Doesn't compare to other KOAs we've stayed at. Bathrooms were subpar and showers not working. The table at the site was small and didn't feel sturdy. Communication was incorrect - I got notices late or about our reservation for the next day, but we were arriving that same day. It was fine for our quick stay, but it just wasn't what we've come to expect from the other KOAs we've stayed at.

Really enjoyed it. Was happy to see the new Kamp K9 go in on the last day of our stay. Bathroom and camp showers were in great shape. Staff very friendly.

Great place to stay to visit Pensacola and enjoy the beaches. All good with our stay. Stuff super nice and available to our requests.

Had a good time camping at the KOA. Looks like they are doing some upgrades around the place. Had different activity to do a few days during our stay and the pool was nice. Campground was quite during the night also.

So many flys and ants at our camp site it was ridiculous.... ... we felt crowded the rv's sites was to close ...office closed to early ... hot tub looked dirty ..

One of the all-around best KOAs we have ever stayed in. There fully-grown trees with Spanish moss, a very well-stocked camp store (w/ humidor!!!), and individual sites with fenced in areas for your dogs to be off-leash made this a great campground. Definitely would stay here again and high recommend to others.

The grounds were well kept and sites were spaced out. Nice dog park, clean bathrooms and neat playground! The weather was terrible but the staff kept us informed and had activities ready for the kids at the community center. Great place I would certainly return!

Weekday and weekend staff were very accommodating and friendly. Store well stocked.. Children activities were offered. The pool stayed clean. Property smaller then others. Little to no lighting throughout property. Bring rain boots and extra tarps for the ground. rv,tent ,back bathhouse need gravel/cement. I would have rate a 5 if more cement/gravel/light was available. Pier was great.

After reserving a site for a 60 foot rig with 3 slides we were put in the smallest site in the row F8 I believe. There was no room to put out awning and no room between our rig and the shrubs for a table. No camping area and no way to get our dogs out of the motorhome without letting them out in the neighbors site. Office staff wasn’t concerned when we expressed our disappointment and left early

We loved our stay!! Always friendly and helpful just like you’d expect!! Heat was awful (it’s summer) bugs are bad (prepare). Overall a GREAT stay. Really enjoyed it!

Run down, sites too close. Smelled sewer all week. Cable went out because of storms daily and the wifi sucked a great deal. Bathhouses need updating and the road to the pier needs paving as well as all the sites need paved pads for the price we paid. Rented golfcart and couldn’t take it down to the pier. It sure wasn’t up to the standards of a “holiday” campground. Will not be back or reco

The Koa was very nice and well maintained. It's a bit cramped, but luckily we had one of the roomier sites. The gentleman with really long hair was super friendly, professional, and helped us with everything we needed. We definitely need more people like him.

F16 had no appeal. No grass. No landing, porch or deck. Rocks and sand. The cable was out and the Wi-Fi would never connect. We asked three times about it and finally told that it was not working due to weather conditions. We mentioned it again upon check out and the person told us it had been fixed. Wifi never worked. We selected our spot for next year but would never recommend section F.

There is a lot of dirt. I wish for tent campers there was either more grass or a platform to put the actual tent on. Also picnic tables are very small. Pool is very nice, the office staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was super easy and store had many items you might need during stay. Bath houses were well equipped. Also good laundry facilities.

While there was a mix up due to computer glitches, as we were told and we didn't get both our sites we paid to site locked in, in Craig was beyond awesome and made sure our stay was wonderful. Such a beautiful site/campground. Staff was wonderful of those I met in person and everything was super clean. This place is truly a hidden jem and would recommend to anyone to stay here.

The pool needs some work. The camp looks run down with broken picnic tables and rusted out fire pits.

Campsite was clean! Staff was knowledgeable and Rex went out of his way to help us newbies (1st trip in a camper EVER) get settled after a later than expected arrival due to storms. There wasn't one thing that was negative about our stay. We've already started making plans to come back and stay again soon!

First time campers here and stayed for fourth of July weekend. Bathhouses are remodeled so very nice, has a beautiful pier that sits on the bay where you can fish, and swim. Very friendly environment, surrounded by families. Pool is small, but it was good enough for us. They had food trucks out and live music. Definitely will be staying again soon!

Staff was very friendly and personable. But, not very knowledgeable about the area. Our campsite had an overwhelming sewer smell and our campfire ring was within a foot or two or the neighbors sewer line dump, not so nice to sit at campfire and cook s’mores looking at, and smelling sewage. NO HANDICAP ACCESS TO THE BEACH AREA!!!! There is a steep hill.. I never was able to see the water.

Sites are small. Someone should reevaluate what size RV should go in a site. I barely fit. Had to depart through the entrance. Person next to me had their table on my sewer connection.

Nice shady spot. Bathhouse close by. But the grounds were kept nice and clean and many flowers. The pool was nice also. The workers were polite and friendly and very accommodating!

Awesome place to stay! The staff is always friendly and beyond helpful, the entire place is always spotless, and the amenities are plentiful! Definitely will be back!

Fort Pickens closed due to storm. This KOA provided exceptional service and accommodation when we needed a temporary place to stay. Cute KOA!
