There is currently no wi fi. When we checked in we were told that it had been out for a few weeks and was going to be back on that afternoon. That was 10 days ago so if you need wi fi you need your own. We gave stayed here before but probably won’t be back. Under new management and overpriced. A few of the sites are nice but most are very close together. Pool is nice but not heated.

They didn’t have WiFi and made it sound like it just went out. However, checking other reviews, they haven’t had WiFi for several months. The site they put us in was so narrow, our neighbors had to pull their awning partially in so we could open our slide. The cable worked fine, but was strung together with cords crossing the roadways. It was not the KOA experience we’ve come to expect.

Helpful employees and great restrooms that are clean. However, the RV spots are not level and would improve with concrete pads instead of limestone or rock. Your septic system was constantly backed up which caused unsanitary conditions. I believe there should have been some refund for your guest having to deal with the inconvenience and smell.

Beautiful property on the water. Loved the pool and hot tub. Kids had a great time. Quiet and off the road which was a nice change for KOAs. There was an ant issue on our site. That's the only negative.

the driveway in and out really sucks, we bagged the bottom front of our RV when we left, NOT HAPPY the in driveway is steep, poorly leveled spots, the spanish cove maintenance shop just on the other side of the wooden fence by the restaurant is noisy most mornings, loud bagging, NO INTERNET!!!! not kept up very well, some trees could be trimmed, not big rig friendly,

Electric is in great need of repair. TV cable lines run across the roads throughout the campground. The water was turned off 4 times in the month we stayed for repairs. The wifi was very intermittent. Service personnel were called but could not find a solution so it was announced that they had exhausted their options and the wifi was down indefinitely. The campground desperately needs updated.

Crowded sites, no privacy and WiFi was broken. Travelers depend on WiFi for trip planning. Nice waterfront view when you walk to the pier.

I stayed for three weeks in February 2024. The campground is very spacious and has all of the amenities except they could not get their Wi-Fi to work the entire time that I was there. I work remotely, so this was one of the reasons that I picked the KOA because they all have Wi-Fi. So this was the disappointing factor and the reason that I took one star off.

This is one of our favorite KOAS. However the hot tub jets didn’t work. And it would be nice to have water to wash feet before leaving beach area. Will be back next year!

Everything was perfect beautiful sites clean. My only concern was the smoking mirrors approach to the fact that they did not have Wi-Fi. If they didn’t have it just be straight, but saying that they were waiting for a router didn’t fool us

The site we were on was to tight and between trees. To close to one another and not enough room for one another and your neighbors.

Very nice campground on Perdido Bay. Many sites with shade from large trees. Access to Perdido Bay. We would definitely return. We were just there for one night in the second week in March. It was very quiet at night.

Our stay was good. Our campsite was nice but the site next to us was very small and close. Large motor homes and 5th wheels were continually put in it when there were better larger sites available. They barely fit. Just not logical. We will not be back. A rate increase of $400 a month is just too much. We might as well rent a house then. KOA had entertainment but most had a fairly high cost.

Sites were extremely tight and not very level. Staff is very friendly and tries to help as much as possible. Campground is in a great spot for tourist things to see however some amenities are a bit dated. Could use a little cleanup between seasons such as brush/leaves.

Had a nice couple of nights in a Super Site, if that's the accurate title ha ha. Very nice patio, picnic table, fire pit and swing. Weather could have been better but mother nature was in control. Nice camp store and pleasant staff. This was my second visit so it must be good. Highly recommend.

We booked 3 months ago for a pull through site for 10 days. The site they assigned us (A3) was horrendous, worst site we have ever seen. They said we could check 2 other sites, when I accepted 1, she said it had just been booked. Then a Deluxe site (at almost twice the cost) was available for 3 nights. We took 2 nights while we looked for and found a much better campground for our stay.

Great campground with terrific staff, beautiful mature trees as is right on Perdido Bay close to many beaches & attractions. We are paddle boarders and enjoyed being able to launch our boards right at the campground. Nice dock with a number of slips available. The pool if nice but really needs to be heated and the hot tub needs a lot of work. The WIFI and cable did not work.

Friendly arrival checkin staff. Entry and exit areas need to be recontoured, lots of bending and scrapping for Long rigs or rigs towing. WiFi down as new fiber optic was being installed with numerous problems. Pool area is nice hood but small hot tub. Roof top solar heater for taking edge of water temp for snowbirds would be nice. Area is quiet, has pizza place in front, new owners 2 years ago

We have stayed here a few times but this visit has been alittle different .The internet stopped working and staff said they had to wait for corporate to come in and fix in two weeks time. Two washers were out of order for over a month, leaving 3 for a whole campground and a few dryers out of order also. Staff are very good and must be frustrated when owner doesn’t address these issues efficientl

Nice site with concrete patio. Staff was friendly. Pool was not heated but looked nice. Hot tub needs repairs. Bay is very pretty. Convenient to travel to Gulf Shores and Pensecola.

Everything was decent during our stay. The park is kept very clean and the staff is friendly. Only changes I would make is the roads are very narrow, (we pull a 42' 5th wheel). The driveways are very steep and caused us to drag the rear end of our camper. Also the firewood purchased there would not burn without a lot of lighter fluid and kindling. We were not the only ones with the firewood issue

Beautiful location, very nice site with hedge dividers, some stress with internet issues was evident when interacting with staff. Super neat events scheduled regularly helped as weather was cool. Will definitely come back!

Fort Pickens closed due to storm. This KOA provided exceptional service and accommodation when we needed a temporary place to stay. Cute KOA!
