Gros Morne KOA was clean, well organized and newly landscaped. The staff made you feel at home. The showers were clean and well appointed. The lake and water crafts would have been fun to use. People young & old were enjoying the ‘cars’. I found it difficult to find.

Been coming here for a few years now and I love it every time. I especially like the recent improvements to the beach area and new yurts. I do however think there should be a new policy when it comes to camp lights at night. Some of it is getting ridiculous and can ruin night time star gazing. It's downright light pollution at this point. The inside of my camper should not be aglow from my nieghbo

It was an awesome stay, my teens had fun and that’s a plus. But the website needs work on the availabilities and booking.

We were not able to find the showers room. Are they avalaible ? The other settings of a good RV ground were OK.

My site was very uneven and made it hard to park my trailer correctly in my site and then I had to break my site up and unable to use it to its full potential

Excellent campground. Sites have good privacy like traditional campgrounds but open sites for larger RV’s should you prefer that. Very clean , great location and the staff are helpful and very courteous.

The whole park was well maintained and clean. Lots of rental opportunities for activities to keep the kids occupied and entertained. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The only thing I would change is that there is no family shower/bathroom. There’s men and womens, and there are change tables in them, but no family room, so I had to bring my 8 year old son in the womens room with me to shower.

Nice bathrooms and showers. Very pleasant setting near lake. Lots of things for kids to do. Our site was level and site size more than adequate for our Class B RV.

We absolutely loved our experience at KAO. Got a private spot and it was clean and gorgeous. We will definitely be back.

We actually broke down in our motor home while trying to park in the campsite, the owner Shawn went above and beyond, got me towed onto the site, when I couldn’t get anybody to tow me, he made accommodations for us to stay on the site until we could get our motor home fixed. Would highly recommend this place and it’s undiscovered beauty, the park has everything to keep the kids entertained.

Most nights were quiet aside from one night where people were partying for hours after quiet hours began. Not sure where security was.

Everything was perfect, unfortunately the bathrooms were disappointing in how dirty they were. The bathroom by the pillow was terribly dirty and the bathroom in the back had 2 out of 3 toilets plugged the couple times we went inside. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

It was just ok. Sites are very close together. Too many seasonal locals that have their own rules, noise and music and even though there was a fire ban, no one stopped them from having nightly fires

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I just want to ensure that we at no time permitted any campfires during the fire ban. There were campers that ignited their propane operated firepits.

We loved our stay at the Gros Morne KOA again this year. We spent three weeks and encountered beautiful weather and friendly staff every day! The facilities are perfectly maintained. The beach makeover is a great addition. We’ll be back for 3 or 4 weeks again next summer! Can’t wait to get back!

It is a nice park. The staff is friendly and helpful. The design of the wooded area campsites are not well suited to rigs longer than 30 feet. The road is not wide enough to allow for the tail swing and pivot/ tire clearance points behind the hitch which for travel trailers can be longer than 20 feet. Large rigs > 30 feet should not have the wooded sites as an option for booking.

We loved here so much and stayed two extra days. We stayed at campsite 1 and there's water access right from your campsite. Staff was very friendly and definitely will look into other Koa campsites in the future
