Came in late and had everything out for us. Our toddler enjoyed the calm bay beach and pier. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the playground and camp store. Far enough way from the busy tourist cities for quiet but close enough for a quick ride into town.

Staff was professional, informative and so FRIENDLY! The grounds are extremely clean and beautifully landscaped. Events scheduled were sent via text in plenty of time in order to participate, and our granddaughter’s loved the gorgeous pool. Thank you staff again for a great stay.

It all went well except that apparently our dogs were a small problem to Them Even though we made sure to pick up after them and kept them As quiet as possible. Dogs make noise it is part of them . This was our 4 th visit with this koa each time with dogs and it was our first problem with the

We enjoyed our stay! Quiet and out of the hustle, but still close enough to visit the beaches and shopping. Bathrooms and showers were clean and maintained.

From the time we got there the stag was friendly, and the grounds were very nice. I loved the dog park and the fact they had 2, they have a nice play ground for kids. They also have a beautiful dock to sit and fish and watch the sun go down. We will definitely be back and recommend to any that wants a relaxing and nice place to stay!

You have a nice campground, gift shop and I observed some hard working, conscientious and helpful staff. The only bad thing I encountered was the morning that we left. I observed the campers at F5 (a Springdale travel trailer) take out 6 dachsunds and place them in an outside pen. Then 3 adult dogs. Excessive barking!! Your nice campground is no place for her kennel. Unbelievable!

Was okay except for last night of stay camper next door ambushed my husband stating we were in his spot. Staff either didn't explain to him that we were departing on Friday and his spot would be open then since he came a day early or they just didn't want to admit they made a mistake. Either way Staff didn't handle very well. Invest in updating bathrooms and laundry not plastic rocks at pool.

Parking spots are too small. Hot tub was filthy and rules not enforced for under aged oppupants. Employees were very friendly. The live music was entirely too loud for a restful stay

Campground is great. Anemeties were really good. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Proximity to Orange Beach and attractions is good. Only complaint (not bad though) is spaces are kind of tight. Overall, a great experience. Would stay again.

Very nice people! Wish there was a shuttle to a beach though. Our spot was just on grass and gravel, and very close to neighbors.

Everyone was very pleasant, and the location was great. Kids enjoyed the pool and Perdido Key beach was only a 20-minute drive. This was our first stay at a KOA so did not know what to expect. We would have enjoyed a larger area to camp as we felt as though we were literally on top of the next slot so that did prevent us from spending a lot of time outside of our camper.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. The park was definitely not a holiday park the lawn, the weeds, the roads need some love and the swimming pool has cracked tiles and black grout. This park has such tremendous potential someone with a lot of money needs to come in and take over and fix it up. It would be a star holiday KOA that everyone would want to camp in!

The check in was great!! The lady at the office was super helpful. Our site was ok probably upgrade next visit. The one we had was very narrow and we are small 20 ft travel trailer no side outs. My biggest disappointment was the Jacuzzi as they have signs posted no kids Uber 15 in Jacuzzi. Says strictly enforced. Nope it was so gross it was brown and kids with diapers in it. and it wasn’t late.

We were booked in site J14, the site was well kept, all the hookups were conveniently located and well maintained. The nicest part was the shrubs between those sites which provided a good amount of privacy. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Always top notch here in Gulf Shores KOA. Super friendly staff, always improvements ongoing and the view of Perdido bay awesome, sunrises are spectacular. Will stay here at least once a year if possible.

Our site was really small. if we every stay again, I would pay more to get a larger site. Pool and hot tub needed some repairs. Playground was nice.

Best koa we have stayed at. Well kept and staff were great. Sage was the hardest working staff person i have ever met. We are on a long trip and currently at koa new Orleans wishing we were still with you.

It was a great place to stay. The staff quickly worked with me to ensure that my site would accommodate my mom. She is handicapped and needed access to the bathhouse and they made the necessary adjustments to help her.

Nice older campground. Beach could use a little work. Otherwise kept up. We're treated with live entertainment one evening. Very friendly staff.

We loved our campsite! Nice patio with a swing. Hedges between campsites for privacy. We enjoyed the pool and the small beach on a bay. Easy drive to the Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach area. We would camp here again.

Our experience at the Gulf Shores/Pensacola West KOA was excellent! The office and grounds staff are so amazingly nice and helpful. Our rig is extremely large (57-foot 5th wheel + truck) and there was plenty of room for us. We will most definitely stay here again. We recommend it to everyone!

Everyone was soooo friendly and accomodating!! Loved the pool. We were here to see our grandson Stationed at Pensacola so were not at our site much. Is was nice to have bushes on either side of us for privacy. Sites were nice, level and adequately sized. We would definitely stay here again! We were in site J9

Fort Pickens closed due to storm. This KOA provided exceptional service and accommodation when we needed a temporary place to stay. Cute KOA!
