was not clean and the bathrooms by the pool were locked and closed up for good it looked like. That will only promote peeing in the pool as it was not close to our sites.

We stayed 2 nights with friends. Our site had a private patio that we could have our dogs unleashed and safely with us. Nicely landscaped with a bbq and fire pit. Clean bathrooms and spacious sites.

Cable did not work, Wi-Fi was awful. It was understaffed. Only plus was the restaurant.

Good resort, but I make an effort not to stay at a KOA. KOA campgrounds have no flexibility in their scheduling. If my travel plans change, I have to pay whatever the cost of the original reservation.

50 Amp Patio Site. Easy in - Easy out. Breakfast was very good. Tabatha took very good care of us.

Very nice. Staff is friendly. Site’s are clean. Only thing I would love to see changed is the pool reconditioned or renovated.

Have been a member for 13 yrs. Have stayed in numerous locations. Have never been told over the phone that all pull through sites 51’ were sold out, been put in a100’ site (more $) and then upon arrival I discover at least 2 sites vacant, 51’ & 55’ (less $). Currently waiting to see if I’ll get double charged because of the change made upon arrival or even get the site diff. refund.

We stayed for a week. It was fun .meet a lot of interesting people.found all the best restaurants . Even found a barber to cut my husbands hair.

Wonderful people and the on-site dinner and breakfast were awesome! The only disappointment was that the K-9 area was dirt and overgrown grass and there was a TON of dog poop.

We stayed here to be near my nephew's wedding. I've never been to a camp ground where I paid that I couldn't have visitors. The employee was extremely rude. This is a small town community and I won't ever recommend this place.

Perfect location for visiting the Petrified Forest NP and local gift shops. Spacious sights, everything worked. (Didn't use the WiFi, have Starlink.

We tent camped here for one night while on a longer roadtrip, overall pretty decent KOA. We really liked the tent campsite we booked with privacy fences. Only downside for us was we were told the site had running hot and cold water in the little kitchen area within the site but the water wasn't running or set up so we had to go use the other sink by the bathrooms, no big deal overall though. If you plan to set up a tent on the tent pads filled with rocks be prepared to not be able to stake it down due to the rocks only being about 2 inches deep with solid ground under it, we set up in the wind so that wasn't ideal but we just weighed the tent down inside with our duffle bags. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Location is near the highway and right behind a McDonalds so you'll hear some noise at night.

Nice staff and everything was made simple. I'm not sure I've seen a bad KOA come to think of it. The location is very close to Route 66 and Petrified Forest/ Painted Desert. I should probably mention that Romo's restaurant is about 6 minutes away. If you're RVing, great location.
