Site was nice,pancake breakfast was great but you need to strengthen your WiFi as it only worked at the store and we were directly behind it and it wouldn't work

I am always treated with respect and like they really are happy to have me around. The food in the kitchen is amazing and the facility is always clean. I love my KOA

Spaces were extra wide and extra long as advertised. Campground was clean and quiet. The dinner at the Chuckwagon was a nice surprise. We took advantage of it after a long day of exploring; enjoyed picking up our yummy grilled dinner and hunkering back in the rig.

The folks that run it and work here need to get educated about the service dogs ! ADA laws have changed and they are wrong . they were extremely rude and made me feel very un welcome and have bad anxiety. Not what I need when traveling alone after losing my wife with my licensed service dog

Was a last minute decision to head up that way - I had left a message on their vm and they called back promptly. Person who called back was really nice, polite, and informative. Even though I was getting there after hours they left a very helpful map and info for us. Me and my friends felt very welcomed and would certainly stay there again!

Worst KOA experience ever!!! The manager was rude and yelled at me saying we were to long for site 10 but that was the site we were assigned. Said we had to pull out of the drive etc, etc…. Which we tried to accommodate. The next morning there were rigs bigger than our stick out in the drive which was hard to get around. This campground is not equipped to handle larger RV. Great campground clean and well kept. Easy to find and conveniently located to the petrified Forrest. The little food stand was a huge plus.

Everyone was friendly. The campground was well maintained. They have a pet walking area. Plus. it was nice to have pancakes and bacon for breakfast, too.

Very clean. Well kept campground. We reserved for 4 nights, then asked for two more, which was granted. Wi-Fi stopped working after 4 nights. Called 3 times. Never got it back. Did we get cut off thinking we left after 4 nights? Really needed that connection, so frustrating.

Loved the chuck wagon dinner and pancake breakfast. We only stayed one night but plan to return for a longer stay. Bathroom and showers were very clean. Sites were easy to get into and very easy to get out of. Employees in the store were very kind and helpful.

We were camping in our tent and unfortunately the noise from the freeway kept us awake. In a RV I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue and possibly if we would have arrived and got a spot further from freeway that would have helped.

Stayed in deluxe patio site 58, site was so far out of level we had 2 tires off the ground to get level! Shade tree was nice but adjacent branches to the parking area overhung too much, there were many signs of previous people hitting the large branches with there coach. If the site in front of wasn't empty we might have had troubles getting out without hitting the branches also!. Overall nice p

The campsites were way too close together. I feel like they fit way too many campers and RVs in that space. The dog runs were also really small. The bathrooms were not that clean. The highlight was the food they offered.

The sites were super close. Pool was supposed to be open but it was locked and the office had no idea why or when it might be open. The only fire pits were at the cabins. Ok for a one night stopover but nothing more.

Stayed overnight. Poor Cable TV, very weak Wi-Fi signal, no streaming possible. Staff was great, store is well stocked, and prices were surprisingly reasonable. They serve a good breakfast, but the Cowboy Barbecue Diner is great. The food alone is worth the stay.

Looking for outdoor space? How about the KOA in Holbrook AZ? Here you can enjoy 6 inches of free space between your steps and your neighbors toilet drain. Not to mention the tree branches caressing your slide out and roof. Should you want to park your truck, no problem: it’s only 3/4 sticking out in the road if you snug it in nice and close with mirrors retracted. A poor value for $67.

Cute little out of the way camp site, Pretty clean , Showers and bathrooms pretty clean, could use a little fixing up. From the reviews we read some were spot on. as in the internet never connected and one of the young ladies at the front counter seem as if she really did not want to be there nor was she any help. The Manager was a very nice gentleman who cooked our dinner perfect

Electricity start going out, and severe under and over voltage at 2:30 am. Alarms going off in the coach. Disconnected the coach and watched pedestal go from zero volts to 97 volts to 127 volts. Spent the rest of the night with the coach shut down. Left the park asap.

The place was empty when we pulled in at 12:00. Check in is 2:00 but we are always welcome to check in early at other KOAs if the spot is ready. Also, this is a hospitality business and time mixed up from surrounding states because of AZ not following daylight saving time. Not happy to be treated like doing us favor to be “allowed” to check in early. Pullthru site nonexistent due to low branch

The campground layout was fabulous and location very convenient to nearby attractions. The bathrooms were clean but dated. Roads and lots were gravel, preventing us from riding our motorcycle. We enjoyed the pancake breakfast on the morning we left and would recommend this KOA to anyone traveling in the area.

Beautiful sites, spacious. The atmosphere was very relaxing. On-site restaurant had breakfast and dinners that were excellent. We had a site with a patio and it was simply beautiful. We will stay here again.

Never could get internet to ever work no matter when I tried. Could not get email, stream or even search a couple websites. Kept saying no internet. This is unsatisfactory and local site needs to recognize and use Starlink or something with more THROUGHPUT!

We had a primo spot! It was huge and on the end of a row with full hookups. The park was very clean and well maintained. It was a really nice feature offering a pancake breakfast and cookout dinner. We didn’t take advantage of the food since we were only there for one night. But we will definitely stay here in the future as we make our way from Ohio back to Phoenix!

Perfect location for visiting the Petrified Forest NP and local gift shops. Spacious sights, everything worked. (Didn't use the WiFi, have Starlink.

We tent camped here for one night while on a longer roadtrip, overall pretty decent KOA. We really liked the tent campsite we booked with privacy fences. Only downside for us was we were told the site had running hot and cold water in the little kitchen area within the site but the water wasn't running or set up so we had to go use the other sink by the bathrooms, no big deal overall though. If you plan to set up a tent on the tent pads filled with rocks be prepared to not be able to stake it down due to the rocks only being about 2 inches deep with solid ground under it, we set up in the wind so that wasn't ideal but we just weighed the tent down inside with our duffle bags. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Location is near the highway and right behind a McDonalds so you'll hear some noise at night.

Nice staff and everything was made simple. I'm not sure I've seen a bad KOA come to think of it. The location is very close to Route 66 and Petrified Forest/ Painted Desert. I should probably mention that Romo's restaurant is about 6 minutes away. If you're RVing, great location.
