As a KOA member I made reservations on line. We were unable to pull safely through the site as there was an overgrown tree and the camper next to us had 4 barking dogs. The receptionist said we could change sites which cost us an additional 10.00. My husband witnessed a 5th wheel hit and break a large tree branch in their site which damaged their 5th wheel. We travel full time and had a problem

Clean, tidy campground. Really appreciated the Cowboy breakfast and dinner service! It was nice to be able to get dinner without having to prepare and clean up.

Would like to have more longer site options. Even with wide spot we needed to unhook.Very nice to have food options for breakfast and dinner!

This place was so overpriced. $88 to stay in a parking lot by the freeway. The sites were so small there was no room for chairs or even a fire pit. A massive RV pulled in next to us and their slide outs were basically on our picnic table until we moved it over. It also seemed like every RV has several dogs with them so the barking was incessant. Do not stay here.

Holbrook KOA is always vary accommodating when it comes to reservation and breakfast hut. We usually arrive late with no issues, very helpful when changing reservations based on certain changes to our travels. Always a BIG THANK YOU!

Clean, quiet and nice clean rests rooms. Stayed in one of the two luxury tent sites. I needed a little longer Maintance quickly solved my orobk with loan of a longer cord. Will be coming back�

This is a small campground, had a wonder breakfast, didn't get to enjoy dinner. The staff was very nice.

Everything was great, and our canine buddy really enjoyed the grounds, as well as taking in the views in the porch.

Property was very clean, well landscaped and maintained. Office staff welcoming. Check in easy. Gravel lot level, easy access to sites. We had XL pull thru, double wide spot with pergola, very nice. Only thing is hook ups are at very end of site and need close to 20-30 feet sewer hose if don't want to disconnect tow vehicle. They Cowboy cookout had tasty burgers. Restrooms clean, good showers

We only stayed one night, but we had a very spacious campsite with a pergola. I think that might have been the only one like that. The park was clean, had a nice playground and pool. The check-in staff were very nice and since we booked online, check in only took about 1-2 minutes. As we did not use the bath house, or dinner and breakfast, we cannot comment.

If you're a one nighter just passing through like us, then this KOA is a perfect site. The office person was extremely rushed and the WiFi, of course, stinks but overall a better campsite than we were expecting.

Fine. It's clean. Sites are on gravel and many have picnic tables. Some have a tree. The sites are fairly level. Pool looks nice but we did not use due to cool weather. Landry facilities clean with a small table in for folding. Well stocked convenience Store. Did not use their Cowboy Kitchen for breakfast or dinner but looked reasonably priced.

Site was nice,pancake breakfast was great but you need to strengthen your WiFi as it only worked at the store and we were directly behind it and it wouldn't work

I am always treated with respect and like they really are happy to have me around. The food in the kitchen is amazing and the facility is always clean. I love my KOA

Spaces were extra wide and extra long as advertised. Campground was clean and quiet. The dinner at the Chuckwagon was a nice surprise. We took advantage of it after a long day of exploring; enjoyed picking up our yummy grilled dinner and hunkering back in the rig.

The folks that run it and work here need to get educated about the service dogs ! ADA laws have changed and they are wrong . they were extremely rude and made me feel very un welcome and have bad anxiety. Not what I need when traveling alone after losing my wife with my licensed service dog

Was a last minute decision to head up that way - I had left a message on their vm and they called back promptly. Person who called back was really nice, polite, and informative. Even though I was getting there after hours they left a very helpful map and info for us. Me and my friends felt very welcomed and would certainly stay there again!

Perfect location for visiting the Petrified Forest NP and local gift shops. Spacious sights, everything worked. (Didn't use the WiFi, have Starlink.

We tent camped here for one night while on a longer roadtrip, overall pretty decent KOA. We really liked the tent campsite we booked with privacy fences. Only downside for us was we were told the site had running hot and cold water in the little kitchen area within the site but the water wasn't running or set up so we had to go use the other sink by the bathrooms, no big deal overall though. If you plan to set up a tent on the tent pads filled with rocks be prepared to not be able to stake it down due to the rocks only being about 2 inches deep with solid ground under it, we set up in the wind so that wasn't ideal but we just weighed the tent down inside with our duffle bags. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Location is near the highway and right behind a McDonalds so you'll hear some noise at night.

Nice staff and everything was made simple. I'm not sure I've seen a bad KOA come to think of it. The location is very close to Route 66 and Petrified Forest/ Painted Desert. I should probably mention that Romo's restaurant is about 6 minutes away. If you're RVing, great location.
