This is an excellent campground. Clean, very attended to, tons of stuff for adults and kids to do. You can tell they work very hard to provide people with a great stay. I would highly recommend it. Hayward is also a fun town and the river tubing is super fun.

Staff was great and friendly. Camper spaces were level. Facilities were clean and amenities were easily available.

This was our second family trip here. It's a very clean and fun for all ages campground. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We love coming here.

Stay was good, came to atv. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again. Kids enjoyed pool, jump balloon, and ice cream. Mosquitos were awful on our site all day long though. didn't realize that we booked next to the swamp, however they were pretty bad elsewhere too. We were told that you did spray for them but that is just how bad they are this year. Thanks for trying!

Pool was not working and we’re not told until after arrival. Management remained pleasant and helpful. We made reservations again for next year.

There was no communication that water stuff would not be available even though they knew ahead of time. I would have canceled & booked somewhere else had I known. The staff was very unorganized & were not prepared for the weekend. Some of them were also very rude!

Worst time ever. We've stayed here for years and most likely won't be back. The campground is in need of many repairs. My grandson was not able to swim or go on waterslides because of your negligence in not being ready for inspection . Your compensation of going tubing 2for1 was not okay for we are in our 70's and your mini golf was falling apart. I would like my points back I used for this trip.

We were under the understanding the pool would be open for memorial day weekend! When we got there we found out it was not. This was one of the main reasons we chose this campground. Otherwise everything was clean and staff were fairly friendly. Kids have a good time here!

First off, we specifically booked here so the kids could swim and were told that it would be open. To get there and find out a day later that they cannot open the pool. TO say my kids were disappointed was an understatement. Also on the way home found out they had charged us to re-book which we didn't ask them, and they charged for things that we had already paid for with cash.

Nice and quiet! We knew it was early season and the campground would be less crowded. Enjoyed watching the campground crew getting the sites ready for Memorial Day weekend. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Thank you for an enjoyable week! We'll be back.

Very friendly staff. I would suggest though it might be easier if you could purchase a wrist band to use all of the things in the park instead of having to purchase individual things (example: the bikes, the rock thing (by the playground), mini golf and then also purchasing a band for the jumping pillow. If you have only so many bikes, you could have the kids sign up for 2 times/day or somethin

We stayed at Hayward KOA so we could go to the Cranberry Festival at Stone Lake. Did it last year also. Great campground lots of trees and shade, big sites. There are a lot of things to do at the campground and in the area. Will be coming again next year.

The area is great for children except for the fact that the sites are very small and crowded. We have a fifth wheel with slides and our one slide butted right up to the picnic table. There was one site that had a dog that barked all the time at everything and no one did anything about it. I have stayed at many KOA's and they are usually spacious and quiet. That is definitely not this one.

Just a short overnight, but we've stayed here before. Well kept grounds and buildings. Plenty of family activities. Hayward is a great area to visit.

Sites are tight but you all put us in the tightest spot you had despite us telling how big our camper was during the reservation process. Propane was an issue to get, carried the tank there 4 times before I was able to get it filled, we have been in 7 KOA's so far on our trip and this one is the worst by far. Staff wasn't the friendliest either but not too bad I guess

I had a good time in the campground. The shower/restroom building was very clean. There is a great staff at this KOA. There is a lot there for families. I know I help pay for all that extra and really don't benefit from it but it is safer for me to be in a KOA campground. I wish the highway was not so close for that makes it rather noisy. My car broke down while there so that was bad.

We were in town for the Chequamegon 40 MTB race. Campground was great... Spaghetti dinner for racers and support folks was amazing... Thank you!

We were told that we could get from KOA to town on an ATV trail but when we tried they said that trail has been closed for two years. So you just wanted are money and didn’t care about us.

This campground was almost full due to an annual mountain bike event. I want to commend the cleaning crew! The bathrooms were spotless every time I went in. The laundry room was equally as clean.

We were packed like sardines. No change machine in the laundry and the arcade was closed so had to go to town for change. Stayed 2 nights and got charged for 3. Staff didn’t even say hello when I said hello to them. Not impressed at all.

We go every summer and it's one of our families favorite place to go! I've gone every year since I was a kid and now I love seeing my kids enjoy Hayward KOA. We love it here!

I come to Hayward annually to ride MTN bikes and gravel, and just recently bought an EV. Hayward is short on reliable EV charging stations, and the closest supercharger is close to 140mi away. The staff were so gracious to let me charge my car and keep me from having to wait over 24+ hrs while charging on a household 120V plug! Even though I wasn't staying at the campground. I love people who continue to pay it forward!
