This is a gem. We loved every minute there. Staff are super friendly, campground very quiet and facilities very clean. We will absolutely come back!

Very Friendly staff and worked with us on our camping needs.

I left some things in the bathroom cabinet . I will pay for shipping if you find it ! By the way, WE HAD A BALL!!! THANK YOU!!!BOO!!

Everything was very good except that one of your campers had a very aggressive pit bull who was out of control a couple times. We are currently debating whether or not we wl ever use a KOA again as it is obvious that the pet policy is not enforced.

Our stay was wonderful. We even stayed an extra day, because it was so nice. Everyone at this KOA are wonderful. We keep coming back because this KOA has everything you need

Very nice clean friendly place. Had the Halloween haunted forest. They did it up good. Great quiet place to stay.

Great campground, personnel were very friendly and helpful. Showers and restrooms, grounds were very clean. MY only disappointment was the site that they reserved for us. We were right underneath an oak tree and the acorns were dropping on the roof of our camper it was most bothersome at night, way to much shade. We will definitely request a site with no trees. A. Negative. Hours to do laundry very restrictive. Open at 9 am close 7pm Plus very expensive 2.00 wash 2.50 dry. Dryers not hot nor an hour as claimed. People friendly Sites nice No info really available for area. Church locations would have been nice Restaurants too. National aviation museum. Nearby. Worth the trip Wanted to do something on water nothing offered I ask

best KOA in the south...great staff and clean areas.
Oct 26, 2014
This was my 3rd stay at this campground. I enjoy it very much. It is near Predido key, Orange beach, Gulf shores, Pensacola and Foley, Al. There are many seafood restaurants nearby and always something to do.

We have stayed at many KOA Kampgrounds over the years. This was, without a doubt, the finest KOA we have visited. There were many amenities and an exceptionally friendly staff. Good job!

Our stay was a very pleasant one, we stayed in the Oceanfront cabin and we loved it. Our only concern was the bathroom poor cleanliness, the shower heads and over all bathroom needs to be upgraded. The staff was very polite and helpful. We definitely recommend this park.

We were impressed by the friendly atmosphere created by the staff and other campers. It is one of the main reasons we plan on coming back.
Oct 19, 2014
We have come to this campground many times in the past 20 years. You can always count on a peaceful stay with a great, pet friendly staff. We will keep coming back.

Friendly, fishing, frightening haloween, fantastic sunrises!
Oct 15, 2014
Grounds not well maintained. Bathhouse adequate. Store minimal inventory.
Oct 14, 2014
Just not very well kept. Grass needed to be mowed, cabin was not cleaned, bathrooms not cleaned all weekend. We have stayed here before and lived it. Not so much this trip.

The staff at this campground is helpful and friendly. The campground facilities are worn, but the pool and hot tub was nice. That said, I doubt we'll be back. The sites are exceptionally small, to the point that I could hear the guy in the next tent snoring! There were RVs arriving as late as 10pm, making it hard to sleep. WIFI is just slow enough to be useless.

We did enjoy the pier and pool. The bathrooms were run down and dirty. The showers need new shower heads and better lighting. The "permanent" residents let their dogs poop everywhere and my kids repeatedly stepped in poop. We had to clean the poop up on our site before we set up camp. The employees were wonderful and polite. For our family, there are nicer options for less money in Baldwin County
Oct 13, 2014
Staff was very friendly, but the campground needs a little to desire. The write up in the KOA guard is misleading. Very few water view sites. No beach. Not sure would recommend this KOA.

Very nice and clean campground ; good spot to make base camp to check out the surrounding area!
Oct 09, 2014
We stayed for just 1 night. Staff was friendly. Site was narrow and tight, but had a cement pad & picnic table. Easy acccess to highway. Both men's and women's bathrooms needed attention - clumps of hair in shower drain; shower not clean; floors not swept.

Deluxe sites are only ones we would recommend. Pool and hot tub are nice. Pilates only offered for snowbirds and no spa seen on site. Waterfront but very limited beach/swimming.
Oct 04, 2014
This KOA is not big rig friendly. We felt like the campground did not meet the standards we have come to know at KOA campgrounds. We did not feel as welcomed by this staff as we usually feel at KOAs.

It was awesome except there was a few things with the cabin...missing light bulbs the frig wasn't clean the table wasn't wiped off but all in all the camp ground is great
Sep 23, 2014
We were there for five days. The campsite was clean and the attendents were very helpful, even picking up some items from the store in town we needed. The one downer was that the site was not as level as other places we have stayed. I couldn't get our unit to not have a slope. That said, we will probably go there again.
Sep 21, 2014
Kabins dirty, (spider webs in window seals for a while, wasps nests) Wifi doesn't work, paddle boats broken and unrentable, no place for a camp fire by the Kabin, mens bathroom/showers dirty, not kept up, no shower heads on showers, (one stream of water coming out) out of date food in the "store". No bicycles to rent, (although they did have small bouncy balls from Walmart for rent).
Sep 21, 2014
I was somewhat disappointed with the upkeep of the grounds, and our site was not level so had difficulty setting our rig up. But other than that is was a nice place. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Sep 19, 2014
very nice time and will be back again some day
Sep 19, 2014
We have always enjoyed staying there. However this time was unlike any other. We encountered the rudest "security guard" that was "patrolling" the grounds looking for trouble. He found trouble at cabin E. He was drinking, cursing in front of women & children and threatened to call police. He made the campground look ridiculous. Several neighbors felt the same way.

We had a great time at the campground. The cabin was just right and it was very peaceful and relaxing. The fishing was great. Everyone at the KOA was very friendly.
Sep 15, 2014
Enjoyable but not quiet enough for sleeping. Too much commotion in the cabins on the water.
Sep 15, 2014
This is the best place to camp I have ever been. Friendly, kind staff who will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Three years we have been going here every september! And many more we will return here!
Sep 15, 2014
a great campground, very friendly staff and will do anything to please
Sep 13, 2014
this one is like a lot of older campgrounds, it could use some updating. mOLD GROWING IN THE MEN'S SHOWERS

Really enjoyed our stay.
Sep 09, 2014
Great time the kids had a great time, did not want to leave.
Sep 08, 2014
We had a great time, didn't have time for the pool. Stay was too short, all was nice. Will definitely be back for a longer visit. Can't wait. Thanks so much.
Sep 08, 2014
great cable connection, nice location, a bit off the path though. different from others and you have to pay for fire rings, don't expect doggy bags, and don't check in between 3-5 no one around. most of staff very nice except one woman whom i was told the owner...not so nice

Beautiful secluded setting right on Perdido Bay, but still convenient to Pensacola Beach or other more developed tourist areas nearby. We've already recommended it to numerous family and friends, and we're already planning a return trip next summer.
