I was very disappointed with the fact that we booked our stay ahead of time; at a set rate and when we arrived the first thing the manger said was that it would be more money. Sad way to do business. The place was under construction while we were there. seeing that the place had been closed or partly closed for the last two years seem poor timing. The place was nice.

We stayed in Site 70 this trip and found the back sites too close together. While I was outside cooking my neighbors were dumping their black and grey tanks. Wifi. As in most campgrounds doesn't reach the sites unless you are close to the office. Other than those points the KOA is clean and I would recommend it for short stays.

This is a wonderful campground. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The lakefront sites and cabins were by far the most beautiful we have ever been too. We were pleasantly surprised that it was easy to taxi to Rocky Harbour or Norris Point!

It was awesome in ever way� we stayed in a Kamping Kabin which was perfect, could not ask for better service, our girls loved every minute of it, we’ll be back for sure, thank you �

Beautiful size #48 on the pond. Wonderful campground in general. A bit disappointed that quiet time is 10 pm. 11 would be better. Need washrooms in the middle of the campground. There are washrooms on each end but none in the middle. And staff should be there to help the campers. We never seen not one person ask if we needed wood or anything, had to lug our bundle down the road to our site by han

This is a well appointed campground with a full range of accommodation. The trail around Spirity Pond is delightful!

We enjoyed our stay at KOA Norris Point. The personnel are friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and we'll maintained. We would definately return.

Everything was excellent. Clean washrooms, friendly staff, clean grounds, but the Wifi service needs to be upgraded. It is not good other than next to the office. It is an essential feature in todays world while camping.

We have a 29' trailer. Overall, 54' in length (counting tow vehicle). All things considered I feel the facility manager could have put us in a easier to access site. The site was far from flat and required a very sharp, tight turn to back into. Overall, we enjoyed our three night stay. Thanks.

Small cabin with no washrooms. It was very nice and clean. But having no washroom does not really work for us. Right on the waters edge with great view.

Stayed in one of the cabins. The park, washrooms, cabin (everything) was spotless. I really enjoyed the layout of the campground; cabins along the water, spaced out and treed camping sites, kids activities and playground at far end, laundry at far end, walking trail around immediate lake. The store had everything from ice to microwave popcorn, snacks / treats, noodles, etc. Recommend this park!

We loved here so much and stayed two extra days. We stayed at campsite 1 and there's water access right from your campsite. Staff was very friendly and definitely will look into other Koa campsites in the future
